Важливою складовою стала участь у реалізації державної політики, що дало змогу створити та впровадити в Україні програми антиретровірусної терапії, замісної підтримувальної терапії для ВІЛ-інфікованих споживачів ін’єкційних наркотиків і програми попередження передачі ВІЛ від матері до дитини. Сьогодні це вже звична медична рутина, яка колись була мрією, що стала реальністю завдяки роботі команди однодумців, які вміють втілювати задуми в життя. — Як медичний директор великої медичної мережі, що Ви вважаєте головною запорукою довіри пацієнтів та успішного розвитку медичного закладу в сучасних умовах? — Якісна клієнтоорієнтовна модель інтегрованих медичних послуг. Важливо забезпечити безперешкодний доступ до якісної медицини із застосуванням сучасних медичних технологій. Багатопрофільность є важливою складовою комфорту пацієнтів, особливо в умовах сьогодення. Але головне — любити людей і спирати-

Які якості сьогодні, на Вашу думку, є визначальними для лікаря нового покоління? — Перш за все бажання працювати лікарем і розуміння всіх важливих складових становлення особистості в медичній сфері: здатність наполегливо навчатися протягом тривалого часу, стресостійкість, готовність брати на себе відповідальність, вміння працювати із сучасним обладнанням та використовувати можливості штучного інтелекту в медицині. Обов’язково мати прагнення до постійного саморозвитку та ефективної взаємодії в колективі. — Ви присвятили медицині значну частину свого життя. Що надихає Вас сьогодні, які цілі ставите перед собою та про що мрієте як професіонал і як жінка? — Мене надихають практичні результати власної діяльності, побудова сталих систем у сфері охороні здоров’я, професійний шлях, пройдений разом з однодумцями, дружба, пронесена крізь життя. Наповнює любов до України. Адже ми вдома продовжуємо будувати та створювати реальність такою, якою хочемо її бачити. Украйна — це МИ всі та кожен із нас. Як жінка, я хочу надалі допомагати народжуватися довгоочікуваним дітям і бачити щасливі родини. Her professional path includes work in government agencies, in particular in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine of the P. L. Looking back on your path, what events, decisions and people played a key role in your development as a doctor, scientist and manager?

It is important to remain open to change and be focused on learning and implementing modern effective models of medical care. It is also important to easily let go of what no longer works and has lost relevance.

— The people we meet on our life’s journey are of decisive importance. I am a very happy person, because my main treasure in this life is my teachers. I carry gratitude to them in my heart all my life. Among them are Viktor Reshetniak, Candidate of Medical Sciences; Yurii Vdovychenko, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine; Viacheslav Kaminskii, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. It was they who helped me take my first steps in medicine, master the art of obstetric care, operative gynaecology, and the path to scientific and teaching activities. These were difficult years of painstaking daily work in teams for the sake of results. Medicine is always teamwork, where everyone plays their important role.

— A significant part of your career has been associated with the implementation of state and international programmes in the field of public health. What achievements of this stage do you consider the most significant for Ukrainian medicine?

— Over the years of your professional career, you have successfully combined clinical practice, science, public administration, and medical management. What helps you find a balance between these areas and remain effective in each of them? — The answer is that at a certain point in my life I chose the path of my heart and have been doing only what I love all my life. Medicine is my life in all its manifestations. Each of the links of management, medical practice and teaching activities is like the facets of a diamond, each of which

Today, this is a familiar medical routine, which was once a dream, which became a reality thanks to the work of a team of like-minded people who know how to bring ideas to life. — As the medical director of a large medical network, what do you consider to be the main key to patient trust and the successful development of a medical institution in modern conditions? — A high-quality, client-oriented model of integrated medical services. It is important to ensure unhindered access to quality medicine using modern medical technologies. Multidisciplinary is an important component of patient comfort, especially in today’s conditions. But the main thing is to love people and

rely on professional teams. In fact, everything is done by like-minded people who share common values and strive to form the best models of modern medicine in Ukraine. — You have been training young specialists for many years. What qualities do you think are crucial for a new generation of doctors today? — First of all, the desire to work as a doctor and an understanding of all the important components of personal development in the medical field: the ability to study hard for a long time, stress resistance, willingness to take responsibility, the ability to work with modern equipment and use the capabilities of artificial intelligence in medicine. It is imperative to have a desire for constant self-development and effective interaction in the team. — You have dedicated a significant part of your life to medicine. What inspires you today, what goals do you set for yourself, and what do you dream of as a professional and as a woman? — I am inspired by the practical results of my own activities, the construction of sustainable systems in the field of healthcare, the professional path traveled together with like-minded people, the friendship carried through life. I am filled with love for Ukraine. After all, at home we continue to build and create reality as we want to see it. Ukraine is WE, all of us and each of us. As a woman, I want to continue to help long-awaited children be born and see happy families. These are my greatest achievements and the measure of success in my many years of professional life, which I value the most. Loving and teaching are two graces of God. I have it all. I am grateful to the Universe for everything that is in my life.

