Final meal selections are due 30 days prior to your event function. A final confirmation or “guarantee” of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 noon ten (10) business days prior to your function and this guarantee may not be reduced. We will make an allowance to set 3% above your guarantee for events

A separate charge of 23% will be added to your food and beverage bill as an administrative fee which will be retained by the Hotel to cover administration of the banquet, special function, or package deal is not a tip or gratuity and will not be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the employees who provided service at your Event 6.25% Massachusetts state tax. Applicable service charges administrative fees and taxes are subject to change Prevailing rates at the time of your function will be applicable

A labor charge surcharge will apply as noted throughout the above menu. These surcharges and fees apply to various meals under certain guest counts, bartenders and Chef attendants.
