Our dear friends, partners and readers!

Spring in Ukraine has always been a special time – a time of renewal, hope and inner strength. But recent years have given this season even deeper meaning. Today, spring is not just about the warmth of the sun and gardens in bloom. It is about the rebirth of the spirit, about faith in the future and about our indomitability. That is precisely why May has become a month of special significance for Ukrainians — in terms of family, culture and nationhood.

May is a month full of celebrations that remind us of what truly matters: who we are, what unites us, and what keeps us together even in the most difficult times. This month we celebrate Mother’s Day, honouring the women who give life, raise generations and pass on a love for their homeland to their children. We mark Family Day, remembering that it is the family that is our foundation, our source of support and the place where faith in tomorrow is born.

Vyshyvanka Day holds a special place among May’s events—a celebration that has long transcended tradition to become a symbol of national unity. The vyshyvanka (a shirt embroidered in the Ukrainian national style) is more than just a type of clothing. It is the embodiment of our history, memory and dignity. It is a sign that we remember our roots and look confidently to the future. In every pattern lies a family’s history; in every stitch lies a love for Ukraine.

Today, these celebrations have a special resonance, for we live in a time when every day is a test of our resilience. And yet, it is also an opportunity to show the world who we are. Ukrainians have proven that they are capable of being strong, united and responsible for their country. We have learnt to support one another, to cherish our traditions and to find light even in the darkest moments.

Spring reminds us that winter is always followed by warmth, hardship by renewal, and struggle by victory. And today, this belief unites millions of Ukrainians — on the front line, in towns and villages, within families and workplaces. Together, we are shaping the history of our state, bringing ever closer the day when Ukraine will enjoy peace under a peaceful sky.

In May, we feel the value of family, the power of tradition and the importance of unity more keenly than ever. We thank mothers for their love and courage. We are proud of the families who keep the warmth of the domestic hearth alive. We wear traditional embroidered shirts to remind ourselves and the world: our culture is alive, our nation is strong, and our state is unbreakable.

And above all — we believe. We believe in our defenders. We believe in our country. We believe in our Victory.

We know that Ukraine is not just a territory.

Ukraine is its people.

Ukraine is a family.

Ukraine is love.

And Ukraine is the future that we will certainly build together.

OLHA BARBEN:

THE VOICE OF UKRAINE, SOUNDING THROUGH THE TRIALS OF TIME

Аt a time when Ukraine is fighting for its freedom, independence and the right to its own history, a special role is played by those who strengthen the national spirit and shape the moral foundation of society. It is culture, art and the voice of the nation that become the force sustaining faith, inspiring resilience and uniting Ukrainians during the most difficult times. Today, Ukrainian culture is making its voice heard loud and clear — in towns and villages, on the front line and on the world stage, in the hearts of millions of people who are defending their country.

In Ukraine’s contemporary cultural space, a special place is held by individuals who shape the nation’s spiritual image, strengthen its cultural identity and represent Ukrainian art on the international stage. Among such figures is Olha Barben, a Ukrainian opera singer whose work has become an example of the combination of professional mastery, civic responsibility and sincere service to culture.

Her creative journey is a story not only of the stage, but also of a mission. For Olha Barben, the voice is not simply an artistic instrument, but a means of communicating with the world, an opportunity to support people, convey strength of spirit, and remind us of the values that unite society. She is convinced that a true artist cannot exist outside the context of the times in which their country lives. That is precisely why her performances always have a deep emotional resonance and are perceived as an expression of her inner position, rather than only her stage mastery. Performing on prestigious stages across Ukraine and Europe, Olha Barben consistently presents Ukrainian culture as modern, vibrant and worthy of respect. In every performance, she embodies a part of the national tradition, whilst demonstrating openness to new creative forms and contemporary cultural trends. Her work contributes to the promotion of Ukrainian art abroad and the shaping of a positive image of the country within the global cultural space.

The period from 2024 to 2025 marked a significant milestone in the singer’s career. Her work was recognised with a number of prestigious awards, including the international “Queen Anne’s Order of Honour of the Fatherland”, the national public award “For Civic Valour”, and the Order of Ivan Mazepa as part of the “Leaders of the 21st Century” programme. These honours served as confirmation of public recognition of her contribution to the development of the country’s culture and civic life. At the same time, Olha Barben herself views the awards not as a status symbol, but as a proof of trust and responsibility towards the people and the state.