Looking back, what moment served as a real turning point for you? — I suppose it wasn’t just one moment, but a decision to stop putting my dreams on hold. I realised that no one was going to build my future for me. I started small, but I always believed that hard work, a passion for what I do, and respect for people would inevitably bring results. It is this belief that has become the foundation of the brand, which is now trusted by over five thousand customers. For me, success isn’t just about business. It’s an opportunity to create value, support people, develop the community and inspire others not to be afraid to get started. What, in your opinion, is the main value of a successful business? — I am convinced that a high-quality product, trust and the founder’s personality are inextricably linked. For some, it begins with professional achievements; for others, with overcoming life’s challenges; and for many, with the decision not to postpone life for “someday.” Olena Malm is a journalist, public figure, member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, Chairwoman of the Board of the NGO Santa Lucia, author and host of television programs, storyteller, editor, producer, and a person firmly convinced that words have the power to change reality. Her professional journey is an example of how creativity, responsibility, and civic engagement can unite into one meaningful mission. For Olena, Ukraine is far more than a place of birth. She speaks of it as a country of strength, a country of profound human spirit, a nation that, even in its most difficult times, continues to generate new energy for life, art, and development. This sense of responsibility for the future has become one of the driving forces behind her public and creative activities. Her life philosophy is built not on waiting for the perfect moment, but on taking action. She believes that life is made up of choices, and every choice shapes the future. According to Olena, one of the most important lessons of recent years has been learning not only to dream but also to create a system for achieving those dreams. This is why she consciously changed her approach to planning. Instead of focusing on the short term, she began thinking more strategically—in terms of months, half-years, and longterm stages of development. Як би Ви описали свою місію через мистецтво? — Для мене мистецтво — це значно більше, ніж творчість. Це інструмент самопізнання, розвитку та єднання людей. Через культурні й освітні проєкти я прагну допомагати людям відкривати власний потенціал, знаходити натхнення та ширше бачити світ. Особливо важливим для мене є культурний діалог між Україною та Європою. — Ви проводите творчі воркшопи в різних країнах Європи. Яка їхня головна мета? — Такі зустрічі відбуваються у Німеччині, Польщі та Швейцарії. Для мене важливо не лише навчати творчих технік, а й створювати простір для спілкування, підтримки та обміну досвідом. Через творчість люди легше відкриваються, знаходять однодумців і нові можливості для розвитку. — Ви часто говорите про розкриття людського потенціалу. Що вкладаєте в це поняття? — Я переконана, що кожна людина має таланти та здібності. Моє завдання — допомогти їх побачити та наважитися розвивати. Through cultural and educational projects, I strive to help people unlock their own potential, find inspiration and see the world in a broader perspective. Cultural dialogue between Ukraine and Europe is particularly important to me. — You run creative workshops in various European countries. What is their main aim? — These meetings take place in Germany, Poland and Switzerland. For me, it is important not only to teach creative techniques, but also to create a space for communication, support and the exchange of experiences. Through creativity, people open up more easily, find like-minded people and discover new opportunities for personal development. — You often talk about unlocking human potential. What do you mean by that? — I am convinced that every person has talents and abilities. My task is to help them recognise these and find the courage to develop them. I want people to live life to the full, doing things that bring them joy, inspiration and inner satisfaction. — One of the areas you focus on is cultural travel. Why is this important to you? — Travelling helps us gain a deeper understanding of other cultures, broadens our worldview and teaches us to appreciate diversity. That is

why I strive to combine creativity, education and cultural exchange in international projects. — The three-dimensional ears of wheat in your artwork have become a symbol of this interview. What do they mean to you? — The ear of wheat is a symbol of life, growth and inner strength. It reminds us of the importance of personal growth and the striving for light, whilst at the same time emphasising the need to preserve our roots and values. — Why are the themes of goodness, light and humanity so important to you? — Because the world is changing for the better thanks to people. Art helps to develop sensitivity, respect for others and the ability to see beauty. It teaches us to create, not to destroy. — What remains behind the scenes of successful projects? —Hard work, patience and years of experience lie behind every achievement. It is the journey itself that shapes a person, helping them to grow stronger and move forward with greater confidence. — What does true success mean to you? — To me, these are people who, through creativity, have discovered their talents, believed in their own abilities and found their calling. Сьогодні бути лідером — це не про «залізну» руку чи ілюзію того, що ти можеш контролювати весь світ. Для мене це передусім про шалену жагу до життя та сміливість залишатися людиною за будь-яких обставин. У світі, де все навколо змінюється щохвилини, лідерство — це мистецтво створювати простір безпеки та довіри для тих, хто йде за тобою. Це коли люди дивляться на керівника і бачать не холодного функціонера, а живу людину, яка надихає, чує їхні страхи та вірить у їхній потенціал навіть тоді, коли вони самі в собі сумніваються. — Сьогодні багато керівників змушені ухвалювати складні рішення. Як знайти баланс між необхідністю забезпечувати розвиток бізнесу та людяністю щодо команди? — Цей баланс значно легше знайти, якщо пам’ятати, що бізнес — це не стіни, не папери і не цифри в калькуляторі. Бізнес — це люди. Я глибоко переконана, що керівник не повинен бути тираном, від якого працівники сахаються як від вогню. Справжня сила лідера проявляється в умінні знаходити компроміси. What does it mean to you today to be a leader in a world where uncertainty has become the new norm? — Hello! These days, being a leader isn’t about an ‘iron fist’ or the illusion that you can control the whole world. For me, it’s first of all about a fierce passion for life and the courage to remain human in all circumstances. In a world where everything around us is changing by the minute, leadership is the art of creating a space of safety and trust for those who follow you. It’s when people look at a leader and see not a cold bureaucrat, but a living, breathing person who inspires them, listens to their fears and believes in their potential even when they doubt themselves. — These days, many managers are forced to make difficult decisions. How can they find a balance between the need to ensure the business’s growth and the humanity towards their team? — It is much easier to find this balance if you remember that a business is not just walls, papers, or numbers on a calculator. A business is people. I am firmly convinced that a manager should not be a tyrant whom employees avoid like the plague. A leader’s true strength lies in their ability to find compromises. When a crisis arises, I don’t force processes through by the force of my will; instead, I sit down with the team at the negotiating table. When people see that their opinion matters, that the manager is willing to listen and seek solutions together, they give 200 per cent of their effort

