Rachel Knowles: Healing Plants I am a printmaker based in Yorkshire. I studied for a degree in Printmaking at Loughborough University and have chosen to specialise in Lino Print. Each print is a result of careful observational drawings and an interpretation of line and pattern found in natural forms. Body of Work Long before we relied on modern medicine, we used plants to treat a variety of illnesses. This body of work reflects my interest in plants with healing properties. I like to study the different shapes between the plants and the leaves. My lino prints show the beauty and line of these plants.
