Щороку 9 вересня світ відзначає Міжнародний день краси. І це прекрасний привід говорити не лише про досконалі риси обличчя, моду чи мистецтво створювати бездоганний образ. Це день, коли хочеться згадати про красу значно глибшу – ту, що народжується з гармонії зовнішнього і внутрішнього, жіночності й характеру, впевненості та гідності. Саме такою красою вирізняється Євгенія Головачова – героїня нашого проєкту «Ікона Стилю», жінка, яка власним прикладом доводить: елегантність не підкоряється віку, а справжній стиль неможливо придбати разом із найдорожчою сукнею.

Учасниця конкурсу «Mrs Worldwide 2021», володарка титулів «Mrs Tourism Ukraine 2021», «Mrs Talent 2021», «Mrs Internet 2021», «Association Queens 2021», героїня книги «Краса як обіцянка щастя», нагороджена Міжнародним орденом Королеви Анни «Честь Вітчизни» — вона знає ціну красивого виходу та уваги публіки. Та найбільша її перемога — не корони й титули. Це вміння з роками ставати ще цікавішою жінкою. Колись Євгенія сказала фразу, яка сьогодні звучить майже як її особисте кредо: «Полюбіть себе і дозвольте собі бути особливою». Для неї краса починається саме з цього дозволу. Не копіювати інших. Не намагатися відповідати чужим уявленням про ідеальну жінку. Не боятися власної яскравості. Доглядати за собою не тому, що «так потрібно», а тому, що це один із проявів любові та поваги до себе. Євгенія любить косметичні процедури, масаж, творчість, медитації, відпочинок на природі — свої маленькі ритуали відновлення жіночої енергії. And this is a wonderful opportunity to talk not only about perfect facial features, fashion or the art of creating a flawless look. It is a day when we want to remind ourselves of a much deeper kind of beauty — one that arises from the harmony between the outer and the inner self, between femininity and character, between self-confidence and dignity. It is precisely this kind of beauty that sets Yevheniiia Holovachova apart – the heroine of our “Style Icon” project, a woman who proves through her own example that elegance knows no age, and that true style cannot be bought alongside even the most expensive dress.

Elegant looks, femininity, a well-groomed appearance, the ability to be versatile whilst always remaining instantly recognisable – all of this has long been part of Yevheniia’s image. A contestant in the “Mrs Worldwide 2021” competition, holder of the titles “Mrs Tourism Ukraine 2021”, “Mrs Talent 2021”, “Mrs Internet 2021” and “Association Queens 2021”, the heroine of the book “Beauty as a Promise of Happiness”, and recipient of the Queen Anne International Order of “Honour of the Fatherland” – she knows the value of a stunning entrance and the public’s attention. But her greatest victory is not the crowns and titles. It is her ability to become an even more fascinating woman as the years go by. Yevheniia once said something that today sounds almost like her personal motto: “Love yourself and allow yourself to be special.” For her, beauty begins precisely with this permission: not to copy others; not to try to live up to other people’s ideas of the ideal woman; not to be afraid of her own radiance. Taking care of herself is not because ‘it’s what you’re expected to do’, but because it is one way of showing love and respect for herself. Yevheniia loves beauty treatments, massage, creativity, meditation and spending time in nature — her own little rituals for restoring feminine energy. Clear silhouettes, elegant solutions, attention to detail, a sense of appropriateness create exactly such impression that is so important for a person presenting themselves in a professional and international environment. Iryna is one of those women who don’t need to raise her voice to be heard. She also doesn’t need excess to be noticed. This is probably the peculiarity of true elegance: it never tries to be more important than a woman. An entrepreneur, public figure, philanthropist, deputy of the Ternopil City Council, head of the TRNGO «Entrepreneurs of Galicia» and the NGO “Association of Women of Ukraine “Diia. Ternopil”, author and host of the television projects “Angels of War” and “Be Mutual” on the TV channel “Ternopil1”.

