ANDRII YUROCHKO:
n today’s Ukrainian business world, entrepreneurs are particularly valued not only for building successful companies, but also for cultivating, over many years, a reputation for reliability, responsibility and professionalism. Andrii Yurochko is one such person — a well-known Lviv entrepreneur and owner of the furniture company “ARIA Ukraine”, which for over two decades has been an example of stable growth and a modern approach to furniture manufacturing.
The history of “ARIA Ukraine” began back in 2001, when Andrii Yurochko, together with his partners, founded the company, which later became one of the most recognisable furniture brands in Western Ukraine.
Today, ARIA Ukraine is a company that delivers bespoke projects for private homes, flats, offices, hotels, beauty salons and other spaces where comfort, functionality and style are of paramount importance. The company combines the implementation of design solutions with modern, multi-disciplinary production of kitchens, carcass and soft furniture, as well as products made from artificial stone and quartzite.
A distinctive feature of Andrii Yurochko as a leader is his ability to constantly develop and feel current trends. That is why the company does not rest on its laurels: it expands its production lines, introduces the latest technologies, works with modern materials and improves its service.
At the same time, for Andrii Yurochko, the furniture business is much more than just manufacturing. It is about creating spaces for people to live in, ensuring their comfort, cosiness and positive emotions. That is precisely why the company pays special attention to a personalised approach for every client — from design to turnkey installation of the furniture.
Interestingly, Andrii Yurochko himself has no formal education in woodworking, yet he has managed to build a successful furniture enterprise and occupy his own niche in the Ukrainian market. This confirms once again that true success often arises from an inner desire to develop, to work responsibly and to constantly improve.
Education played a significant role in his professional development. Andrii Yurochko holds several degrees, including a qualification from the Lviv State Financial Academy. He is a co-founder of the Lviv Furniture Cluster and is actively involved in the training and employment of students from higher education institutions and trade schools.
Colleagues and partners describe him as a man of his word, a forward-thinking leader and entrepreneur who knows how to work systematically and with a long-term perspective. At the same time, Mr. Andrii himself is convinced that the greatest value of any business is its people. That is why the company pays particular attention to the professionalism of the team, high standards of work and customer trust.
Despite his busy professional life, family remains of paramount importance to him. Andrii Yurochko is a caring husband and father of many children. Together with his wife Liudmyla, they are raising three children, placing great emphasis on their upbringing, family values, and mutual support.
His life motto — “Keep up with the times, be punctual, and work hard and responsibly to achieve success” — fully reflects his lifestyle and approach to business. These are the principles of a man who does not seek quick results, but consistently builds high-quality, honest and long-lasting success.
Today, Andrii Yurochko is a model of the modern Ukrainian entrepreneur — a man who combines professionalism, strategic vision, family values and a sincere dedication to his work.

TRUST WITHOUT BORDERS: NEW ETHICS OF NOTARIAL SERVICES
n today’s world, where technologies are rapidly transforming established models of interaction, specialists who are able not only to adapt to changes, but also to set new vectors for the development of their industries are of particular importance. Nadiia Gryb is a notary with deep professional experience and a subtle sense of time, who confidently combines the fundamentals of legal tradition with the dynamics of the digital age. Her work is an example of modern thinking, in which innovations do not deny classical values, but rather strengthen them.
Mrs. Nadiia’s professional path began in Ukraine, where many years of practice have formed an impeccable reputation as a specialist for whom accuracy, responsibility and ethics are unchanging guidelines. It was this experience that became a solid foundation for further development in an international environment. After moving to the USA, she not only continued her professional activities, but also reached a qualitatively new level, becoming a licensed notary of the state of Florida and a Remote Online Notary.
Today, her practice is the embodiment of a modern approach to notarial services – mobile, flexible and focused on the needs of the client. Online notary services in her implementation are not just a technological tool, but a full-fledged service system that provides access to legal services regardless of geography. The ability to certify documents at any time and from anywhere in the world opens up new prospects for those who live or work abroad, allowing them to maintain legal ties with family, business and state institutions.
At the same time, a complex and well-thought-out security infrastructure lies behind this convenience. In her work, Nadiia Gryb uses exclusively certified platforms that meet US legislative requirements, provides multi-level client identification, video
recording of each session, and maintains an electronic journal of notarial acts. This approach not only guarantees the legal validity of documents, but also forms a new standard of trust in the digital environment, where transparency and control become the defining criteria for quality.
However, the person remains the key value of her work. Even in the remote format, Nadiia Gryb maintains an individual approach to each client, combining professional accuracy with empathy and attentiveness. She is deeply convinced that there is a personal story behind each document that requires a delicate attitude, understanding and support. It is this philosophy that makes her practice not only effective, but also truly human.
Nadiia Gryb’s work is a vivid example of how a profession with a deep traditional foundation can harmoniously develop in the context of digital transformation. She does not simply follow the changes – she forms a new culture of notarial practice, in which technology strengthens ethics, and innovation serves trust. It is in this combination that the future of the profession is born – open, reliable and devoid of borders, where every client feels confident, protected and respected for their own decisions.