Які помилки керівників найчастіше стають причиною втрати довіри? — Найстрашніша помилка — це гординя та байдужість, коли керівник ставить себе вище за колектив і перестає бачити у підлеглих людей з їхніми емоціями, втомою та тривогами. Довіра втрачається тоді, коли зникає діалог і починається тиранія. Мені пощастило: у мене завжди були і залишаються прекрасні, теплі стосунки як із підлеглими, так і з вищим керівництвом. А все тому, що в основі взаємодії завжди лежить взаємоповага. Якщо керівник закривається у своєму кабінеті й транслює лише сухі накази, команда миттєво віддаляється. — Назва нашої розмови містить сильну тезу — «не втратити себе». Як керівнику зберегти внутрішню опору, коли від його рішень залежить майбутнє багатьох людей? — Знаєте, ніхто з нас не є залізним роботом. Щоб не втратити себе під тиском відповідальності, керівнику життєво необхідні внутрішня гармонія і, що найважливіше, — безумовна підтримка та віра дорогих, рідних людей. Коли ти знаєш, що вдома на тебе чекають, вірять у твої сили і люблять просто за те, що ти є, це дає колосальні крила. Жоден лідер не вистоїть наодинці. Моя родина, мої близькі — це моє джерело сили та мій залізобетонний

Саме завдяки їхньому теплу я можу залишатися стійкою в роботі та зберігати внутрішній баланс. — Чим, на Ваш погляд, відрізняються лідери, які витримують випробування часом, від тих, хто втрачає позиції після перших викликів? — Справжні лідери мають неймовірну гнучкість, відкрите серце та любов до життя. Вони не бояться змін, бо бачать у них можливості для творчості та розвитку. Ті ж, хто звик діяти лише мовою наказів і жорстких обмежень, ламаються першими, бо старі шаблони в новому світі більше не працюють. Лідери, які витримують випробування часом, вміють будувати довготривалі, щирі стосунки. Вони інвестують у турботу та превентивний захист життя своєї команди. Ведуть за собою через любов та спільні цінності, а не через страх. — Яке послання Ви хотіли б адресувати підприємцям, керівникам і всім, хто сьогодні бере на себе відповідальність вести за собою інших? — Не бійтеся бути емпатичними та відкритими. Будувати стосунки на засадах компромісу та поваги — це не слабкість, а найвищий прояв управлінської зрілості, яка магнітом притягує до вас сильних людей. Бережіть і цінуйте тих, хто дарує вам підтримку вдома, адже саме там народжується наша сила. Будуйте свій бізнес із відкритим серцем, захищайте свою команду, любіть життя у всіх його проявах і впевнено рухайтеся вперед. Разом ми здатні пройти крізь будь-який шторм!

— In your professional life, you work with teams that are undergoing transformation. What mistakes do leaders most often make that lead to a loss of trust? — The worst mistake is arrogance and indifference, when a manager places themselves above the team and ceases to see their subordinates as people with their own emotions, fatigue and anxieties. Trust is lost when dialogue disappears and tyranny begins. I’ve been fortunate: I’ve always had, and continue to have, wonderful, warm relationships with both my staff and senior management. And that’s because mutual respect always forms the basis of our interactions. If a manager shuts themselves away in their office and issues nothing but dry orders, the team immediately distances itself.

— In your view, how do leaders who endure the test of time differ from those who lose ground after the first challenges? — True leaders possess incredible flexibility, an open heart and a love of life. They are not afraid of change, as they see it as an opportunity for creativity and growth. Those who are accustomed to operating solely through orders and strict restrictions are the first to falter, because old patterns no longer work in this new world. Leaders who endure the test of time know how to build long-lasting, genuine relationships. They invest in caring for and proactively protecting the lives of their team. They lead through love and shared values, not through fear.