Memory lives when we know the names, remember the faces and tell children about those who defended Ukraine. For Olha, “Angels of War” is a chronicle of human lives that have become part of the great history of Ukraine. “Be Mutual” – about people who are close Another author’s project by Olha Shahin is “Be Mutual”. Its idea is especially relevant in times of war, when supporting each other has become a necessary condition for our

resilience. These are stories of people who do not wait for a special moment to be useful. Someone helps the military, someone supports children, someone develops volunteer initiatives, and someone simply does their work every day in such a way that it makes better for others. “Be Mutual” says an important thing: mutual support begins with a personal choice. Sometimes it is enough to ask: “How can I help?” And then take a step. “Diia” (action) is about people A special place in Olha’s activities is occupied by the NGO “Association of Women of Ukraine “Diia.Ternopil”. This is an environment in which women with different experience and professional knowledge unite around common ideas. Olha speaks of female leadership not as a struggle for supremacy. For her, it is more important to unite people, see the strengths of each and together create something that would be more difficult to do alone. Її літературний світ поєднує серйозну лірику й прозу з казками, дитячими віршами, гуморесками і піснями. Її творчий доробок представлений авторськими книгами «Океани між рядків» та «Сни війни», а також дитячими виданнями «Фруктаміни» і «ЇЖАчки». Важливо, що у створенні цих книжок Галина виступає не лише авторкою: вона працює над ілюстраціями, дизайном та укладанням, перетворюючи літературний текст на цілісний мистецький продукт. Halyna Verd works simultaneously with words, images and modern digital tools. She writes poetry and prose for adults and children, creates song lyrics, translates poetry into Ukrainian, illustrates her own works, develops design and typesets books. Her literary world combines serious lyrics and prose with fairy tales, children’s poems, humorous stories and songs. Her creative output is represented by the author’s books “Oceans Between the Lines” and “Dreams of War”, as well as children’s publications “Fruktaminy”(frukt = fruit) and “YIZHAchky” (yizhachky = hedgehogs, yizha = food). It is important that in creating these books Halyna acts not only as an author: she works on illustrations, design and typesets, transforming the literary text into a holistic artistic product. A separate dimension of her activity is the creative association of people. In 2022–2026, Halyna Verd is a co-organiser of the international project “Creative World”, created together with poet and composer Zoia Arav, who currently lives in Rishon LeZion. The project has become a platform for competitions, creative meetings, concerts, online performances and literary publications. A special result of this work was the almanacs “With Ukraine in the Heart” and “On the Side of the Light”. They present the work of more than 200 authors from more than 30 countries of the world. Halyna not only presented her own works in the publications, but also worked on their editing, design and layout. Halyna Verd holds the title of “Honoured Cultural Worker”, is a laureate of the Ivan Ryadchenko Art Prize, the competitions “Ukrainian Language – Language of Unity” and “Ukraine Unites the World”, international literary competitions and the Korniychuk Festival. In 2026, she became a member of the International Academy “LAC” in Germany. But there is a much more important aspiration behind her numerous projects, books and awards. Я родом із Львівщини, а в моєму репертуарі є «Пісня про Львів». Саме тому хотілося, щоб сценічне ім’я відображало моє походження, характер і любов до рідного краю. У LADY LEMBERG поєдналися галицька елегантність, моя філологічна любов до слова та сценічний досвід в ансамблі «Трускавчанка», де я й відчула особливу культуру галицької сцени. Переїзд до столиці відкрив нові можливості для роботи зі словом, а прагнення доносити його красу до людей привело мене до вокальної діяльності. Так народилося сценічне ім’я LADY LEMBERG — «Львівська пані».