IRYNA TSYMBAL: A WOMAN WHO TEACHES BEAUTY, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
AND SELF-CONFIDENCE
n the world of beauty, there are people who create procedures. There are those who develop brands. And there are individuals who shape an entire professional industry, training a new generation of specialists and setting quality standards for years to come.
Iryna Tsymbal is one of these women – the director and founder of the “ProfiCosmetology” Beauty Academy, an expert with many years of experience, the head of one of the leading training centres in Ukraine, and a person who has dedicated her life to the development of professional cosmetology.
For over twenty years, she has been working in the beauty industry helping people not only become more beautiful, but also find their professional calling. During this time, thousands of specialists have taken their first steps in the profession precisely thanks to the knowledge they received at her training centre.
Today, the “Profi-Cosmetology” Beauty Academy is a modern educational institution holding four licences from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which provides professional training for beauticians in accordance with high national and international standards.
For Iryna Tsymbal, cosmetology is much more than just a service sector. She is convinced that a true specialist must possess not only practical skills but also indepth knowledge, an understanding of processes and high professional ethics. That is why the Academy pays particular attention to the quality of education, modern teaching methods and the training of specialists capable of working successfully not only in Ukraine but also far beyond its borders. Graduates of the institution receive official state-recognised certificates, which open up a wide range of opportunities for professional development in many countries around the world.
A separate important area of Iryna Tsymbal’s activity is the development of international cooperation. She is the official distributor in Ukraine for the German brand Dr. Grandel — one of the most authoritative manufacturers of professional cosmetics and cosmeceuticals in Europe.
The brand’s products are available in more than 56 countries worldwide and are used by hundreds of thousands of beauticians. Thanks to Iryna’s work, Ukrainian specialists have access to leading European innovations, modern treatment protocols and pioneering technologies in the field of skincare.
However, the greatest value of her work lies not only in education or business.
Iryna Tsymbal has become one of those women who represent Ukraine with dignity on the international stage. She took part in the International Forum on the Reconstruction of Ukraine in Seoul, where she represented the Ukrainian beauty industry and demonstrated the potential of domestic specialists to the global community.
It was precisely for her significant contribution to the development of international professional ties, the promotion of Ukrainian cosmetology and the support of our country’s image that she was awarded the honorary title of ‘Ambassador of Ukrainian Beauty to the World’.
Her work has also been recognised with prestigious awards, including the Queen Anne’s Order of Honour of the Fatherland, the Order for Civic Valour, and the international Med Orion Award.
However, Iryna herself is convinced that the greatest reward remains the success of her students. When the Academy’s graduates open their own salons, clinics and training centres, and confidently build their careers in Ukraine and abroad, that is when she sees the true result of her work.
Today, during these challenging times for the country, Iryna Tsymbal continues to develop educational projects, support professionals and invest her experience in the future of the industry.
Her story is an example of how professionalism, perseverance and a passion for one’s work can become a true mission. A mission to educate, inspire and open up new opportunities for people.
It is women like this who are shaping Ukraine’s modern professional image and proving to the world that Ukrainian beauty begins with Ukrainian expertise.

n today’s world, true expertise has long gone beyond professional knowledge alone. It reveals itself through the ability to see deeper, understand the reasons behind human decisions, provide support during periods of change, and help people discover their inner resources for growth.
This is exactly the approach that Inga Sabova has followed throughout her many years of professional practice as a psychologist, trainer, and expert in personal development and working with human inner states.
Over the years, she has developed her own approach to working with people — one that combines psychological understanding of personality, attention to individual experience, and a desire not only to help individuals solve immediate challenges but also to see the broader picture of their lives. Inga is widely known as an expert featured in television projects and public initiatives that explore relationships, personal crises, and the search for inner balance. Her professional perspective has been represented in media formats and social projects, while her work has repeatedly received public recognition and professional awards.
However, for Inga, the true measure of professional fulfillment has never been titles or distinctions, but real changes in people’s lives. A significant part of her professional attention is dedicated to relationships and the transformation of modern society. In her view, recent years have become a period of profound change — war, increased stress levels, and new social challenges have significantly influenced family dynamics,
perceptions of gender roles, and expectations within relationships.
Through her practice, Inga often encounters situations where people lose a sense of selfworth, remain in emotionally exhausting relationships, or postpone personal growth out of fear of change. That is why one of the key directions of her work has become helping individuals build inner stability and develop a more conscious approach to life.
Today, a special place in Inga’s professional plans belongs to the development of her new project — Lady New.
This initiative emerged as a response to the challenges and needs of women living under conditions of high emotional pressure. Its main idea is to create a space where external transformation begins not with strict limitations but with self-understanding, psychological support, and the development of healthy habits.
The concept of Lady New goes far beyond traditional appearance transformation programs. It focuses not only on physical wellbeing but also on emotional balance, self-esteem, and inner harmony.
According to Inga Sabova, long-term results cannot be achieved without addressing psychological patterns that are often formed in childhood and continue influencing a
person throughout adulthood. That is why the program is centered on an individual approach, continuous support, and a holistic vision of personal development.
