Function Rooms

As a purpose-built conference and incentive hotel, the Millennium Hotel Queenstown has function space for up to 600 delegates.

Whether you require an intimate cocktail event, a board meeting, large plenary room, exhibition area or a banquet gala dinner for up to 300 delegates, we have a meeting space for any brief. Our versatile conference facilities and experienced conference and incentive team are in the business of making you look good and are here to ensure your event is a resounding success.

GALAXY BALLROOM

The elegant Galaxy Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 delegates theatre style or 300 in a banquet setting. This versatile pillarless room has the flexibility to be divided into three separate, fully sound proofed rooms for smaller meetings or concurrent sessions, each seating 150 theatre style.

GALLERY

Step out from the Galaxy Ballroom into the aptly named Gallery which enjoys splendid views of the Remarkables and surrounding local peaks. The perfect space for catering breaks and cocktail functions.

MEETING ROOMS 1-5

These smaller meeting rooms cater for up to 50 delegates. Each room has its own individually controlled airconditioning, adjustable lighting and screens.

Delegate packages are available, minimum 60 delegates. Prices are inclusive of 15% GST.

THE CLUB BAR

The Club Bar Queenstown is open daily for light meals, bar snacks and specialty evening cocktails. Enjoy a glass of famous Central Otago Pinot Noir by the roaring fireplace in winter, or outside in our sheltered garden courtyard in summer. Centrally located within the hotel, the Club Bar provides the perfect forum for networking and relaxing after a day’s conferencing.
