The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted the “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA)” program on December 7, 2023 to provide knowledge to students on how dangerous these chemical substances are. The program “Region 10 BIDA Ka: Program Launching and Information Drive,” its purpose is to gather all senior high school students from Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGCHS) and Xavier University to understand further the illegal drugs that are being abused in the Philippines, which have dangerous side effects.