Another important area of her work is the evolving interaction between men and women in modern society. Inga believes that today it is especially important to rethink traditional roles and build relationships through awareness, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.
Speaking about the future, she admits that her professional goal is to develop her projects internationally and create opportunities for people’s growth regardless of age or life circumstances.
The story of Inga Sabova is a story of continuous development, the courage to explore new directions, and a belief that internal transformation has the power to change lives.
The project “Professionals People Trust” brings together individuals whose work is built on expertise, responsibility, and meaningful impact.
Inga Sabova represents how years of experience, attentiveness to people, and a commitment to creating positive change become the foundation of trust and professional recognition.

SUPPORTING CHILDREN OF UKRAINIAN HEROES:
EDUCATION AS AN INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE OF THE COUNTRY
During wartime, supporting the families of Ukrainian defenders goes far beyond humanitarian assistance. One of the most meaningful contributions to the future is providing the children of heroes with access to quality education, personal development, and an environment that helps them unlock their potential and build confidence in themselves.
With this vision in mind, Lviv British School launched the social educational initiative Supporting Children of Ukrainian Heroes — a program designed to support the children of fallen Ukrainian defenders, war veterans, and individuals who acquired disabilities as a result of the war by providing access to international education.
The school firmly believes that the children of those who defended Ukraine’s freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice deserve the opportunity to study in an environment that opens new horizons, fosters modern thinking, and creates the conditions necessary for a successful future.
The program provides scholarship support worth up to USD 15,000 per student annually and creates a comprehensive environment for learning, development, and adaptation. It offers not only access to both Ukrainian and British educational programs, but also the opportunity to grow in a safe and supportive environment where academic excellence, personal development, and care go hand in hand.
Participants study in a full-day educational format and are provided with school uniforms and nutritious five-meal daily nutrition. Students from other cities are also provided with accommodation. An important part of the program includes participation in clubs, educational and developmental activities, psychological support, and individualized guidance that help children regain emotional stability, discover their strengths, and confidently build their future.
Special emphasis is placed on broadening horizons through excursions, hands-on experiences, and international educational trips. These opportunities allow children to explore new possibilities, engage with international environments, and see themselves as part of a global community.
A distinctive feature of the educational model at Lviv British School is its focus on developing future leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers. The school believes that the younger
generation will become the driving force behind Ukraine’s economic and social recovery.
Therefore, alongside traditional academic education, students are introduced to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, work on their own projects, develop leadership skills, gain teamwork experience, and learn how to transform ideas into real initiatives.
To achieve this, the school brings together students, educators, public officials, politicians, entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives of the professional community.
To date, more than 40 sponsors have joined the initiative supporting the children of fallen heroes, and over 50 children have already received the opportunity to study within the program. This demonstrates that cooperation between responsible businesses, philanthropists, and educational institutions can create meaningful and lasting change.
The program is open to students from Grades 1 through 11. Candidate selection is carried out in cooperation with government institutions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and specialized organizations. The final stage involves academic assessment to determine a student’s readiness to study in an international educational environment.
The Supporting Children of Ukrainian Heroes program is about much more than education. It is about responsibility for the future, gratitude to those who defended the country, and creating opportunities for children who deserve the chance to realize their potential regardless of life circumstances.
Today, the school welcomes cooperation with philanthropists, partners, and sponsors who are willing to contribute to the further development of the program and expand the number of children of fallen heroes who can gain access to high-quality international education.
Investing in education today is an investment in a strong, responsible, and successful Ukraine tomorrow.

VALENTYNA HRISHYNA: A VOICE OF JUSTICE IN THE MILITARY BAR
Valentyna Hrishyna combines professional adherence to principles, inner strength, and humanity. In the field of military advocacy, she has become a symbol of legal support for those who defend Ukraine today. Her work is not only about the law, but also about trust, responsibility, and the fight for justice.
— Mrs. Valentyna, the thougt that military advocacy today is a real mission is strongly felt in your publications. When did you realise this?
— Probably when I realised that there is a human destiny behind every case. Today, military personnel and their families are experiencing extremely difficult emotional and life circumstances, so they need not only legal assistance, but also the confidence that they will be heard and supported. This became the main meaning of my work for me.
— What categories of military cases occupy the largest part of your practice today?
— Today, my practice covers almost the entire spectrum of issues faced by servicemen and their families. These include cases of discharge from military service due to family circumstances or health conditions, support for servicemen in cases related to unwarranted leaving of a military unit, appealing decisions of military medical commissions, and establishing a causal connection between injuries, concussions, and illnesses and military service. A significant part of my work is related to issues of financial support and social guarantees for military personnel. In particular, these are cases regarding the
payment of indexation of financial security for previous years, the recovery of unpaid additional remuneration, compensation and other due payments. I also represent the interests of military personnel in disputes when military units try to recover already paid financial security, referring to the alleged erroneous accrual of funds.
A separate area of my work is protecting the rights of wounded servicemen and family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine. This is the issue of receiving onetime cash assistance in connection with disability, in particular, the payment of one million hryvnias to servicemen under the age of 25 who entered into a contract before the introduction of martial law, as well as accompanying the families of the perished defenders during the registration and receipt of one-time cash assistance in the amount of 15 million hryvnias and other payments provided for by law.