— Mrs. Lesia, your pseudonym LADY LEMBERG sounds elegant and at the same time has a deep connection with your roots. What is its history? — My pseudonym did not come about by chance. I come from Lviv region, and my repertoire includes “Song about Lviv”. That is why I wanted my stage name to reflect my origin, character and love for my native land. LADY LEMBERG combines Galician elegance, my philological love of Word and stage experience in the ensemble “Truskavchanka”, where I experienced the special culture of the Galician stage. Moving to the capital opened up new opportunities for working with words, and the desire to convey their beauty to people led me to vocal activity. This is how my stage name LADY LEMBERG — “Lady from Lviv” – came into being.

— Серед Ваших відзнак особливе місце посідають медаль «За розбудову України» та орден «Сила жінок». Який сенс вкладаєте в ці нагороди? — Для мене вони особливо цінні, адже є відображенням не лише професійної, а й громадянської діяльності. Я військова волонтерка та координаторка Євромайдану, тому добре знаю, що справжня сила — це насамперед відповідальність і готовність діяти. Найбільше я ціную традиційні українські цінності — волю та право людини обирати власний шлях. Справжня сила української жінки, на мою думку, полягає в готовності захищати майбутнє своїх дітей і своєї країни. Сьогодні ми бачимо безліч жінок, які добровільно стали на захист України. Це і є сила, яку неможливо зламати.

— Among your awards, the medal “For the Development of Ukraine” and the order “The Power of Women” hold a special place. What meaning do you put into these awards? — For me, they are especially valuable, because they reflect not only professional, but also civic activity. I am a military volunteer and coordinator of Euromaidan, so I know well that real strength is, first of all, responsibility and willingness to act. What I value most is traditional Ukrainian values – the will and right of a person to choose their own path. The real strength of a Ukrainian woman, in my opinion, lies in the willingness to protect the future of her children and her country. Today we see many women who voluntarily stood up for the defense of Ukraine. This is the strength that cannot be broken.

— Незабаром слухачі почують Ваш перший сольний альбом «Пісні, що на часі» («Пісні про головне»). Яким він є за своїм настроєм і сенсами? — У цьому альбомі я зібрала пісні, які розповідають про красу нашого рідного краю і про людей, які його боронять. Для мене це музична історія про Україну — красиву, сильну, незламну. Головна емоція, яку я прагнула передати, — віра в те, що ми обов’язково захистимо свою землю. Саме тому назва «Пісні про головне» має для мене особливе звучання: сьогодні головне — зберегти Україну, її свободу, культуру та майбутнє. — Що сьогодні підтримує Ваш культурний і волонтерський фронт та який меседж прагнете залишити глядачеві? — Мене підтримує віра в Україну та розуміння, заради чого ми боремося. Я хочу нагадувати: наше майбутнє залежить від кожного з нас. Культура, пісня, волонтерство — це теж фронт, на якому ми захищаємо свою ідентичність. Я вірю, що, об’єднавши зусилля, ми неодмінно здобудемо перемогу. — Soon, listeners will hear your first solo album, ”Timely Songs” (“Songs about the Main Things”). What is its mood and meaning? — In this album, I have collected songs that tell about the beauty of our native land and about the people who defend it. For me, this is a musical story about Ukraine — beautiful, strong, and inviolable. The main emotion that I sought to convey is the belief that we will definitely protect our land. That is why the title “Songs about the Main Things” has a special sound for me: today the main thing is to preserve Ukraine, its freedom, culture and future. — What does your cultural and volunteer front support today and what message do you want to leave with the viewer? — I am supported by faith in Ukraine and understanding what we are fighting for. I want to remind you: our future depends on each of us. Culture, song, volunteering are also the fronts on which we defend our identity. I believe that by joining efforts, we will certainly win. And today my main message is simple: loving Ukraine means not only talking about it, but also doing everything possible for its future.

here are people whose professional scale is determined not only by scientific titles, the number of publications or awards. Their real contribution is in the scientific school they created, the students they educated and the changes that remained in the profession. Such a figure in Ukrainian dentistry is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Halyna Biloklytska.