— The title of our conversation contains a powerful statement —“not lose yourself”. How can a leader maintain their inner strength when the future of so many people depends on their decisions? — You know, none of us is a robot made of iron. To avoid losing sight of who you are under the pressure of responsibility, a manager absolutely needs inner harmony and, most importantly, the unconditional support and faith of their loved ones. When you know that people are waiting for you at home, believe in your abilities and love you simply for who you are, it gives you tremendous wings. No leader can stand alone. My family and my loved ones are my source of

— What message would you like to convey to entrepreneurs, leaders and everyone who today takes on the responsibility of leading others? — Don’t be afraid to be empathetic and open. Building relationships on the principles of compromise and respect is not a sign of weakness, but the highest expression of managerial maturity, which acts like a magnet, drawing strong people to you. Cherish and value those who support you at home, for that is where our strength is born. Build your business with an open heart, protect your team, love life in all its manifestations, and move forward with confidence. Together, we can get through any storm!

Що допомагає людині повернути відчуття власної цінності та сили? — Всі люди народжені із конкретним завданням на Землі, яке так або інакше виконують. І це не соціальне призначення, це особливий намір саме на це життя. Такий собі «контракт душі», який було складено самостійно до народження. Для виконання такого контракту є дар, який проявляється свідомо або інтуїтивно. Тож цінність людини — це згадати про власну особливість, як неповторне в своєму прояві джерело безумовної любові. — Завдяки чому приходить відчуття гармонії, цілісності та контакту із собою? — За десятки років пошуку істини через навчання, практики та віри в свій дар, я дійшла висновку: внутрішня гармонія — це взаємозв’язок серця і розуму! Від небажання терпіти муки, людина капітулює перед свідомістю, припиняє внутрішній супротив і чує голос душі, що відгукується в тілі і в думках. Щоб відчути свободу, варто дати собі дозвіл на прийняття чи то подій, чи інформації, чи матеріальних благ, чи людей. — Що допомагає людині розкрити свій потенціал і дозволити собі бути собою? — Першочергово це любов до себе, прийняття свого божественного існування безоціночно. Чесність в усьому з усім світом, вибачення своїх образ, претензій, звинувачень до себе та до інших. Щира постійна вдячність. — У чому для Вас проявляється стан цілісності та гармонії із собою? — Внутрішню гармонію іншого відчутно емпатично. Видають гармонійні, повільні рухи його тіла, відчуття спокою та любові в просторі від його присутності, тиша власних думок. Його спокійні вібрації голосу, усвідомлені формулювання речень, що зрозумілі для всіх, дають відчуття важливості і свого власного існування. What helps a person regain a sense of self-worth and strength? — All people are born with a specific task on Earth, which they fulfil in one way or another. And this is not a social purpose; it is a special intention for this life. It is a kind of “soul contract” that was drawn up independently before birth. To fulfil such a contract, there is a gift that manifests itself consciously or intuitively. So the value of a person is to remember their own uniqueness as a source of unconditional love in its unique manifestation. — Thanks to what a feeling of harmony, wholeness, and contact with oneself come? — Over decades of searching for truth through study, practice, and faith in my gift, I have come to the conclusion: inner harmony is the connection between the heart and mind! Our mind is only an assistant, and the soul is the full-fledged helmsman of our life and actions in it. Contact with yourself begins with allowing yourself to hear your true self and trusting yourself. — Where does the path to one’s authenticity and inner freedom usually begin? — Most often, it is because of pain in most people. observations, I realized that we, people, change through experiencing physical or mental pain. Out of unwillingness to endure torment, a person surrenders to consciousness, stops internal resistance and hears the voice of the soul, which echoes in the body and in thoughts. To feel freedom, you should give yourself permission to accept either events, or information, or material goods, or people. — What helps a person to unleash their potential and allow them to be themselves? — First of all, it is love for yourself, acceptance of your divine existence as priceless; honesty in everything with the whole world, forgiveness of your grievances, claims, accusations towards yourself and others; and sincere constant gratitude. — What does a state of wholeness and harmony with yourself look like for you? — The inner harmony of another is felt empathetically. The harmonious, slow movements of his or her body, the feeling of peace and love in the space from his or her presence, the silence of his or her own thoughts give it away. His or her calm vibrations of voice, conscious wording of sentences that are understandable to everyone, give also a feeling of importance of your own existence. Such holistic individuals fill the space with harmony with their existence.

Вона легко почувається перед камерою, адже сприймає фотографію як творчий процес, у якому народжується особлива енергетика та настрій. This is exactly the impression that Nika Melnyk makes – a young, bright and purposeful girl who confidently paves her own way.

Studying at Ivan Franko Lviv National University became an important part of her development. It was there that not only professional knowledge was formed, but also a worldview, which today helps her confidently move forward, remaining open to new opportunities and challenges. A special place in Nika’s life is occupied by the modelling sphere. For many, it is just beautiful photos, but there is much more behind each frame. It is the ability to work on herself, to reveal different facets of her own personality, to convey emotions and mood through the camera lens. Photography has become for her not just a hobby, but a

real way of self-expression. Each shooting for Nika is a new story, a new image and an opportunity to see herself in a different way. She feels at ease in front of the camera, because she perceives photography as a creative process in which a special energy and mood is born. Навчання на інтенсиві в Українській кіношколі стало важливим етапом її творчого становлення, а сьогодні вона продовжує навчатися в акторських лабораторіях, відкриваючи для себе нові професійні горизонти. Історичні драми, психологічні історії, детективи та сильні жіночі образи — саме в них акторка бачить простір для справжнього творчого самовираження. У розмові з нашим виданням Ірина поділилася, чому не варто відкладати мрії на потім, як акторство змінило її життя та чому починати новий шлях ніколи не пізно.

