Our monthly Zoom prayer meeting takes place on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm. You would be most welcome to join us.

10:02 Prayer Movement
The 10:02 Prayer Movement is a global movement built around Jesus’ words in Luke 10:2; ‘the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.’ Each day at 10:02 am or pm, people pause to pray that God would raise up more people to share the Good News of Jesus around the world. It’s a simple reminder that even a quick prayer can be part of something much bigger — people are obeying the call to ‘go and make disciples’ and lives being renewed and changed across the world. Will you join us in praying that God would stir hearts for the urgent need across the continent of Africa?
Pray for MA’s Celebration on 20th June. Pray that it would encourage and inspire all who attend as they celebrate God’s faithfulness over this past year and look ahead to His work in the future.
KENYA
Pray for Evie, Jess, Jodie, Connor and Joel who are travelling to Kenya this week to partner with Beloved Daughters and Gracepoint Church. Remember them as they travel, but also for the hearts of those who they’re witnessing to.
BURKINA FASO
Pray for the Association Gamaliel leadership as they consider how this ministry might be better organised with clear communication, people knowing their roles and also seeing the part they play in the whole ministry.
Pray for the Explorers Clubs as their courses come to an end. Pray that the Junior Picture Bibles given to the top students would be treasured, and that God would use it to deeply impact their heart and life.
IVORY COAST
Pray for Ana in the fnal weeks of the academic year and the graduation ceremony that will take place. Pray that everything would go smoothly and that there would be unity, understanding, and wisdom among both staff and students.
Pray for MA’s CSGT Orientation Day on 20th June. Pray for Elaine and Paul as they prepare the sessions, and for each team member, that they would be equipped, encouraged, and well prepared to serve in Kenya this summer.
NIGERIA
Janet Martin - Praise God for 75 bibles bought at Holley Memoral Hospital as soon as they became available. Thank God for this hunger for His Word and pray for enlightenment and encouragement for all who read.
Ana van Brakel - Give thanks for the recent Children’s Day and Women’s Day celebrations in the church. Praise God that the events went well and for His protection and safety in travel.
A new Pastor; Gideon James, has been appointed to Holley Memorial Chapel. Pray for him as he begins his ministry amongst hospital staff and their families as well as students and staff from the College of Nursing.
Child Sponsorship - We have started to use material from Bible Education Services at Saturday Clubs. Pray for wisdom and guidance for Innocent as he teaches, and for the children and teenagers, that they would be challenged.
Ibia Family - Pray for Moses; a trainee from our Life Skills Facilitation Training. He works in a diffcult region in the north of Nigeria. Pray that what he has learnt would bring creativity in reaching young people in this very diffcult place.
Pray for the students in Royal Ambassadors School as the Ibia’s continue to work with them and build up relationships with them. Pray especially for John who has a tough home life; that God would intervene in his situation.
Pray for planned programmes during the last week of June on raising awareness on the dangers of drug abusesadly, this has become a huge epidemic among teenagers. Pray that God would speak into their lives and convict them.
Nixon Family - Praise God for a good start to the term. Mark and Achele have begun teaching their courses. Pray as they prepare lessons, and for their students, that learning would shape not only minds, but hearts too.
Mark asks that you would give thanks for the arrival of the rain - this is vital for the families they know who rely on farming to feed their households. Pray for good harvests and God’s provision for their needs.
Ekanem Family - The Ekanems give thanks for a successful outreach to Ikot Ekpang in May. Pray particularly for Mr Linus Evanson (a gambler and drug addict), who was moved to respond after the showing of ‘The Passion of the Christ.’
Pray for Gail’s parents with various health challenges. Pray that Gail would keep well and that she is able to balance her time wisely, while at home. Pray for continued grace for Angel, while her Mum is away.
Pray for Godwin as he preaches God’s word, at Ikot Ekpang Outreach on 15th June; Pray also as he attends the Reverend Ministers’ Retreat from 16th to 19th June in Aba, Abia State. Pray that this will be a refreshing time for all the ministers.
Fulani Ministry - Praise God for His faithfulness in sustaining David Onouche in ministry. Pray for continued grace and strength as he serves among the Fulani and prepares for retirement from the UEC Missions Department in 2031.
Pray for God’s provision of a faithful successor for the Fulani ministry—someone called, equipped, and willing to reach their own people with the Gospel. Pray also for the growth and discipleship of the current Fulani believers.
Gaiya Family - Praise God the Gaiyas have arrived home safely for Home Assignment (June & July). Pray this time will be richly blessed by the Lord’s presence.
CHAD
Home Assignment can be an extremely busy time so pray the Gaiyas will know rest and encouragement. Pray too for safety on the roads as they travel to their various meeting and events.
Pamela, Musa and Gracie would value your prayers as they seek to deepen connections with prayer partners, share about their work and try to reach new supporters too.
Morrison Family - Give thanks with David & Lucy that another mission is planning to take on the Accaia ministry. This is a real answer to prayer. Continue to pray for a smooth transition of all of the admin tasks needed to hand over.
Pray as they plan to say ‘goodbye’ at the end of the month. Pray that God would give them the strength needed to get through. Remember their girls - they’ve only ever known life in Chad, so pray for them as leave and transition.
GENERAL
Pray that God would stir hearts with a deep, lasting passion for longterm mission. Pray that people would not be afraid to say ‘yes’ to the call of ‘go and make disciples of all nations.’
Continue to pray for David in the offce as he fnishes up his time there and begins to hand over to the couple who will be taking over his role throughout the summer months.
SCOTLAND
Give thanks for Robbie and Margaret’s recent trip to the Isle of Lewis and for the many conversations had. Pray that people would prayerfully consider how God may be calling them to support the work through praying, giving or going.
Pray for ongoing discernment for the Council (Board) as they face the challenges of steering MA in an ever changing world and courage to make the necessary decisions as the Lord leads.
Pray for the team in the MA offce as they begin to think about the events and conferences throughout the summer months. Pray for creativity but also for discernment in the ways they raise awareness; ways that are God glorifying.
