BRITTA KRAMER

Britta Kramer is the founder of Private Palate and creator of The Mood Food Method, and has been a wellness chef for over 18 years.

What is a common concern you see with clients and how do you address it?

Women I work with live full lives, believe they don't have time to nourish themselves, and feel depleted. I teach women how to reclaim their time while nourishing themselves through food and mindset to support energy, mood, and natural radiance-especially through transitions like perimenopause. The result is luminous skin, a more rested presence, and a return to vibrancy.

What sets you apart?

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with professional athletes, high-performing individuals and food-conscious families. Rooted in Wisconsin, with years spent in New York City, Bali and beyond, my perspective has been shaped by a deep exploration of how food nourishes and supports the body. Through this experience –and in my own life – I’ve observed how the way we eat influences how we age, fostering a natural radiance from within.

goGLOW BROOKFIELD

What sets goGLOW Brookfield apart from other tanning options?

goGLOW was built around skin quality, precision and consistency. Every goGLOW is hand-applied by a certified technician using proprietary, pH-balanced solutions that are customized to your skin. We look at undertones, skin condition, and how your skin actually responds. It’s simply not a one-size-fits-all service.

goGLOW is different because of the environment we’ve created. Our studios use patented air-filtration and application systems that control overspray and allow for an even, refined result. It’s a clean, controlled process. Over 16 years, we’ve performed countless applications. We removed the variables that cause inconsistent results. It’s a precision-based service designed to elevate your skin and how you feel in it.

What beauty trends are you seeing?

People are more informed than ever and won’t compromise their skin for a quick result. There’s a move from tanning beds, spray booths and heavy products that sit atop the skin. It’s not just about color anymore. What’s replacing it is a thoughtful, skin-first approach to body care. That’s how we’ve always approached goGLOW. Our formulations are designed to work with your skin, not against it. We use ingredients like antioxidants and hyaluronic acid to make your skin look better, not just darker.

I’m terrified of looking orange. How do I know I’ll get a natural color?

That “orange” look usually comes down to poor formulation or inconsistent application. We’ve built goGLOW to prevent both. Our solutions are designed to respond to your skin’s chemistry, and every application is done by a trained technician who adjusts in real time. When you combine that with a controlled environment, you take away the guesswork. The goal is to never look like you got a spray tan. You should look like yourself, just more even, defined and confident.

Is a spray tan just for special events, or can I make it part of my routine?

Tans used to be something people saved for weddings or vacations. That’s changed. Clients glow regularly because they like how they feel when their skin looks even and healthy. It's part of their routine, like other self-care rituals. When your skin looks good, everything else feels easier: what you wear, how you show up, your confidence. It all connects.