— Пані Ірино, багато хто переконаний, що акторський шлях варто починати ще в юності. Що надихнуло Вас зробити цей крок саме зараз і повірити, що для мрії не існує запізнілого часу? — Мій шлях до акторства почався з бажання навчитися впевнено говорити, виступати перед людьми та працювати на камеру. Але під час навчання я відкрила для себе набагато більше. Я зрозуміла, що акторство — це мистецтво розуміти людей, проживати різні долі та відкривати нові грані себе. Саме тоді я усвідомила: для справжньої мрії вікових обмежень не існує. — Навчання в Українській кіношколі стало для Вас початком нового етапу. Які відкриття про себе Ви зробили на цьому шляху? — Українська кіношкола дала мені розуміння того, наскільки глибокою та багатогранною є

професія актора. Я відкрила в собі сміливість проявляти емоції, бути щирою та не боятися виходити за межі звичного. Переді мною ніби відкрився новий Всесвіт, і мені захотілося стати його частиною. — Чи змінилося Ваше ставлення до життя після того, як Ви наважилися почати все з чистого аркуша та присвятити себе акторству? — Так, безумовно. Життя стало цікавішим і насиченішим. Я почала уважніше спостерігати за людьми, краще розуміти їхні емоції та мотиви. Акторство навчило мене дивитися на світ ширше, помічати більше деталей і цінувати кожен новий досвід. — Вас приваблюють історичні драми, психологічні ролі та детективні сюжети. Які можливості для самовираження Ви знаходите саме в цих жанрах?

— Мене приваблюють складні характери та сильні людські історії. В історичних драмах цікаво торкатися доль людей минулого, у психологічних ролях — досліджувати внутрішній світ персонажа, а в детективах — тримати глядача в напрузі та шукати приховані мотиви. Найбільше мене надихають ролі сильних жінок, які проходять через випробування, змінюються та знаходять у собі сили рухатися вперед. — Своїм прикладом Ви доводите, що ніколи не пізно розпочати нову справу. Що б Ви хотіли сказати людям, які досі відкладають свою мрію на потім? — Не чекайте ідеального моменту — його може не бути. Навіть якщо страшно, зробіть перший крок, потім другий, третій. Саме так починається шлях до будь-якої мрії. Одного дня ви озирнетеся назад і зрозумієте, що вже живете тим життям, про яке колись лише мріяли.

ryna Varnavova is a film actress, a graduate of the Ukrainian Film School in 2024. She is just beginning her creative path, but she already clearly knows what roles she wants to embody on the screen. Historical dramas, psychological stories, detective stories and strong female characters - it is in them that the actress sees space for true creative selfexpression. In a conversation with our edition, Iryna shared why you shouldn’t put off your dreams for later, how acting changed her life and why it’s never too late to start a new path.

— Mrs. Iryna, many people believe that acting should begin at a young age. What inspired you to take this step now and believe that it is never too late to pursue your dreams? — My path to acting began with a desire to learn how to speak confidently, perform in front of people, and work on camera. But during my studies, I discovered much more. I realised that acting is the art of understanding people, experiencing different destinies, and discovering new facets of myself. It was then that I realised that there are no age limits for a true dream. — Studying at the Ukrainian Film School was the beginning of a new stage for you. What discoveries about yourself did you make along the way? — The Ukrainian Film School gave me an understanding of how deep and multifaceted

the profession of an actor is. I discovered in myself the courage to show emotions, to be sincere and not be afraid to go beyond the usual. It was as if a new Universe opened up before me, and I wanted to become a part of it. — Has your attitude towards life changed after you dared to start from scratch and dedicate yourself to acting? — Yes, absolutely. Life has become more interesting and fulfilling. I have started to observe people more closely, to understand their emotions and motives better. Acting has taught me to look at the world more broadly, to notice more details and to appreciate every new experience. — You are attracted to historical dramas, psychological roles, and detective stories. What opportunities for self-expression do

you find in these genres? — I am attracted to complex characters and strong human stories. In historical dramas, it is interesting to touch on the fates of people from the past, in psychological roles - to explore the inner world of the character, and in detectives - to keep the viewer in suspense and look for hidden motives. I am most inspired by the roles of strong women who go through trials, change and find the strength to move forward. — You are a living example of how it is never too late to start something new. What would you like to say to people who are still putting off their dreams? — Don’t wait for the perfect moment — it may not come. Even if it’s scary, take the first step, then the second, then the third. This is how the path to any dream begins. One day you will look back and realise that you are already living the life you once only dreamed of.

lina Vrublevska is an educator, artist, volunteer, and director of the vocal group “SONIAKHI” (“SUNFLOWERS”) and the “ShatrytsA” theatre troupe. Her work combines education, the arts and civic responsibility. Through the Ukrainian language, song and creativity, she is shaping a new generation that appreciates the value of culture, freedom and their own identity.