I also handle cases of missing servicemen, helping families obtain information and documents that are often impossible to obtain without legal assistance. This includes obtaining orders, instructions, materials from official investigations, certificates, and other documents necessary to protect the rights of servicemen and their loved ones.
In addition to legal defense, a significant part of the work consists of preparing reports, appeals and complaints, supporting
the procedure for obtaining the status of a combatant, explaining the appropriate benefits and guarantees. It is important to me that every serviceman and his family member understands their rights and can effectively realise them.
— Has the full-scale war changed the role of a lawyer in Ukrainian society?
— Definitely. Today, a lawyer is not only a representative of interests in the legal field. This is a person who helps protect the rights of military personnel, supports their families, and often becomes a point of support for people in a very difficult period of life. And this mission is of particular importance today.
— What does being a woman in the military legal field mean to you?
— For me, it’s primarily about professionalism and inner strength. Modern Ukrainian women prove every day that they can be successful in any field. And military advocacy is no exception. The main thing is to remain true to your principles and work honestly.
— Where do you find inspiration to move forward?
— I am motivated by the understanding that my work really helps people. And also by faith in Ukraine, in our people, and in justice, which must surely overpower.
LIUDMYLA HLADUN:
«MY LAND IS MY STRENGTH AND MY INSPIRATION»
How to continue your business in another country? How not to lose yourself and steadfastly withstand all the blows of life? But how, having lost what has been created over the years, to start over?
We will talk about this and other things with cosmetologist and owner of beauty studios/salons Liudmila Hladun. She is a person who knows what entrepreneurship is. After all, her business has been operating for over 19 years.
— Mrs. Liudmyla, your journey in the beauty industry began way back in 2007 in the border town of Bilopillia in the Sumy region. The next stage of your life was opening a beauty salon in Sumy. After the full-scale invasion began, you continued your professional career in Cologne, Germany. Tell us, how did you manage to continue your career in Germany? What gave you support and where did you find inspiration for your work?
— To be honest, I still sometimes look for this support. Because changing your life so abruptly and not by your own will, but out of necessity, is difficult. It is not easy to get used to it.
I have always been able to see beauty around me, but in the first months after moving I could not find it either in people, on the streets, or in life. Gathering my strength was, to put it mildly, difficult.
However, after leaving Sumy in 2022, I had no choice but to develop my business where I ended up — in Germany, although I have not stopped my activities in Ukraine to this day. I continue to manage my cosmetology office in Sumy, as well as a beauty salon in my native Bilopillia.
Currently, I live between two countries –Ukraine and Germany. And, perhaps, the fact that I often come to Ukraine, to my native land, return home – this is my main support. And my main inspiration is my profession and the people around me.
— What was your first step towards working abroad and what was the main motivation for you not to look for a new profession but to continue doing what you love?
— My profession is what I can do best. So why change it? People all over the world want to be beautiful and well-groomed, especially women.
I started with a small office, and then opened my own beauty salon in Cologne. Years of work in Ukraine gave me many grateful clients. And thanks to the so-called word of mouth, I managed to form a circle of regular clients abroad.
I confirmed my qualifications, received a diploma as a master cosmetologist. Now I have a large salon in the centre of Cologne. It is staffed by beautiful women who were also forced to start everything from scratch because of the war.
— We know that, in addition to working in the beauty industry, you are interested in psychology. Are there any specifics in working and communicating with women?
— Yes, I studied psychology and now I plan to get a degree in psychology. In addition, I always enjoy communicating with people. Among them are many women who have experienced difficult life circumstances. For example, who survived the occupation. These women are very strong, with enormous strength of spirit. They already know very well what is really important in life and what is secondary.
— Do the wishes of customers in Ukraine and Germany differ? What requests are most relevant today?
— Yes, they are very different. Even the concept of cosmetology is different. In Ukraine it is usually about health and be
well-groomed, and in Germany it is more about decorativeness. In addition, the Germans are very focused on hardware cosmetology. For them, the presence of ultrasound or something like that is a kind of indicator of the quality of work.
Therefore, they are very surprised when after hardware procedures I use other methods, and the result simply amazes them. And our people are used to trusting the master more. Therefore, working with them is easier, and the result is faster and better. But the main focus of attention, regardless of the country, is still on skin health.
— Your motto is “Don’t lose yourself and your femininity even in survival mode.” What is behind these words?
— For me, this means smiling, not panicking, not being aggressive. If I can’t influence the situation, I try not to worry and maintain inner balance. At the same time, it means never betraying my values and, above all, myself.
— What advice would you give to Ukrainian women?
— Always stay in harmony with themselves.
Remember how strong they are internally. Be optimistic and preserve that incredible beauty that distinguishes Ukrainian women in any country in the world.
Our people are incredibly beautiful. And this is a special genetic force – the force of the Ukrainian Family. It is it that gives the Ukrainian woman both beauty and incredible strength of spirit. This gift must be protected!

