Place the AA batteries in and then screw the battery cap on, this will initiate the power and then the RFID field is active. Peel back the adhesive cover and apply to the underside of the fridge shelf. It has an inactive mode and is woken by movement of the fridge door, prolonging battery life.
Say goodbye to your household food waste with the new connected kitchen system - Using non intrusive radio frequency technology, the reader bar registers each product as it is placed into the fridge. Each item is then organised by easy to read magnetic screen into order of expiry. At a glance, instantly recognise what you needs to be eaten or replaced. Waste no more!

The screen also comes with a stand for those with integrated fridges or who like to move their screen around while they are preparing shopping lists ad recipes. Enjoy crisp and clear instruction on this easy to clean 7’’ touch screen.
The whole system...
The magnetic smart screen organises your food intro three categories. Red circled dots indicate food close to expiry, this should be eaten or frozen very soon. Green indicates that there is 1 week until expiry. The screen has a screensaver and comes on after 5 minutes - this shows the weather, the time and has an overall rating of the fridge relating to expiry. This is also indicated by the dot colour scheme. 48 Hours