— Alina, your career path has brought together education, the arts and volunteering. What do you see as your main mission today? — My main mission is to bring people together around the Ukrainian language, song and action, transforming education, the arts and volunteering into a force for cultural resistance. All these aspects of my life are interconnected: pedagogy helps me understand how values are formed, whilst working with adult artists in the “SONIAKHI” band and the “ShatrytsA” theatre troupe is all about unity, creativity and a shared purpose. What inspires me most is the moment when art truly touches people’s hearts. When a Ukrainian song resonates so deeply that the audience experiences powerful emotions, supports charitable initiatives and gets involved in helping others, that’s when you realise that culture is our spiritual foundation. — You have been working with children for many years. How can we get young people interested in literature and the arts today? — For me, literature and art are a space for shaping personality. You can’t simply force modern children to read — you have to get them fascinated. That’s precisely why I use interactive methods: storytelling, elements of STEAM education, discussions and creative tasks. We don’t just read a piece of literature — we bring it to life. Pupils can re-embody into the characters, analyse their actions, change the endings and draw parallels with the present day. This shapes not only an interest in books, but also critical thinking, the ability to express one’s own views and to see the world more broadly. — In your opinion, what should a newgeneration educator be like? — Nowadays, teachers do more than simply pass on knowledge. Their role is to act as mentors, helping children to think, seek answers and develop their own potential.

Modern education is changing: digital technologies, creative projects, podcasts and new formats enable pupils to become creators in their own right. The most important qualities of a teacher remain empathy, openness and respect for each child’s personality. — Your creative groups, “SONIAKHI” and “ShatrytsA”, have become an important part of cultural life. What role does art play today? — Culture today is a matter of our identity and our strength. Traditions must not remain merely on the pages of history — they must live on. Through song, stage performances and creative projects, we show the beauty of Ukrainian culture. When people see a high-quality Ukrainian product, they feel a sense of pride: ‘This is ours. This is beautiful.’ This is precisely how a love for one’s own is formed. — Your volunteer activities are closely linked to creativity. What does helping others through art mean to you? — For me, volunteering is a natural state of mind. The charity concerts by the groups “ShatrytsA” and “SONIAKHI” have become a way of supporting those who need it most: servicemen, children and families facing difficult trials. Every performance has a special purpose — to help, to support and to provide hope. Creativity has a unique power: it heals, unites and returns hope to people. — Your motto is “Teach with your heart, inspire through art, and act to achieve victory”. How do you foresee Ukraine’s future? — I see Ukraine as a strong, distinctive and intellectually advanced nation, where culture and education hold a special place. It is these that shape a generation capable of developing the country and safeguarding its values. Young people today know the value of freedom. My task is to pass on this cultural flame to them and show that Ukrainian identity is our superpower.

We will certainly win because we have the power of the word, art and spirit.

ліна Врублевська — педагогиня, мисткиня, волонтерка, керівниця вокального гурту «СОНЯХИ» та шоу-театру «ШатрицА». Її діяльність — це поєднання освіти, мистецтва та громадянської відповідальності. Через українське слово, пісню та творчість вона формує нове покоління, яке знає ціну культури, свободи та власної ідентичності. — Аліно, Ваш шлях об’єднав педагогіку, мистецтво та волонтерство. У чому сьогодні Ви бачите свою головну місію? — Моя головна місія — об’єднувати людей навколо українського слова, пісні та дії, перетворюючи освіту, мистецтво й волонтерство на силу культурного спротиву. Усі ці напрями мого життя взаємопов’язані: педагогіка допомагає зрозуміти, як формуються цінності, а робота з дорослими артистами у гурті «СОНЯХИ» та шоу-театрі «ШатрицА» — це про єдність, творчість і спільну мету. Найбільше мене надихає момент, коли мистецтво справді торкається сердець. Коли українська пісня звучить так, що глядачі переживають сильні емоції, підтримують благодійні ініціативи й долучаються до допомоги, тоді розумієш, що культура є нашим духовним фундаментом. — Ви багато років працюєте з дітьми. Як сьогодні зацікавити молодь літературою та мистецтвом? — Для мене література і мистецтво — це простір формування особистості. Сучасних дітей неможливо просто змусити читати — їх потрібно захопити. Саме тому я використовую інтерактивні методи: сторітелінг, елементи STEAM-освіти, дискусії та творчі завдання. Ми не просто читаємо твір — ми оживляємо його. Учні можуть перевтілюватися в героїв, аналізувати їхні вчинки, змінювати фінали, проводити паралелі із сучасністю. Так формується не лише інтерес до книги, а й критичне мислення, уміння висловлювати власну позицію та бачити світ ширше. — Яким, на Вашу думку, має бути педагог нового покоління? — Сьогодні вчитель уже не просто передає знання. Його роль — бути наставником, який допомагає дитині мислити, шукати відповіді та розвивати власний потенціал. Сучасна освіта змінюється: цифрові технології, творчі проєкти, подкасти та нові формати дають можливість учням самим ставати творцями. Найважливішими яко-