VIKTORIA VASYLENKO:
EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE IS THE SYNERGY OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
y combining scientific research, modern educational approaches, and digital technologies, Viktoria Vasylenko is shaping a new paradigm of Ukrainian higher education. Her professional journey demonstrates how innovation, teaching excellence, and the continuous modernization of educational methods can influence the quality of training future professionals and transform the learning environment.
Education in which Artificial Intelligence (AI) supports personal development in design is becoming increasingly relevant. The future of design education is not simply about integrating digital tools and AIpowered methodologies. It is a transformation of the philosophy of learning, where the human being remains the central value.
In this educational model, AI:
-does not diminish creativity but encourages deeper thinking; -does not replace emotions but helps individuals understand and express them through digital media.
It is through the synergy of artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and design thinking that a new generation of professionals is emerging— specialists capable of creating innovative, functional, ethical, and meaningful solutions.
Modern education is evolving rapidly, becoming more technological, visual, and practice-oriented. Digital tools, creative methodologies, and new forms of interaction with students are shaping a new level of the educational process, where not only the content but also the way it is delivered plays a crucial role.
In this context, Viktoria Vasylenko—PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Computer Technologies of Design and Graphics at the National Aviation Institute of Kyiv—represents an approach in which education is viewed as a dynamic and flexible system. Her academic career combines a strong technical background, managerial experience, and continuous development in the fields of design and digital technologies.
Viktoria Vasylenko is the author of nearly 100 scientific publications, some of which have been indexed in international scientometric databases such as Web of Science and Scopus. She is also a recipient of the Presidential Award of Ukraine.
Her research focuses on the intersection of education, technology, and design—the space where a new quality of the learning process is being formed.
An important area of her work is supporting students and viewing the educational process as a platform for personal and professional growth. She believes that a modern educator should not only transfer knowledge but also create conditions that foster the development of thinking capable of thriving in a digital reality.
As Head of the Department, Viktoria Vasylenko implements modern educational models, develops students’ digital competencies, and supports initiatives that combine design, technology, and innovation.
At the same time, she actively participates in international academic programs and scientific conferences, serves on editorial boards of professional journals, and contributes to the development of higher education quality standards.
Professionals such as Viktoria Vasylenko are shaping a new generation of Ukrainian educators and researchers—individuals who are open to the world, technology, and global challenges.
As a result, a new educational reality is emerging in which technology becomes a tool for developing critical thinking, while students gain not only knowledge but also the ability to shape their own future.
The use of AI in design education is not an end in itself; rather, it is a tool for creating something new. However, it is emotional intelligence that determines how we use technology and what kind of culture we create through design.
The education of the future is an education in which AI supports personal development rather than replacing it. Designers, as interpreters of culture and creators of meaning, become key agents of this transformation.

OSTASHEVSKA:
“AN EFFECTIVE TEAM BEGINS WITH THE RIGHT SYSTEM”
lga OSTASHEVSKA is a business coach, negotiation consultant, and sales trainer who works with medical, retail, and insurance companies. Her specialisation is team auditing, sales department training and reorganisation, internal process optimisation, and creating transparent staff motivation systems that directly impact company profits.
In an interview for MILLENIUM CLUB, we talk about business transformation, original methods, and the main mistakes of modern teams.
— Mrs. Olga, how did your professional journey begin and which companies became an important part of your experience?
— I began my career in an administrative role at a large company, after which I gradually developed my skills in various areas — from sales and the call centre to marketing and the training centre. I have worked in both managerial and operational roles, so I have a good understanding of the internal structure of a business, communication between departments, and the challenges that arise within teams. This experience has shaped my core professional belief: a company’s profit depends not only on strong employees, but also on how effectively the system of interaction between people and processes is built.
— You work as a closed-cycle business coach and conduct team audits. Why are standard training courses no longer enough for modern businesses?
— Most training courses provide short-term motivation but do not bring about systemic changes to team behaviour or internal company processes. If chaotic processes prevail within a business, results quickly revert to their previous level. Training courses cover only part of the needs—staff training. But my work involves more than just training. The main focus is on building effective commercial departments, creating transparent motivation systems, and reorganising sales departments in such a way that they directly influence the company’s revenue growth. It is a systemic approach, rather than individual high-performing employees, that drives business results.
— What are the most common problems that prevent companies from developing in a systemic way?
— One of the main problems is over-analysis rather than action. Many companies spend up to 80% of their resources on discussions and analysis, yet utilise only a small fraction of their potential. Businesses also often lack speed in decision-making, flexibility and a willingness to implement change. Companies sometimes become so
immersed in process analysis that they end up slowing down their own development.
— You are the author of the methodology “How to Teach How to Teach.” What is special about it?
— The methodology aims to establish an internal knowledge-sharing system within the company, whereby experienced staff trains new colleagues. This helps to reduce resistance to change among staff, as experienced professionals become agents of change within the company rather than critics.
The programme also facilitates natural professional growth within the team, reducing staff turnover. Thanks to the mentoring system, newcomers reach a professional level more quickly, whilst the business gains the opportunity to build a staff reserve and create a strong team.
