Acquiring the skills for future excellence Augment is a comprehensive learning programme, with an innovative and enriching curriculum, based around putting students in the best position to succeed in the future. The two-year blended learning courses focus on three key skills: how to learn, how to think and how to persuade. Augment introduces students to new ideas, takes them out of their comfort zone and gives them the skills to communicate with confidence. Students will develop creative and critical thinking skills which will broaden hungry minds and help them to think out of the box. An integral part of the course is an annual four-week Summer School, which will be held in various prestigious locations where students will receive intense coaching in the key soft skills. The aim of the programme is to provide aspirational students with the skills and qualities they need for future success. We want our students to graduate confident, convincing and ready to impress. Augment is the brainchild of Managing Director, Sanjana Seth. Having experienced first-hand, the educational environment and teaching practices in Delhi, Sanjana identified a gap between the academic and emotional intelligence of Indian students. She realised that key soft skills needed to be introduced at a younger age to bridge this gap.

Participation in The Augment Learning Programme will help students who want to stand out from the crowd, to master key soft skills which will prepare them for future success.

Our vision is that all Augment participants will embrace learning and will be challenged with new and interesting concepts, which will encourage clarity of thought and complement their academic studies. Students will be encouraged to question, push boundaries and overturn expectations.
E-Learning courses, consisting of weekly modules, will be available to build upon what has been covered at Summer School. The modules have been carefully designed for each age group and enable students to practice and develop what they have learned. Students will get plenty of practice at employing their learning and retention skills, improving their presentation skills through video modules, developing their knowledge through project work and honing their debating prowess.
Our approach goes way beyond what students will be accustomed to and will enable them to develop the skills needed to unlock their potential to make an impact. We are confident that Augment will positively enhance the rigorous academic style of schooling and will become a recognised step on the road to success in school, university and beyond. Delivering the Prog ramme The Augment Learning Programme will be delivered over four weeks in the Summer Holidays, with four hours tuition each weekday. A good deal of teaching at Oxford and Cambridge takes place in small tutorial groups, which we aim to replicate, to give students the opportunity to experience this type of teaching. Students will be expected to work additional hours to get the most out of the learning experience. We expect all students to master the skills for self-learning and to show resilience and versatility when faced with new challenges. The Directors are very proud of the team who will deliver our services and can guarantee that all sessions will be delivered by the highest quality instructors, who are current or previous members of leading universities and can give a real insight into the challenging Oxbridge application and interview process. Our extremely rigorous vetting process will ensure that students are taught by instructors who are engaging, supportive and passionate about sharing their expertise. They will be tasked with delivering a real-life learning environment that stimulates students through activities such as role play, talks, exercises and active participation.
The Augment Programme Summer School will be delivered by people like Katherine from the University of Cambridge - who has previous teaching experience and is looking forward to working with students who want to shine.
Academic and Managing Directors, Greg Pallis and Sanjana Seth have excellent credentials to take the Programme forward and to ensure that the students emerge with a diverse range of skills for the future.
Greg is a London-based ‘supertutor’, who has worked with everyone from showbiz royalty to actual royalty. Educated at Westminster and Oxford (where he attained First-Class Honours), Greg has taught everything from English and Maths to History and Philosophy. He has drawn on all of these disciplines, and more, to draft a curriculum for Augment that provides students with the skills they need to succeed.
Sanjana also has impressive credentials. University was followed by a teaching career at prestigious schools in Delhi and London. Sanjana is passionate about working with young people and is confident that she can use her knowledge and expertise to help students in India learn soft skills that will enhance their future success.
The Directors are delighted to have Anjum Chopra working with them in an advisory role. Anjum is not only well-known in the world of sport – she is also a successful author, television celebrity, teacher and motivational speaker.