A particularly significant event in her creative career was a charity concert in Kyiv during the energy crisis, when the city was left without electricity and heating. During that difficult period, art became a source of support and hope for many people. The concert, held in an intimate setting, became a symbol of unity, humanity and spiritual strength. It demonstrated that culture is capable of fulfilling an important social function — uniting society and sustaining moral spirit in difficult times.

Olha Barben is convinced that art is a vital component of national resilience. It is through culture that a society’s worldview is shaped, historical memory is preserved, and values are passed on to future generations. She actively supports charitable and social initiatives and takes part in cultural events aimed at developing Ukrainian musical traditions and promoting national art.

Today, Olha Barben is a prime example of a modern cultural leader: a person who combines talent, professionalism and a sense of responsibility towards society. Her work demonstrates that art can be a powerful tool for shaping national consciousness and spiritual unity. She confidently represents Ukraine on the international stage, confirming the authority of Ukrainian culture in the world and inspiring a new generation of artists. Her journey is a story about the power of a voice that sounds not only from the stage, but also in people’s hearts. It is precisely such individuals who shape the cultural foundation of the state and become part of Ukraine’s modern history, which is being written today.

er professional career is a prime example of systematic development, strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions in complex legal situations. In 2012, she founded her own law company, assembling a team of specialists across various areas of law. Over the years, the company has established itself as a reliable partner for businesses and private clients who need comprehensive legal support and effective protection of their interests. The company’s key areas of practice are accompaniment of criminal proceedings and legal accompaniment of business. The lawyer has specialised in criminal law for the past 13 years, providing professional defence in highly complex cases involving significant responsibility. At the same time, the company’s practice covers a wide range of legal issues — from corporate disputes and commercial cases to family, land and administrative proceedings.

An important area of her professional practice is involvement in electoral processes. Since 2006, Liubov Zubytska has provided legal assistance to election campaigns, participated in the work of electoral commissions and ensured the judicial protection of election results at various levels. Such experience requires a high level of professional responsibility, a thorough understanding of the legislation and the ability to work in conditions of high public interest.

The full-scale war has become a serious test for the legal system and legal practice as a whole. During this period, the promptness of decisions, the ability to adapt quickly to legislative changes and work with high legal risks has become particularly important. According to Liubov Zubytska, a modern lawyer must be not merely an implementer of the law, but a strategist capable of

anticipating the consequences of decisions and ensuring legal stability for clients even in times of crisis.

Today, a significant part of the team’s work involves issues relating to mobilisation, social security, the legal status of military personnel, and payments and compensation. The team’s practical experience in these areas enables them to provide clients with clear legal solutions and minimise risks in complex life situations.

Among the key achievements of the past year at the ALLIANCE CONSULTING GROUP Law Association are not only successfully completed cases, but also the stability of the team, the maintenance of client trust, and the ability to ensure the continuity of legal assistance under conditions of martial law. It is precisely systematic management, professional discipline and a strategic vision for development that enable the company to maintain high standards of quality in its legal services.

Ethics occupies a special place in Liubov Zubytska’s professional philosophy. She is convinced that a client’s trust is built not only on the outcome of a case, but also on responsibility for every decision, adherence to confidentiality, and unconditional respect for human rights. It is these principles that define a lawyer’s reputation and form the basis of long-term partnerships with clients.

Looking to the future, Liubov Zubytska is steadily developing the team, introducing modern approaches to managing the legal practice and strengthening the company’s position in the legal services market. Her work exemplifies responsible leadership, professional resilience and dedication to the principles of law — both in peacetime and in the face of national challenges.

LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY AND RESPONSIBILITY IN CONTEMPORARY LEGAL PRACTICE

n times of major challenges, it is professional leaders who shape the resilience of the legal system, ensure a balance between the interests of the state, business and citizens, and set standards of professional responsibility. One such figure in the modern legal community is Liubov Zubytska — a lawyer, managing partner of the “ALLIANCE CONSULTING GROUP” Law Association, and a legal professional with 22 years’ experience, 19 of which have been spent practising as a lawyer.

In modern education, it is becoming increasingly important not simply to teach, but to create an environment in which young people want to grow, think, experiment and not be afraid to make mistakes. It is precisely this philosophy that Zoia Kramska, Director of the T. H. Shevchenko Uman College of Humanities and Education of the Cherkasy Regional Council, consistently embodies, transforming the educational process into a space for lively dialogue, development and inner motivation.

She shapes education as a lively system of interaction, in which students not only acquire knowledge but also learn to think critically, take responsibility for their own decisions and develop a life philosophy.