— In your work, you use various business analysis models. How do they help when working with teams?
— In my work, I draw on several key tools: the Diltz Pyramid, the McKinsey Matrix and the company life cycle model. These enable me to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business before implementing any changes, understand the roles of employees and determine how to allocate the company’s resources effectively.
The McKinsey Matrix helps to assess the business’s market position, understand the competitive environment and identify new opportunities for development. For example, whilst working with one company, we managed to expand the sales department and train 40 specialists from scratch within a year. They went on to meet their sales targets at the same level as experienced staff.
— Which direction in your work do you find most close to your heart and professionally interesting?
— My main professional interest is commercial departments and working with the teams within them. In particular, my work involves setting up and restructuring sales departments.
n an industry where tradition often prevails over evidence, Nazarii FEDYNYSHYN demonstrates a completely different approach — modern, structured, and deeply respectful of animals as living systems. His methods combine scientific zoology, thoughtful practice, and accessible tools that can change the work of even the smallest farm. Fedynyshyn is setting new standards in Ukrainian rabbit breeding, where intuition is replaced by protocol, chaos by controlled biology, and random ‘successes’ by stable results. That is why his name has become a benchmark for farmers who want to work in a new way: responsibly, economically, and with long-term effects. His approach proves that real progress begins where attention to detail is prioritised.
At small farms, decisions are often made by inertia — according to the principle of “it was always done this way.” Zoologist Nazarii Fedynyshyn offers a different perspective: manage based on data, not habit. His approach is to view domestic rabbits as a production system with its own protocols for reproduction, feeding, and welfare.
Fedynyshyn starts with the basics: stable reproductive performance is not a coincidence, but the result of small, but regular steps. From adjusting the diet before mating to keeping a card for each female with simple indicators of her condition, every action matters. Particular emphasis is placed on stress control: reducing stress factors directly affects the survival of breed and feed conversion efficiency.
The second aspect is the economics of small-scale production. For small farms, a single mistake in pairing can cost weeks of productivity. That is why Fedynyshyn works with matrices: breeding goal (breeding or meat), temperament, pedigree, health history.
NAZARII FEDYNYSHYN: PRACTICAL ZOOLOGY THAT RAISES THE STANDARDS OF UKRAINIAN RABBIT BREEDING

Results are monitored on the 7th, 21st, and 60th days to quickly see if development meets expectations.
The third block is feeding. Instead of “miracle supplements,” Fedynyshyn breaks down the diet into components: proteins, fibre, and micronutrients. Special attention is paid to “bottlenecks” such as folates and trace elements during the recovery period after calving. The goal is to achieve balance for a specific phase, from preparation for mating to weaning of young animals.
Another feature of his style is precise, understandable language. He explains complex issues without unnecessary terminology: how to distinguish an anomaly from a statistical coincidence, why the ‘average female’ is a myth, and what to do when the growth curve of young animals ‘breaks down.’
Fedynyshyn’s professional profile is based not only on practice. His systematic approach is reinforced by analytics: from scientific articles to fundamental work on improving the reproductive efficiency of domestic
rabbits. For small farms, these materials are not theory, but readymade work organisation schemes.
Why is this important now? Ukrainian small-scale livestock farming is looking for models that combine accessibility, humanity and economic feasibility. Rabbit breeding is a segment where orderly processes quickly translate into results. The role of experts is to set high standards: to replace “traditional advice” with protocols and episodic successes with stability.
Nazarii Fedynyshyn’s practice shows that transformation does not require expensive equipment: clear rules, regular accounting, and attentive care for animals are sufficient. And the main result is not in presentations, but in daily predictability. When phase diets, calm calving, observation charts and control corrections of selection appear at the farm, chaos gives way to systematicity. For a zoologist, this is probably the highest praise — when it is not words that change, but results on the ground.
— Mrs. Iryna, how do you see your key role in this process?
— For me, international recruitment is first and foremost about people, and only then about job vacancies or paperwork. My key role in this process is to be there for them, to explain things, to offer support, and to help them navigate this journey calmly and without feeling alone. That is precisely why it is important to me not just to find a vacancy, but to find a job where the person will feel comfortable and secure. The greatest reward for me is when someone is already working and writes: “Thank you, I felt at ease with you by my side.”
— Why is it important to you that the candidate feels confident at every stage?

a person doesn’t know what lies ahead. That’s exactly why I always try to explain everything: what the working conditions are, what documents are required, and how the departure will go. It’s important to me that the candidate isn’t left alone with their worries. I’m always on call, because humanity is particularly important in this field.
— What are the key criteria when selecting a job vacancy?
— For me, it’s not just about “filling a vacancy”; it’s about finding someone a place where they will feel at comfort. For some people, a high salary is important, whilst for others it’s a friendly team. It’s also very important to me that the vacancy is verified and honest. My reputation and people’s trust are far more important than a quick result.
— How do you manage to restore trust in the employment process?
— It’s important to me to tell people the truth, even if it isn’t always perfect. I don’t like to sugar-coat job vacancies. Trust is built on simple things: when you respond to someone, don’t disappear once they’ve left, offer support and stay in touch. It is precisely this humanity and sense of responsibility that help me restore people’s faith that international employment can be safe and h
— What are the most common requests and concerns expressed by candidates?