After graduating from the Odessa Medical Institute, she began working at the Odessa Research Institute of Dentistry, where she advanced from Junior Researcher to a Leading Researcher and Head of the Department of Periodontal Diseases. In 1996, she defended her doctoral thesis, and later she was awarded the title of Professor. Her scientific research formed a significant direction in the study of the pathogenesis, diagnostics, prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases.

In 2003, Halyna Biloklytska became the head of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Under her research supervision, 19 PhD and two Doctor of Sciences theses were successfully defended, and her students now are currently working in higher education institutions and practical dentistry across Ukraine.

The Association has become much more than just a public association. It was creating a professional environment, in which Ukrainian doctors have access to modern knowledge, international experience and new approaches to treatment. In 2013, APU became an associate member of the European Federation of Periodontists (EFP), opening up new opportunities for international integration for the Ukrainian professional community. For Mrs. Halyna, the development of the Association was not an end in itself. It was much more important to form a fullfledged professional speciality in Ukraine. But her most important achievement is the scientific school of Ukrainian periodontics. Her students continue the scientific and pedagogical tradition, develop periodontics, and work in medical universities and practical dentistry. The school formed by the professor has become an environment in which scientific knowledge is passed on from the teacher to the next generation, and her followers continue to develop the areas she initiated. In October 2023, the professor supported the initiative of the rector of the P. L. Shupyk National University of Health Sciences of Ukraine to complete her work as Head of the Department and move to the position of Professor. Handing over leadership to the younger generation, she did not leave science. Today, while being abroad, Mrs. Halyna continues to work with graduate students of the department, is the PhD Supervisor of three applicants, and participates in international scientific activity. In 2025, she became a member of the European Medical Association (Belgium) and continued to speak at international congresses.

However, a special place in her professional history belongs to the event of 2006 – the creation of the All-Ukrainian Public Organisation “Association of Periodontists of Ukraine”. It is this specific fact that is crucially important to preserve in the history of Ukrainian dentistry. The APU was the first professional organisation in Ukraine established to develop periodontics and unite periodontists. Its founder was Professor Halyna Biloklytska, who served as the President of the Association until October 2025. Throughout all these years, she was repeatedly re-elected by the dentists themselves, even when Mrs. Halyna attempted to hand over leadership to her student.

У 2003 році Галина Білоклицька очолила кафедру терапевтичної стоматології НМАПО імені П. Л. Шупика. Під її керівництвом було захищено 19 кандидатських і дві докторські дисертації, а її учні сьогод-

Асоціація стала значно більшою, ніж просто громадське об’єднання. Вона створювала професійне середовище, у якому українські лікарі отримували доступ до сучасних знань, міжнародного досвіду та нових підходів до лікування. У 2013 році АЛПУ стала асоціативним членом Європейської федерації пародонтологів (EFP), відкривши для української професійної спільноти нові можливості міжнародної інтеграції. Для Галини Федорівни розвиток Асоціації був не самоціллю. Значно важливішим було сформувати в Україні повноцінну професійну спеціальність. Багато років на конференціях, професійних форумах і з’їздах стоматологів порушувалося питання необхідності офіційного введення пародонтології до номенклатури лікарських

Науковий доробок Галини Білоклицької — майже 400 праць, серед яких підручники й навчальні посібники, методичні рекомендації, авторські свідоцтва та патенти. Її наукова діяльність охоплює проблеми пародонтології, діагностики, профілактики та лікування захворювань пародонта. Але найважливіший її здобуток — наукова школа української пародонтології. Її учні продовжують наукову і педагогічну традицію, розвивають пародонтологію, працюють у медичних університетах та практичній стоматології. Сформована професором школа стала середовищем, у якому наукові знання передаються від учителя до наступного покоління, а її послідовники продовжують розвивати започатковані нею напрями. У жовтні 2023 року професор підтримала ініціативу ректора НУОЗ України імені П. Л. Шупика щодо завершення своєї роботи на посаді завідувачки кафедри та переходу на посаду професора. Передаючи керівництво молодшому поколінню, вона не залишила науку. Сьогодні, перебуваючи за кордоном, Галина Федорівна продовжує працювати з аспірантами кафедри, є науковим керівником трьох дисертаційних робіт на здобуття ступеня доктора філософії та бере участь у міжнародній науковій діяльності. У 2025 році вона стала членом Європейської медичної асоціації (Бельгія) та продовжила виступати на міжнародних конгресах. У 2025 році АЛПУ стала частиною нового етапу розвитку: професор підтримала її об’єднання з Українською академією пародонтології. На установчих зборах Української асоціації пародонтології та остеоінтеграції Галину Білоклицьку визнано почесним засновником-фундатором.

