Synopsis
The Dhwani Partners Conclave 2025 is a unique gathering of philanthropic leaders, corporate donors, CSR champions, foundations, and social sector enablers who are committed to driving sustainable development. Anchored on the theme “Bridging Donor Expectations, Building Shared Futures,” the conclave provides a forum to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build synergies. Through insightful keynotes, the graduation of capacity-building initiatives, and thematic discussions in education, health, and rural development, the conclave aims to strengthen collaborations and chart a shared path for transformative community impact across Tamil Nadu.
Celebrating Our Niranthara Partners Change Journey
Dhwani Foundation is a Bengaluru-based non-profit organisation working to strengthen the social sector by enhancing the organisational capacity of grassroots NGOs. Our efforts span across 7 states in India. Dhwani also collaborates with donors, federations, and other ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen the broader social impact landscape. Our vision is to build a credible and vibrant social sector.
Tamil Nadu is one of our key focus states. Over the past five years, we have supported 121 rural and grassroots NGOs across 38 districts through our Organisation Change Management initiatives We are also supporting four networks of NGOs in the state, which together represent another 250 NGOs. Currently, two of our cohorts comprising 60 NGOs are graduating in August 2025, and we have onboarded 30 new NGOs for an upcoming cohort beginning in September 2025. These organisations undergo an intensive, year-long organisation development journey focused on building resilience, sustainability, and growth through professional standards, compliance, and good governance.
We are organising a day-long event on 3rd September 2025 at the Madras Management Association, Anna Salai Chennai, bringing together all 90 NGO partners to mark the graduation of two cohorts and to welcome the new cohort. The day aims to create a vibrant platform for our partners to connect, learn, share, and celebrate.