стями педагога залишаються емпатія, відкритість і повага до особистості кожної дитини. — Ваші творчі колективи «СОНЯХИ» та «ШатрицА» стали важливою частиною культурного життя. Яку роль сьогодні відіграє мистецтво? — Культура сьогодні — це питання нашої ідентичності та нашої сили. Традиції не мають залишатися лише на сторінках історії — вони повинні жити. Через пісню, сценічні постановки та творчі проєкти ми показуємо красу української культури. Коли люди бачать якісний український продукт, вони відчувають гордість: «Це наше. Це прекрасне». Саме так формується любов до свого. — Ваша волонтерська діяльність тісно пов’язана з творчістю. Що для Вас означає допомагати через мистецтво? — Волонтерство для мене — це природний стан душі. Благодійні концерти колективів «ШатрицА» та «СОНЯХИ» стали способом підтримати тих, хто цього потребує найбільше: військових, дітей і родини, які проходять складні випробування. Кожен виступ має особливу мету — допомогти, підтримати, подарувати віру. Творчість має унікальну силу: вона лікує, об’єднує та повертає людям надію. — Ваш девіз — «Навчати серцем, надихати мистецтвом і діяти заради перемоги». Якою Ви бачите Україну майбутнього? — Я бачу Україну сильною, самобутньою та інтелектуально розвиненою державою, де культура й освіта посідають особливе місце. Саме вони формують покоління, здатне розвивати країну та берегти її цінності. Молодь сьогодні знає ціну свободи. Моє завдання — передати їй цей культурний вогонь і показати, що українська ідентичність — наша суперсила.

Жінка, яка надихає — Пані Наталіє, щиро раді новій зустрічі з Вами. Звідки бере початок Ваша історія служіння людям? — Ще в юності я пережила непростий особистий досвід, який сформував у мені бажання допомагати людям у складних життєвих ситуаціях. Згодом це прагнення стало професійним покликанням. Я розпочала з викладацької діяльності, захистила кандидатську дисертацію та присвятила себе психології. Особливого значення моя робота набула під час війни, коли психологічна підтримка стала життєво необхідною для багатьох українців. — За Вашими досягненнями стоїть важлива суспільна місія. Що надихнуло на створення громадської організації? — Коли наші захисники почали повертатися з фронту, я зрозуміла, що допомога має бути комплексною. Так разом із військовослужбовцем Олегом Малічиним була створена громадська організація, яка об’єднала психологічну, правничу та соціальну підтримку. Попри труднощі на початку шляху, бажання бути корисною людям лише зміцнювало рішучість рухатися вперед. — Сильні особистості не бояться змін. Які кроки стали для Вас найважливішими на шляху до нових вершин? — Переконана, що розвиток неможливий без готовності виходити за межі звичного. Мені доводилося долати страхи, сумніви

та внутрішні бар’єри. Саме це допомогло очолити кафедру психології та суспільствознавчих дисциплін імені о. Івана Луцького в Університеті Короля Данила та стати керівницею громадської організації. Важливим був і шлях особистісного зростання, який відкрив нові можливості та навчив не здаватися. — У непростий для країни час Ваш внесок особливо відчутний. У чому сьогодні полягає головний сенс Вашої діяльності? — Насамперед у підтримці військовослужбовців, ветеранів, курсантів і членів їхніх родин. Психологічна стійкість є надзвичайно важливою складовою нашої сили. Саме тому я активно працюю з майбутніми захисниками України. Крім того, ухвалила рішення вступити до лав Збройних Сил України, адже відчуваю внутрішню потребу служити своїй державі там, де можу бути найбільш корисною. — Для багатьох жінок Ви є прикладом сили та наполегливості. Яке побажання хотіли б залишити тим, хто лише починає шлях до своєї мрії? — Насамперед не варто зраджувати собі. Не потрібно чекати ідеального моменту — його може й не бути. Важливо діяти, навіть коли страшно. Віра у власні сили, наполегливість, дисципліна та готовність брати відповідальність за своє життя поступово приводять до успіху. І ще: не бійтеся ризикувати, адже спробувати й отримати досвід значно цінніше, ніж усе життя шкодувати про втрачені можливості.

Бажаємо нових звершень, натхнення, гармонії, міцного здоров’я та невичерпної енергії для реалізації всіх важливих місій. — Mrs. Nataliia, we are truly delighted to meet you again. How did your journey of serving others begin? — Even in my youth, I went through a difficult personal experience which instilled in me a desire to help people facing challenging life situations. Over time, this aspiration became my professional calling. I began by teaching, went on to complete my PhD, and devoted myself to psychology. My work took on particular significance during the war, when psychological support became vital for many Ukrainians. — There is an important social mission behind your achievements. What inspired you to set up a nongovernmental organisation? — When our defenders began returning from the front, I realised that the support we provided needed to be comprehensive. So, together with Oleh Malichyn, a member of the armed forces, we set up a non-governmental organisation that brought together psychological, legal and social support. Despite the difficulties we faced at the beginning, the desire to be useful to people only strengthened our determination to move forward. — Strong personalities are not afraid of change. What steps have been the most important for you on your journey to new heights? — I am convinced that development is impossible without a willingness to step beyond the familiar. I have had to overcome

