Completing Designed Wellness Complete all Designed Wellness activities by December 31, 2023 Login to your Designed Wellness account to complete any outstanding activities to earn the 2023 incentives. Screenings completed through LabCorp can take up to 14 business days to process, so please complete by November 30, 2023. You will no longer be able to earn incentives after December 31, 2023.
Redeem all Designed Wellness incentives by January 30, 2024 On January 1, you will receive an email from Virgin Pulse notifying you that your account will be terminated in 30 days. During this time, you must login to your Designed Wellness account and visit the "Rewards" page to redeem any remaining incentive dollars. If you do not redeem your earnings by the account termination date, you will lose them.

Incentive Redemption There are 3 redemption options: Visa Gift card HSA Contribution Buy a Tracker: Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garmin Member has 120 days after the previous plan year’s end date to redeem all earnings. If the plan is not renewed or eligibility is terminated, you need to redeem rewards by termination date.
If you do not redeem your earnings, you’ll lose them.