Її засновницею стала професор Галина Білоклицька, яка була президентом Асоціації до жовтня 2025 року. Протягом усіх цих років її неодноразово переобирали самі лікарі-стоматологи, навіть тоді, коли Галина Федорівна намагалася передати керівництво своїй учениці.

Професор Білоклицька розробила навчальну програму спеціалізації, яка стала основою відповідної освітньої підготовки на кафедрі терапевтичної стоматології НУОЗ України імені П. Л. Шупика. Паралельно розвивався і просвітницький напрям. За участю професора у 2017 році було підтримано запрошення Європейської федерації пародонтологів до співпраці та започатковано «Європейський День здоров’я ясен», що поєднав професійну освіту з турботою про пацієнтів.

У цьому — особлива символіка її професійного шляху. Те, що було започатковано у 2006 році, продовжує жити вже в новому форматі. Її кредо — «Творити та перемагати!», а головний девіз — «Все залишається людям!». І сьогодні особливо важливо, щоб нове покоління лікарів знало: розвиток української пародонтології має свою історію, своїх фундаторів і свої точки відліку. Однією з них, безумовно, став 2006 рік — рік створення першої в Україні Асоціації лікарів-пародонтологів України, заснованої професором Галиною Федорівною Білоклицькою. Саме з таких рішень починається професійна школа. І саме так формується наукова спадщина, яка залишається людям.

INNER RESILIENCE: HOW TO KEEP YOURSELF GOING IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

ar forces us to live in conditions of uncertainty, anxiety, and constant change. But even in difficult times, a person can find inner support. We talk about this with Iryna Burakova.

— Sincere greetings Iryna, we are very happy to meet you! Where does inner resilience begin? — I believe that inner resilience begins with honest contact with oneself: the ability to notice one’s condition, acknowledge fear, fatigue, anger, pain, and ask for support in a timely manner. Support can be loved ones, faith, work, community, therapy, exercise, sleep, and a routine. Resilience is also supported by a sense of influence: even in uncertainty, we can choose how to live today and where to direct our strength.

— Prolonged stress can exhaust even the strongest person. What are the signs of this? — When the danger lasts for months and years, the psyche gets used to living in a constant state of readiness to react. Hence – anxiety, sleep disturbances, irritability, emotional numbness, difficulty concentrating. Exhaustion occurs when the load exceeds the recovery capabilities for a long time. An important signal is that even after sleep or rest, the strength does not return. Then regular recovery and reduction of overload are needed and, if necessary, psychological help must be provided.

— When does an experience require professional support? — I would focus on how much the experience affects everyday life. Signals can be intrusive memories and dreams, strong reactions to reminders of the event, avoidance, a constant sense of danger, sleep disturbances, emotional numbness, distancing from loved ones. It is especially worth seeking help if it is difficult to work, study, maintain relationships, take care of oneself, or if a person tries to alleviate their condition with alcohol or risky behaviour. It is not necessary to wait for a critical point: the thought “I am tired of coping on my own” is already a sufficient reason to seek help from a specialist. — In your opinion, what helps maintain support during war? — During war, we learn to live with pain and loss. A person can grieve and at the same time can love, work, raise children, laugh, and plan. Support returns through what remains relatively stable: loved ones, faith, a familiar rhythm, work, community, taking care of the body. Small predictable things help – plans for the day, family rituals, short-term goals. Meaning also becomes an important resource: children, a profession, helping others, creativity, faith, dreams.

