Welcome From President Geraci
Dear MMA family and friends,
Welcome to the 2026 Maroon & Gold Showcase, and thank you for being here. This evening represents more than a celebration. It is a powerful investment in our cadets and in the mission that has defined Missouri Military Academy since 1889.
At MMA, we are committed to developing young men of character who graduate ready to take command of their lives. Through our structured environment, personal responsibility, high expectations and strict accountability, our cadets are challenged to grow — academically, physically and personally — into capable leaders who are ready for what lies ahead.
None of this is possible without you. Tonight, we celebrate the generosity of our donors and partners whose support creates opportunities for our cadets to learn, lead and succeed. From the classroom to the athletic field, from leadership roles to the arts, this is what your support makes possible.
Guided by dedicated faculty, staff, coaches and company leadership advisors, our cadets experience a brotherhood that emphasizes love, respect and teamwork that strengthens them. They leave MMA with the self-discipline, resilience and self-confidence they need to succeed in today’s world.
Thank you for believing in our mission and in the potential of every cadet. Your partnership makes a lasting difference, on campus and far beyond.
Sincerely,

Richard V. Geraci
Brigadier General, USA (Ret) President
