Premkumar Manavazhi (Prem) is a Leadership Thinker and Mentor enabling business transformation. Prem was former Regional Lean Advisor – India & South East Asia, Caterpillar Inc. with experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Six Sigma, Facility Leadership and Lean Transformation. Prem has held leadership positions at Caterpillar in India, USA and Thailand. Prem is also a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Coimbatore. He is the TiE-U Chair of TiE Coimbatore and a Global Mentor
