WHAT TO EXPECT. ++ Our consultant training program is between 12 and 36 months. ++ During the first four months, you’ll learn about MJ’s value proposition, how it applies to sales, and how our business works. ++ The next eight months are spent in our prospecting program, learning the ins and outs of finding and developing new business. ++ The final 24 months are focused on interactive sales training, where you’ll get the chance to hone your sales skills alongside other skilled consultants.