— More often, people are afraid of the unknown. They worry about living conditions, the language barrier, settling in, and potential difficulties. I always try to be as open as possible when communicating and I want everyone to feel not just like “another candidate”, but like a person who is genuinely cared for.
The magazine’s editorial team would like to thank Mrs. Iryna for her candid conversation. We wish her continued professional success and new stories that change people’s lives for the better.

HARMONY OF THE BODY AND INNER BALANCE: A MODERN APPROACH TO WOMEN’S RECOVERY
odern women are increasingly looking not just for a way to relieve pain or physical discomfort, but also for an opportunity to restore their inner balance and harmony with themselves. Physical therapy today is becoming not just a way to restore the body, but a space of support where self-awareness, gentleness and natural recovery remain important. We spoke to Rymma Korobkova about this.
— Rymma, it’s lovely to see you again. There’s a lot of talk these days about women’s new attitude to physical therapy. What exactly are these changes?
— Indeed, physical therapy has long gone beyond simply working with pain or injury. Women come not only for physical recovery, but also for a sense of inner support, calm and contact with themselves. The body ceases to be a ‘tool of endurance’ and becomes a space for care and attention to one’s own needs. And it is precisely this that helps women to better understand their own condition and respond to the body’s signals on time
— Can we say today that the body is the main indicator of a woman’s psychological and emotional state?
— Absolutely. The body sends very honest signals that a woman may ignore for a long time on an emotional level. Chronic tension, sleep disturbances, tightness in the pelvic area, breathing difficulties, and exhaustion — all of these are often the result not only of physical overexertion, but also of accumulated stress and inner anxiety. Very often, the body sends signals about the need for rest long before a person is ready to realise it.
— In your opinion, what is the hidden power of a delicate approach to the female body?
— A woman’s body does not always need strength or intense

physical exertion. Very often, it needs a sense of security. It is through gentle practices, breathing, a delicate touch and mindful work with the body that the nervous system begins to relax and the body naturally begins to recover. That is why, today, more and more women are choosing a mindful and caring approach to their health.
— Why are support and acceptance so important for women’s recovery after difficult periods in their lives?
— Because a woman’s recovery isn’t just about muscles or physical state. It’s about regaining trust in herself and her body. After childbirth, loss or severe stress, it is very important not to put pressure on yourself, but to feel supported, accepted and have the right to recover at her own pace. It is at times like these that a woman particularly needs to treat herself with care and be given the opportunity to not rush the recovery process.
— What do you think will be the main trend in the field of women’s health in the coming years?
— I believe the future lies in combining modern technology with body awareness. But the most valuable aspect will remain a return to natural recovery: working with the nervous system, gentle practices, breathing, quality rest, and a deeper contact between women and their bodies. People are increasingly beginning to realise that true recovery is impossible without inner balance and self-awareness.
The editorial team would like to thank Rymma Korobkova for an interesting and warm conversation and wishes her inspiration, harmony, new professional achievements, inner strength and grateful people by her side.
DEPTH BEYOND THE SURFACE
Typically, when an international trade transaction is documented, only its visible layer — the “front side” — is seen. This layer consists of price, contract terms, transport route, and delivery date. Yet the actual transaction is shaped far deeper than that, taking into account factors such as financial models, market behavior, logistics, currency valuation, and the reliability of each participating party.
It is precisely within this more complex, multilayered dimension that Ruslan Lesyk operates — as an expert who combines many years of practical experience with systematization and formal recognition.
Ruslan Lesyk’s career path reflects his evolution not merely as a facilitator of individual transactions but as a specialist capable of understanding the internal architecture of a deal — and structuring, enabling, and supporting it. This aligns with Peter Drucker’s principle that management is about doing the right things, not simply doing things right. That concept strongly resonates with Ruslan Lesyk’s approach to determining whether a solution truly works.
A SYSTEM INSTEAD OF ISOLATED DECISIONS
For Ruslan Lesyk, international trade is not a sequence of independent actions or isolated events — it is a system of interconnected components. Cost, payment methods, delivery terms, default risk, exchange-rate volatility, and logistics pressure cannot be evaluated separately. A misjudgment in just one of these parameters may render an otherwise viable transaction impossible. Ruslan Lesyk stands out as a professional because he develops solutions not only at a surface level but at a level capable of withstanding real market conditions.
As Ray Dalio stated: “Good decisions are made from a realistic

understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.”
SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATION AS AN EXTENSION OF PRACTICE
Ruslan Lesyk’s approach has been supported by both empirical and applied research.
He is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, as well as a book/monograph covering futures contracts, market risk management systems, pricing mechanisms in agricultural trade, and the application of economic theory to agriculture.
His research explores methods for optimizing the “price window” parameters of forward contracts, applying econometric analysis to examine interactions between financial and capital markets, and assessing financial markets through various analytical models to determine their effectiveness.
Rather than abstract theory, these are practical tools used in real business environments and designed to generate measurable outcomes.