fears, doubts and inner barriers. It was precisely this that enabled me to head the Father Ivan Lutskii Department of Psychology and Social Sciences at King Danylo University and to become the head of a non-governmental organisation. My journey of personal growth was also crucial; it opened up new opportunities and taught me to never give up. — At this difficult time for the country, your contribution is particularly noticeable. What is the main meaning of your work today? — First and foremost, in supporting servicemen, veterans, cadets and their families. Psychological resilience is an extremely important component of our strength. That is precisely why I am actively working with Ukraine’s future defenders. Furthermore, I have decided to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as I feel a personal need to serve my country where I can be of most use. — For many women, you are a role model of strength and perseverance. What advice would you like to give to those who are just setting out on the path towards their dreams? — First of all, don’t betray yourself. There’s no need to wait for the perfect moment — it might never come. It’s important to take action, even when you’re scared. Believing in yourself, perseverance, discipline and a willingness to take responsibility for your own life will gradually lead to success. And one more thing: don’t be afraid to take risks, because trying and gaining experience is far more valuable than spending your whole life regretting missed opportunities.

ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ТЕАТР «СИТУАЦІЯ» Повна зала людей: дніпрян, гостей міста, експертів, журналістів, поціновувачів мистецтва… Абсолютна тиша та затамований подих від очікування. З цього почалась прем’єра неймовірно унікального, абсолютно інноваційного культурного проєкту «Психологічний театр «Ситуація». Авторка проєкту Людмила АКИМЕНКО зазначає, що дуже довго виношувала ідею, аби вона, сформувавшись, увібрала в собі виключно корисні практичні поради та ефективність психологічної допомоги людям через формат театральної вистави. «Як жінка, яка пройшла на сьогодні великий шлях власних трансформацій, я розумію, що молоді люди, які планують створювати міцні союзи, зовсім не знають, як до цього підготуватись. Більшість з них не дозволяє собі звернутись до експертів по допомогу. Статистика розлучень говорить нам про те, що ми не маємо на сьогодні культуру побудови здорових стосунків, через нерозуміння себе та невміння комунікувати. Ці питання дуже довгий час формували в мені ідею створення проєкту, який би через інтерактивний формат мали змогу допомогти нашій нації, допомогти жінкам та чоловікам знаходити спільну мову, створювати в сім’ях атмосферу довіри, гармонії, розуміння та підтримки. Так роки потому було народжено «Психологічний театр «Ситуація», яким ми презентували до дня народження нашого міста», – прокоментувала Людмила Акименко.

Формат проєкту містить у собі театральні постановки найрізноманітніших ситуацій, з якими стикається кожна людина на планеті. Психологічний театр – це особлива форма впливу на людину через творчість, адже театральне мистецтво здатне дуже досконало проявляти внутрішній світ людини та змінювати її. Через призму творчості ми можемо надати людині можливість зробити важливі кроки на шляху до змін. Це і про оздоровлення стосунків, про налагодження комунікації, досягнення порозуміння з оточуючими, розкриття внутрішнього потенціалу. Окрім того, психологічний театр «Ситуація» має за мету розвивати психологічний напрямок театрального мистецтва. Це абсолютно нова концепція, що може бути ефективно застосована, як інноваційна терапевтична модель. Психологи зазначають, що в деяких життєвих обставинах саме театральні вистави можуть стати єдиним способом вирішення складних стосунків з оточуючими. У проєкті розкривають теми ситуацій, причини та наслідки, дають практичні поради експерти, які мають психологічний фах. Вони беруть до рук свої професійні інструменти та допомагають людям побачити об’єктивність життєвих ситуацій. Теми майбутніх вистав будуть складатись з реальних історій, які

ми очікуємо отримувати від вас через соцмережі. Через реалії нашого життя, звернутись за допомогою до психолога сьогодні можуть далеко не всі українці, адже цей вид комунікації передбачає відвертість, яка потребує особливої відваги. І тут на допомогу може прийти саме театральна вистава, яка дозволить глядачеві долучитись до знайомої йому ситуації без прямого контакту з фахівцем, проте отримати необхідні відповіді. Цей інтерактив подарує глядачеві можливість побачити схожу ситуацію зі сторони та зрозуміти, як варто діяти, аби зберегти стосунки, про які йтиме мова у виставі. Прем’єра першої вистави психологічного театру «Ситуація» довела, що українцям сьогодні вкрай необхідна психологічна допомога, адже експерти

проєкту відповіли на понад сто питань гостей заходу. Спеціалісти, які були представлені на проєкті зазначили, що велика війна ще більше погіршила стан українців, яких варто рятувати. Вони неодноразово наголосили, що до психологів, психотерапевтів, психіатрів, сексологів, неврологів та коучей варто звертатись у будь-якій життєвій ситуації, аби підтримати ментальне здоров’я. Тим самим ми будемо здатні створювати стосунки, які матимуть гарне продовження. Які даруватимуть нашій нації міцні союзи, здорове покоління майбутніх українців. PSYCHOLOGICAL THEATRE «SITUATION» A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation». The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance. «As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko. The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of 40

a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential. In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances. The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks. Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,

which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play. The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted

that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.
