MOVES & MELODIES Moves & Melodies is an age friendly project for adults which involves song & dance workshops. It is open to all and is also dementia friendly. Thursday 19 May @ 2pm - 3.30pm This project will be provided complimentary and is held once a month in our Studio Theatre. The music facilitator is Fiona Logue and the dance facilitator is Emma Lindsay from Emma Lindsay Dance. There will be an opportunity to learn new dance skills and sing a range of song styles every month. Limited spaces available for May. Contact our Box Office to secure your tickets.
ACCESS FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP SCHEME Our Access for All Scheme has been designed for people with physical/sensory or cognitive disabilities, in order to assist when attending shows. Hearing Loop Our auditorium and box office are equipped with a hardwired Induction Loop System for people with a hearing difficulty. If you need to use this system please turn your hearing aid to the T position.

ENERGY OF LIGHT DISCO Our next Energy of Light Disco takes place on Friday 27 May @ 8.30pm-10pm in our Studio Theatre. Come along to the monthly Energy of Light Disco’s, a monthly disco for adults aged 15+ who are experiencing limited physical, sensory and or learning ability. DJ Oliver will have you have you dancing to a range of music including pop, country and the very best of dance hits. So come along and enjoy the music, dance and have fun! Carers and Parents Go Free complimentary tea/coffee provided
DEMENTIA FRIENDLY TEA DANCE Our 1st Tea Dance in 2 years has now taken place - it was brilliant to be back doing what we love!! Don't take our word for it, check out the smiles!!! Our next Dementia Friendly Tea Dance will take place in the Studio Theatre on Thursday 26 May @ 2pm - 3.30pm - SOLD OUT Now on Sale - Thursday 25 August TEA DANCE ON TOUR We are delighted to be taking our Tea Dance out on tour to Derg Valley Care Centre on Thursday 28 July @2pm-3.30pm.

We are actively encouraging participation and hoping to improve brain health and remove isolation for members of our community.
