Winter Residents’ Feedback
Suggestion boxes have now been on each site since last summer and the following is a summary of feedback to date. Please keep an eye open for the “You Said – We Did” posters on the notice boards where we list feedback in more detail and identify any action taken.
Homefield Gardens 28 comments slips returned. Approximately 50% are compliments and the rest are concerns about the gardeners, repairs and also requests for more activities.
Pewterers Court 14 comments slips returned. Nearly all of these related to concerns about the installation of the new communal boiler. The rest are compliments about the SHO.
Wilmot & Thackrah Close 21 comments slips returned. Approximately 33% relate to repairs, a further 33% to suggestions for activities or site improvements and just under 30% are compliments. A big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Please continue to submit your comments and suggestions as we really value your feedback to enable us to continually improve our services.