She supports young people’s initiative, whilst helping them to recognise the value of discipline, consistency and self-improvement. She initiates new formats for communication between students and successful individuals. This is how the project “Motivational Dialogue between Successful People and Students” came about, opening up the opportunity for honest conversation without formalities — about the path, mistakes, choices and self-belief.

She develops an inclusive and open educational environment in which every child has equal opportunities for development; builds partnerships with public organizations and international partners, attracts resources to create comfortable learning conditions.

ZOIA KRAMSKA: “SHAPING EDUCATION AS A SPACE OF POSSIBILITIES AND HUMANITY”

Director of the T. H. Shevchenko Uman College of Humanities and Education, a public institution of the Cherkasy Regional Council, PhD, social activist.

She forms in students an awareness of the importance of staying in Ukraine, developing here and building their own future together with the country. She fosters respect for family, traditions, spiritual values, and at the same time encourages modern thinking and professional growth.

She supports dialogue as the basis for development: listens to young people, responds to their requests, sees the potential for change in their ideas. She does not stop in searching for new approaches to education that make the educational process dynamic and meaningful.

Zoia Kramska has built a management model in which humanity, responsibility and development remain the main values. It is thanks to this that the college becomes a space where a new generation of Ukrainians is formed – conscious, active and caring.

HALYNA STRYZHACHUK:

"A POINT OF SUPPORT IN A WORLD OF CHANGE"

There are women whose presence is felt even before they begin to speak. They fill the space with meaning, warmth and confidence, leaving behind a subtle trail of strength and harmony. Halyna Stryzhachuk is exactly that. Her story is a sophisticated fusion of strength, femininity and a deep inner mission, revealed through action, care and the ability to see light even where others see only darkness. Her image combines determination and softness, strategy and heart, depth of thought and emotional sensitivity.

Today, Halyna is more than a volunteer or organizer. She is a point of support for hundreds of Ukrainian women and children who find themselves far from home. Her work in Germany has become a symbol of support, integration, and recovery. Combining pedagogy, psychology, international logistics, and art, Halyna creates a space in which people not only adapt — they find themselves again, feel inner strength and faith in tomorrow, and discover new meanings and opportunities for development even in difficult circumstances.

Her path during the great war is a story of quick decisions and significant responsibility. Evacuations under pressure of circumstances, organisation of humanitarian missions, and coordination of international aid – all this required not only professionalism, but also

exceptional inner composure. And it was in these conditions that her leadership talent was revealed – soft but decisive, emotional but structured, able to unite people around a common goal, inspire and support even in the most critical moments.

A separate aspect of her activity is art as a form of recovery. Art therapy performed by Halyna is a delicate dialogue with the soul. Through colours, shapes and images, people learn to feel, live and transform their experience again. Her artistic initiatives are not only cultural events, but also real acts of inner healing that unite, inspire and open new horizons, returning people to a sense of selfworth and inner integrity.

Despite the intensity of events, Halyna maintains special attention to her own inner

state. Her resource is in silence, family traditions, constant learning, and lively communication. She knows how to stop in order to move forward even more confidently and consciously. Her inspiration is in people, in sincere emotions, in small victories that gradually add up to big changes, forming a new quality of life.

Halyna Stryzhachuk confidently shapes a new vision of female leadership — profound, sensitive, and at the same time strategic. Her dream of a “school of heroes” sounds like a manifesto of the future, where children grow up with a sense of dignity, strength of spirit, and responsibility for their choices. In her vision, heroes are those who choose light, love, and action every day, creating a new reality and inspiring others by their own example.

A STRATEGY OF SOLUTIONS, TRUST AND BALANCE ANDRII TYMOSHENKO AND KATERYNA SEMENYSHYNA:

Кateryna Semenyshyna and Andrii Tymoshenko are doctors for whom medicine has become not merely a profession, but a way of thinking and a daily exercise in responsibility. She is an anaesthetist who works within the delicate balance of control and trust; he is a urologist and oncological surgeon, where every decision carries strategic weight. They are united by discipline, the ability to act under high pressure, and a shared understanding of the cost of error. Outside the operating theatre, it is a partnership in which balance, mutual support and the ability to maintain inner integrity in a dynamic rhythm of life are essential.

— Kateryna, Andrii, we are delighted to welcome you to our publication. How does the combination of two intensive medical careers shape your lifestyle?

Kateryna: Discipline is the foundation of our lives. Without a clear system and planning, it’s very easy to lose control even over minor processes, especially when work demands maximum concentration.

