MOVES & MELODIES Moves & Melodies is an age friendly project for adults which involves song & dance workshops. It is open to all and is also dementia friendly. Thursday 20 October 2pm - 3.30pm

Arts & Business NI Awards 2022 We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards this year. Millennium Forum & Specsavers have been Community shortlisted for Creative Engagement Award - this is awarded to a partnership where the business used the power of the arts to forge dynamic new connections with their community. The Millennium Forum has also been shortlisted for Commitment to Diversity this is awarded to an Award organisation that demonstrated their commitment to diversity across a range of business functions, by harnessing the power of the arts. The award ceremony will take place this month and we will keep you posted on how we get on - it would be lovely to win but we are delighted to get this recognition for our projects.

ENERGY OF LIGHT DISCOS It's time to get out your fancy dress costumes!! We are so excited to see the return of our next 15+ Energy of Light disco on Friday 28 October @8.30pm. Our first Energy of Light disco for Kids and Juniors started in September and was a roaring success. Our next Kids (0-8 years - 4-5pm) and Juniors (9-14 years discos are on - 5-6pm) Saturday 29 October. Our discos are experiencing at those physical, sensory and or disability.

DEMENTIA FRIENDLY TEA DANCE Our next Dementia Friendly Tea Dance will take place in the Studio Theatre on Thursday 27 October @ 2pm - 3.30pm SOLD OUT On Sale soon - Thurs 24 November ENERGY TRAIN We have now started our 3rd course of our Energy Train, we are delighted to welcome new participants and have some from our first 2 courses taking their skills further. Each of the participants will also have a slot at our monthly Energy of Light Disco.
