LEVEL II INTERIOR DESIGNER LEO A DALY, DALLAS, TX [2020-PRESENT] - Work closely with Senior Designer to develop conceptual & schematic designs from scratch, including deliverables such as mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E selections - Produce visually attractive InDesign packages to convey design proposals to potential clients or conceptual, schematic, and developed designs to existing clients - Meet with client to understand the client’s objectives and desires -Familiarize myself with brand standards per each project, design within the scope and budget, and follows direction of Senior Designer - Create space plans that are compliant with applicable codes to be reviewed by Senior Designer, develop rendered floorplans & elevations, and write FF&E specifications for running line and custom products. - Research FF&E products and materials, consult with vendor representatives and manufacturers, and make final selections to be proposed to clients - Execute design decisions under the direct supervision of a Senior Designer - Serve as a resource to junior designers in the office, and oversee their work to ensure the integrity and quality of their completed tasks or deliverables - Communicate effectively with design team members and project managers to ensure that projects stay on track and all deadlines are met - Heavily contribute to preparing, coordinating, and completing construction document packages via REVIT, aided by QAQC reviews - Conduct all FF&E construction administration efforts to completion