Andrii: At the same time, for us, discipline isn’t a restriction but a tool for efficiency. It allows us to allocate our resources wisely and leave room for life outside our profession.

Kateryna: Sport from childhood has formed our endurance, systemic approach and respect for order.

Andrii: In our profession, we work every day on the balance between risk and decision-making, and this model naturally integrates into our lives.

— Do you apply this model of responsibility in your everyday life?

Andrii: Our work creates a high level of stress and responsibility that we deal with every day. But at home, we make a conscious effort to shift that mindset.

Kateryna: We aim to create a space where there’s no constant need to make complicated decisions. After a busy day, it’s important to allow ourselves some simplicity and quiet.

Andrii: This is the time we devote to each other, to our Bim, and to our shared plans.

Kateryna: This contrast helps us maintain our inner balance and not lose our resources.

— Control and trust — how do these principles work in your partnership?

Kateryna: In medicine, control is a basic necessity, because it is directly related to patient safety.

Andrii: In private life, we consciously chose a different model – trust as the foundation.

Kateryna: When there is trust between people, the need for control naturally disappears.

Andrii: This significantly reduces internal tension and gives more freedom in interaction.

— What approaches help you restore the resource?

Andrii: It is important for us to change the rhythm even in simple things - it helps to avoid emotional exhaustion.

Kateryna: We consciously plan time together: family days, evenings, and weekends. This is not a formality, but a way of recovery.

Andrii: Such moments allow us to switch and regain energy.

Kateryna: And, of course, Bim is a source of sincere emotions, which helps to quickly restore the internal state.

— Does profession affect the level of mutual understanding in a couple?

Kateryna: Absolutely. We have a similar logic of thinking and approach to decision-making.

Andrii: We sometimes discuss clinical situations at home, and this allows us to look at them from a different angle.

Kateryna: This broadens the vision and helps to find more accurate solutions.

Andrii: This is the value of our partnership – we strengthen each other.

— How do you maintain a balance between autonomy and shared development?

Andrii: We are at different stages of our professional journey, and this is a natural process.

Kateryna: Andrii’s experience is a support for me, but for us it is fundamental that everyone has their own development vector.

Andrii: It is important that the development of one does not limit the other.

Kateryna: On the contrary, it should strengthen and create new opportunities for both.

— What is the main indicator of harmony for you?

Kateryna: For me, it is a feeling of inner integrity – when you do not lose yourself either in your profession or in your personal life.

Andrii: For me, it is stability in movement: development without an internal breakdown.

Kateryna: And, of course, the feeling of support remains important.

Andrii: And also love and the desire to be together – as the basis of everything else.

EDUCATION THROUGH LOVE FOR CHILDREN: PRINCIPAL OF DNIPRO GYMNASIUM NO. 6 LIUDMYLA MOROKKO ON THE PRINCIPLES OF A SUCCESSFUL TEAM

Liudmyla MOROKKO is the Principal of Dnipro Gymnasium No. 6, an educator with many years of experience in managing and developing an educational institution. Today, under her leadership, the gymnasium combines modern educational approaches, an inclusive learning model, volunteer initiatives, and carefully preserved school traditions. In an interview for MILLENIUM CLUB, Liudmyla Morokko spoke about her professional contribution, team building, and the principles of effective leadership.

— Ms. Liudmyla, please tell us about your professional journey and the key decisions that shaped you as a leader. What is your personal contribution to the development of Gymnasium No. 6?

— I began my professional career in 1986 at School No. 65, where I started working at the age of 17 as a senior youth leader. At that time, I did not enter university and returned to my school, where I later became a youth organizer.

I worked my way up to Deputy Principal for educational work and spent a total of 20 years at that school. Later, I briefly served as Deputy Principal at Gymnasium No. 131. After that, I was appointed Principal of Dnipro Gymnasium No. 6, which I have been leading for the past 20 years.

My professional path includes roles as a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, deputy principal, and principal. My greatest achievement is building a strong and cohesive team. I am proud of our teachers, our students, and their parents.

We have also significantly developed the material and technical base: a new two-story cafeteria was built from scratch, classrooms and infrastructure were renovated, and many other improvements were implemented.

— The gymnasium has existed for 90 years. How do you manage to preserve traditions while simultaneously developing a modern educational environment?