— What would you like to say to those who are having a particularly difficult time today? — Don’t expect from yourself to recover quickly. After prolonged stress, your psyche needs time. Sometimes the path begins with a small step: eating, going for a walk, resting, responding to messages, and talking about your pain. Inner resilience includes the ability to ask for help, cry, get tired, and admit that it’s difficult right now. Don’t compare your pace to someone else’s. Ask yourself: “What can support me at least a little today?”

ійна змушує нас жити в умовах невизначеності, тривоги та постійних змін. Але навіть у складні часи людина може знаходити внутрішню опору. Про це говоримо з Іриною Бураковою.

— Ірино, щиро вітаємо Вас і дуже раді знайомству! З чого починається внутрішня стійкість? — Я вважаю, що внутрішня стійкість починається з чесного контакту із собою: здатності помічати свій стан, визнавати страх, втому, злість, біль і вчасно просити про підтримку. Опорою можуть бути близькі, віра, робота, спільнота, терапія, рух, сон, звичний режим. Стійкість підтримує й відчуття впливу: навіть у невизначеності ми можемо обирати, як прожити сьогоднішній день і куди спрямувати сили. — Тривалий стрес виснажує навіть сильну людину. Які ознаки свідчать про це? — Коли небезпека триває місяцями й роками, психіка звикає жити в постійній готовності реагувати. Звідси — тривожність, порушення сну, дратівливість, емоційне оніміння, труднощі з концентрацією. Виснаження настає, коли навантаження довго перевищує можливості відновлення. Важливий сигнал — навіть після сну чи відпочинку сили не повертаються. Тоді потрібні регулярне відновлення, зменшення перевантаження і, за потреби, психологічна допомога. — Коли пережите вже потребує професійної підтримки? — Я орієнтувалася б на те, наскільки пережите впливає на повсякденне життя. Сигналами можуть бути нав’язливі спогади й сни, сильні реакції на нагадування про подію, уникання, постійне відчуття небезпеки, порушення сну, емоційне оніміння, віддалення від близьких. Особливо варто звернутися по допомогу, якщо складно працювати, навчатися, підтримувати стосунки, піклуватися про себе або людина намагається заглушити свій стан алкоголем чи ризикованою поведінкою. Не обов’язково чекати критичної точки: думка «я втомився справлятися сам» уже достатня причина звернутися до фахівця. — На Вашу думку, що допомагає зберігати опору під час війни? — Під час війни ми вчимося жити поруч із болем і втратами. Людина може сумувати й водночас любити, працювати, виховувати дітей, сміятися та планувати. Опора повертається через те, що залишається відносно стабільним: близьких, віру, звичний ритм, роботу, спільноту, турботу про тіло. Допомагають маленькі передбачу-

вані речі — плани на день, сімейні ритуали, короткі цілі. Важливим ресурсом стає і сенс: діти, професія, допомога іншим, творчість, віра, мрії. — Що Ви хотіли б сказати тим, кому сьогодні особливо важко? — Не вимагайте від себе швидкого відновлення. Після тривалого стресу психіці потрібен час. Іноді шлях починається з маленького кроку: поїсти, вийти на прогулянку, відпочити, відповісти на повідомлення, поговорити про свій біль. Внутрішня стійкість включає здатність просити про допомогу, плакати, втомлюватися й визнавати, що зараз складно. Не порівнюйте свій темп із чужим. Запитайте себе: «Що сьогодні може підтримати мене хоча б трохи?»

