Dimensions
Minimum 300m length (longer preferred) and 150m width.

Preferably level ground and not in floodplain.
Utilities
Proximity to gas mains for easy connection.
Water Requirements
Strong water connection required for high-volume usage.
Access
Excellent freeway connectivity to Perth and surrounding areas with 24-hour B-double truck access.
Potential Warehouse Capacity
Suitable for approximately 12,000 sqm of warehouse construction.
Operations
Likely approval for 24/7 manufacturing operations.