Michael Porter argued that:
“Competitive advantage grows fundamentally out of the entire system of activities.”
This philosophy is clearly reflected in Lesyk’s systemic approach.
PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE ROLE OF THE EXPERT
Ruslan Lesyk’s involvement in the professional community further demonstrates his influence and expertise.
He is affiliated with five professional associations, reflecting both his active engagement within the industry and his contribution to shaping professional standards.
Lesyk also serves as a jury member in industry evaluations, conducts expert reviews of academic research, and evaluates business models.
His recognition therefore extends beyond personal achievement — it includes the ability to assess
and validate the work of others at a professional level.
As Daniel Kahneman noted:
“The structure of your thinking determines the quality of your judgments.”
This principle captures one of the defining characteristics of Lesyk’s professional style.
RECOGNITION AND PUBLIC DIMENSION
Ruslan Lesyk has received numerous national awards recognizing his professional achievements and contribution to the development of the industry.
His work and his ability to manage complex systems while delivering stable results have also received broad media attention.
This recognition is the outcome of consistent work in which every decision carries practical value and long-term impact.
A NEW LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM
His approach to negotiations is based on recognizing complexity as a challenge to be managed rather than reduced.
While others may focus on individual contracts and the uncertainty surrounding them, Ruslan views negotiations as a dynamic process shaped by multiple interconnected factors influencing the final result.
As a professional, Ruslan represents a new generation of experts redefining professionalism through a combination of practical execution and scientific methodology.
It is this multidimensional approach that creates a new standard of professionalism associated with Ruslan Lesyk.
In an era of constant change, success belongs not to those who reach the finish line fastest, but to those who build systems capable of sustaining success through change.
Ruslan Lesyk’s example demonstrates exactly that.

Gryhorii Popenko was born on January 25, 1987, in Ukraine. He is a citizen of Ukraine and currently resides and works in San Diego, United States. His professional path was shaped at the intersection of service-oriented management and deep technical practice. Over the years of working in Ukraine, he followed a trajectory that, for many technicians, becomes the foundation of true expertise — from hands-on work and daily “shop-floor” practice to roles that require simultaneous understanding of mechanics, repair logic, and responsibility toward the client.
A significant stage of his career is connected with Kharkiv, where he worked at the official Mercedes-Benz dealer Solly Plus as a service manager (service advisor). He later joined Mester Service, where he was responsible for intake and oversight of repairs related to engines and transmissions, as well as ATL Service, which operates under a multi-brand profile. Managerial roles are often underestimated, yet they teach process-based thinking: accurately describing symptoms, collecting fault histories, coordinating diagnostics and repairs, explaining decisions to clients, and avoiding unnecessary part replacements. This is where a key competence is formed
— not confusing symptoms with root causes.
He subsequently gained experience in an online auto parts store, where he worked as a co-founder and selection consultant. This stage provided a practical advantage: deep knowledge of the parts market, compatibility issues, common selection mistakes, and how component quality directly affects repair outcomes. In complex cases, it is often parts and their compatibility that become the “invisible” cause of recurring failures — and this is where a specialist who sees the broader picture beyond a single component becomes essential.
In the United States, Gryhorii spent time working alongside a local master technician, specializing in sports cars. This environment raises the bar significantly: in such vehicles, every detail matters, and diagnostics require exceptional precision and attention. He later worked as an automotive mechanic with high-end classic vehicles — Porsche, Mercedes, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce. It was here that a true “repair culture” fully took shape: delicacy toward machinery, careful decision-making, execution accuracy, and responsibility for preserving originality and quality. Today, Popenko is a co-founder of an automotive repair and maintenance
workshop (excluding bodywork) and continues to work actively as a diagnostician and automotive mechanic. He has always been drawn to complex jobs — cases brought in by clients after numerous unsuccessful attempts at different workshops. In such situations, the value of a master lies not in doing the work quickly, but in doing it correctly. His public recognition on TikTok stands out as well: more than 23,000 followers and videos with millions of views. There, he demonstrates real-life cases and presents repair as a methodical search for truth rather than a lottery of replacing parts. It is also worth noting his broader professional engagement: approximately five peer-reviewed articles, one book, and membership in more than five professional associations — reflecting hands-on practice combined with knowledge systematization and active participation in the professional community.
Gryhorii Popenko belongs to the category of professionals whose life stories are best described not as sudden breakthroughs, but as success achieved through years of discipline, precision, and honest work devoted to mastering a specific craft. This is the kind of reputation that requires no advertising — it is earned through results.
DIAGNOSTICS AS BOTH CRAFT AND SCIENCE:
GRYHORII POPENKO’S PATH TO A REPUTATION AS A MASTER OF COMPLEX CASES
n the automotive repair industry, success is rarely accompanied by loud headlines. More often, it reveals itself in a quiet line of clients who come “by recommendation” with the words: “People go to him when no one else can find the cause.” This is precisely how the professional community describes Gryhorii Popenko, an automotive specialist of Ukrainian origin who has earned a reputation as a highly skilled diagnostician capable of solving complex technical problems and restoring confidence in repair as a precise craft.