Що для Вас означає це визнання? — Для мене професійне визнання — це не лише результат багаторічної праці, а передусім натхнення рухатися вперед. За кожною відзнакою стоять щоденна праця, розвиток, нові знання, сміливість ставити перед собою цілі та люди, з якими маю можливість співпрацювати. Своїми дослідженнями та міжнародною співпрацею прагну представляти Україну як державу сильних науковців і сучасних ідей. — Як доцентка кафедри кримінально-правових дисциплін, які головні виклики Ви бачите у сфері юриспруденції та підготовці майбутніх правоохоронців? — Сучасна юридична освіта має реагувати на виклики війни, цифровізацію кримінальної юстиції, розвиток електронних доказів, захист прав людини та адаптацію законодавства до європейських стандартів. Майбутньому правоохоронцю недостатньо знати законодавство. Він має критично мислити, володіти сучасними технологіями, орієнтуватися в міжнародних стандартах і приймати відповідальні рішення. Водночас фундаментом професії залишаються законність, доброчесність, повага до людської гідності та служіння суспільству. Адже сьогодні ми готуємо фахівців, які формуватимуть правоохоронну систему європейської України. — Як Вам вдається поєднувати науково-дослідну роботу,

викладання та практичну підготовку студентів? — Для мене наука, викладання та практика — складові єдиного професійного простору. Дослідження у сфері кримінального процесу, криміналістики, права на захист і захисту прав дітей дають змогу інтегрувати сучасні наукові результати в освітній процес. Міжнародне співробітництво, участь у проєктах, наукових заходах і стажуваннях дають можливість впроваджувати європейські підходи та кращі міжнародні практики. Це розширює професійний світогляд і посилює присутність української юридичної науки у міжнародному просторі. А головним джерелом продуктивності для мене залишається розуміння мети та цінності того, що робиш. — Якою є Ваша професійна візія на найближчі роки? — Мою професійну візію визначають лідерство, розвиток та європейське майбутнє України. Планую продовжувати наукову, викладацьку й міжнародну діяльність, розвивати партнерства та представляти українську науку у світовому академічному просторі. Для мене важливо постійно навчатися та бути відкритою до нових знань, ідей і викликів. Переконана, що справжнє лідерство — це відповідальність, здатність об’єднувати та власним прикладом мотивувати до розвитку. Найбільше прагнення сьогодні — мир в Україні, її відновлення та майбутнє як сильної, демократичної, правової держави — повноправного члена Європейського Союзу. — Tetiana, you won the awards “Scientist of the Year – 2025” and “Best Ukrainian Woman in the Profession 2026.” What does this recognition mean to you? — For me, professional recognition is not only the result of many years of work, but above all, an inspiration to move forward. Behind each award are daily work, development, new knowledge, the courage to set goals for myself, and people with whom I have the opportunity to collaborate. Through my research and international cooperation, I strive to represent Ukraine as a country of strong scientists and modern ideas. — As an associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, what are the main challenges you see in the field of jurisprudence and the training of future law enforcement officers? — Modern legal education must meet the challenges of digitalisation, the transformation of criminal justice, the protection of human rights, and European integration. It is at the intersection of science, education, practice, and international cooperation that the professional activities of Tetiana Voloshanivska, an associate professor at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, a researcher, and a lecturer, scientist.

— How do you manage to combine research, teaching, and students’ practical training? — For me, science, teaching and practice are components of a single professional space. Research in the field of criminal procedure, criminalistics, criminology, the right to protection and protection of children’s rights allows us to integrate modern scientific results into the educational process. International cooperation, participation in projects, scientific events and internships provide an opportunity to implement European approaches and best international practices. This broadens the professional worldview and strengthens the presence of Ukrainian legal science in the international space. And the main source of productivity for me remains understanding the purpose and value of what I do. — What is your professional vision for the coming years? — My professional vision is defined by leadership, development and the European future of Ukraine. I plan to continue my scientific, teaching and international activities, develop partnerships and represent Ukrainian science in the global academic space.

ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ТЕАТР «СИТУАЦІЯ» Повна зала людей: дніпрян, гостей міста, експертів, журналістів, поціновувачів мистецтва… Абсолютна тиша та затамований подих від очікування. З цього почалась прем’єра неймовірно унікального, абсолютно інноваційного культурного проєкту «Психологічний театр «Ситуація». Авторка проєкту Людмила АКИМЕНКО зазначає, що дуже довго виношувала ідею, аби вона, сформувавшись, увібрала в собі виключно корисні практичні поради та ефективність психологічної допомоги людям через формат театральної вистави. «Як жінка, яка пройшла на сьогодні великий шлях власних трансформацій, я розумію, що молоді люди, які планують створювати міцні союзи, зовсім не знають, як до цього підготуватись. Більшість з них не дозволяє собі звернутись до експертів по допомогу. Статистика розлучень говорить нам про те, що ми не маємо на сьогодні культуру побудови здорових стосунків, через нерозуміння себе та невміння комунікувати. Ці питання дуже довгий час формували в мені ідею створення проєкту, який би через інтерактивний формат мали змогу допомогти нашій нації, допомогти жінкам та чоловікам знаходити спільну мову, створювати в сім’ях атмосферу довіри, гармонії, розуміння та підтримки. Так роки потому було народжено «Психологічний театр «Ситуація», яким ми презентували до дня народження нашого міста», – прокоментувала Людмила Акименко.

Формат проєкту містить у собі театральні постановки найрізноманітніших ситуацій, з якими стикається кожна людина на планеті. Психологічний театр – це особлива форма впливу на людину через творчість, адже театральне мистецтво здатне дуже досконало проявляти внутрішній світ людини та змінювати її. Через призму творчості ми можемо надати людині можливість зробити важливі кроки на шляху до змін. Це і про оздоровлення стосунків, про налагодження комунікації, досягнення порозуміння з оточуючими, розкриття внутрішнього потенціалу. Окрім того, психологічний театр «Ситуація» має за мету розвивати психологічний напрямок театрального мистецтва. Це абсолютно нова концепція, що може бути ефективно застосована, як інноваційна терапевтична модель. Психологи зазначають, що в деяких життєвих обставинах саме театральні вистави можуть стати єдиним способом вирішення складних стосунків з оточуючими. У проєкті розкривають теми ситуацій, причини та наслідки, дають практичні поради експерти, які мають психологічний фах. Вони беруть до рук свої професійні інструменти та допомагають людям побачити об’єктивність життєвих ситуацій. Теми майбутніх вистав будуть складатись з реальних історій, які

ми очікуємо отримувати від вас через соцмережі. Через реалії нашого життя, звернутись за допомогою до психолога сьогодні можуть далеко не всі українці, адже цей вид комунікації передбачає відвертість, яка потребує особливої відваги. І тут на допомогу може прийти саме театральна вистава, яка дозволить глядачеві долучитись до знайомої йому ситуації без прямого контакту з фахівцем, проте отримати необхідні відповіді. Цей інтерактив подарує глядачеві можливість побачити схожу ситуацію зі сторони та зрозуміти, як варто діяти, аби зберегти стосунки, про які йтиме мова у виставі. Прем’єра першої вистави психологічного театру «Ситуація» довела, що українцям сьогодні вкрай необхідна психологічна допомога, адже експерти

проєкту відповіли на понад сто питань гостей заходу. Спеціалісти, які були представлені на проєкті зазначили, що велика війна ще більше погіршила стан українців, яких варто рятувати. Вони неодноразово наголосили, що до психологів, психотерапевтів, психіатрів, сексологів, неврологів та коучей варто звертатись у будь-якій життєвій ситуації, аби підтримати ментальне здоров’я. Тим самим ми будемо здатні створювати стосунки, які матимуть гарне продовження. Які даруватимуть нашій нації міцні союзи, здорове покоління майбутніх українців. PSYCHOLOGICAL THEATRE «SITUATION» A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation». The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance. «As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko. The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential. In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances. The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks. Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,

which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play. The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted

that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.
