The Sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities. Although you may not be able to see these invisible impairments and conditions, they're still there. The Sunflower lanyard discreetly identifies that a person may need support, help, or just a little more time in the Forum.

Just.A.Minute. That is what a JAM Card stands for and that is what it gives you - just as much time and patience as you need in public or social situations. You can show your JAM Card while you are visiting the Forum.
CHANGING PLACE FACILITY We are delighted to have a Changing Place Facility at the Forum. This provides a space for customers who require a hoist or the assistance of more than one person. This facility is open to all members of the public even if not attending the Forum. Access to the facility is by a radar key or by asking a member of staff. You can also be issued with your own fob after completing an Access For All Membership Scheme application form.

ENERGY OF LIGHT DISCO Our next Energy of Light Disco takes place on Friday 29 April @ 8.30pm-10pm in our Studio Theatre. The disco is aimed at those 15+ living with a disability.
MOVES & MELODIES Moves & Melodies is an age friendly project for adults which involves song & dance workshops. It is open to all and is also dementia friendly. Thursday 19 May @ 2pm - 3.30pm
QUIET ROOM with a sensory area
This is an area where customers can use. If they need some time away from the hussle & bussle of the show.
