Srinivasa Raghavan is a seasoned professional with over 45 years of experience spanning diverse industries, financial services, training, and consulting. A Mathematics graduate, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant, he has developed numerous leaders and trained thousands in financial planning, customer-centric skills, and stress management. Known for his impactful Mentor-Mentee Series at a leading financial group, he has also coached middle managers at a major bank to boost productivity and uphold values. Raghavan's innovative approach includes Possibility Thinking Games for organizational development and a tool called InnovActions, which he has effectively used in recent years to enhance profitability. With a background marked by early hardships, he passionately advocates for a celebrative approach to life.