— Our gymnasium educates students from grades 1 to 9, with a total of 31 classes. Our graduates are highly competitive — other schools in the city actively seek them. Since 2008, the gymnasium has participated in five educational experiments aimed at developing competitive teachers, students, and educators.

Today, this also includes career guidance for children with special educational needs within an inclusive environment. The gymnasium has 812 students, including 66 children with special educational needs. Each class has a teaching assistant, and we employ special education teachers, speech therapists, psychologists, and physical therapy instructors. This has allowed us to create a barrier-free environment, and children come to our school not only from the local neighborhood but from across the entire city.

At the same time, we carefully preserve traditions. First and foremost, we honor our teachers by congratulating retired educators and maintaining close relationships with them.

Another important tradition is alumni reunions. Graduates return to the gymnasium, visit classrooms, and maintain a strong connection with their school.

A special place is given to the tradition of planting trees. Graduates together with students create alleys of sakura, linden, rowan, and other trees that decorate the school grounds. This tradition was initiated by World War II veterans who planted the first rose alley near the school museum.

— Your team has achieved significant results at the national level. How do you build a team capable of delivering such outcomes?

— The strongest team is formed by those who grew up in our gymnasium. We have 12 graduates who completed pedagogical universities and returned as teachers. These are highly professional specialists who understand the spirit of our school.

In addition, 11 parents who once brought children with special educational needs later received a second qualification in special education and became teachers — special educators, speech therapists, psychologists, and instructors.

gymnasium’s life. What role does it play in shaping students’ values?

— Volunteer work has become an essential part of our school life, especially during the war. Many of our students have parents serving in the military, and we have experienced losses among staff members, so supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a heartfelt necessity.

We produce trench candles — about 500 have already been made and delivered to soldiers. We also sew, knit socks, and collect food supplies. At the beginning of the war, for five months we prepared meals for soldiers and internally displaced people who were temporarily sheltered in the gymnasium.

Children are actively involved through clubs such as Petrykivka painting, quilling, and others. They create handmade items that we send to the military. This fosters responsibility and the value of helping others.

Participation in the patriotic game “Dzhura–Sokil” is also important. If previously students had to be encouraged to join, today there is a waiting list — three teams of ten participants in each age group. Our teams consistently rank among the best in the city.

— What leadership principles and life approaches help you remain an effective leader? And what advice would you give to educators?

— The most important principle is personal example. If a leader is not involved in the process, the team will not be either. I personally participated in the national competition “Teacher of the Year” and took second place among school principals.

Students also come to us for internships. I always accept interns because it is an opportunity to see a person in real work. If there is love for children, everything else can be taught. That is how eight more young specialists joined our team.

The main principle for all teachers is love for children.

— Inclusive education is an important component of modern schooling. How is this direction implemented in your gymnasium?

— Inclusive education in our school began in 2010, when the mother of a child with autism asked us to enroll her child. At that time, we had no experience, but we accepted the student. The child studied with us for 12 years and successfully socialized. After that, more children with special educational needs began to join our gymnasium. We work as a team: teachers, parents, and the school are partners. When there is a shared goal, results will always follow.

We also participate in the project “Children Without Limits,” where children with special educational needs and their typically developing peers complete quests together, communicate, and interact. This creates a strong social impact.

— Volunteer work has become an integral part of the

If a leader loves their work, the team will love children, their profession, and their school. It is important to set tasks correctly and maintain control, but without pressure. Control should be gentle — through guidance, not orders. It is also important to maintain balance. We organize trips and excursions so that the team can recharge. Life must exist beyond the gymnasium to prevent burnout. But when you enter the school — you give 200%.

My motto is simple: do good — and it will always return to you.

DOCTOR, SCIENTIST, EDUCATOR AND MENTOR

SERHII LUKASHOV ON THE SYSTEMIC APPROACH OF THE MEDICAL CENTER “HEADACHE”

Serhii Mykolaiovych LUKASHOV is a physician, educator, scientific consultant, and Head of the Dnipro branch of the Medical Center “Headache,” a professional with more than forty years of experience in the field. Over this time, he has not only developed his own clinical approach but has also established a professional school — more than two thousand students for whom his name has become a benchmark of professional depth and discipline. He consciously stepped away from public self-promotion, leaving behind what matters most — the trust of his patients and the recognition of his colleagues. In this interview for MILLENIUM CLUB, he speaks about his professional journey, core principles, responsibility in medicine, and what remains in the history of healthcare after decades of dedicated work.

— You have been in the profession for more than 40 years. How has professional thinking changed, and what has remained unchanged in medical mastery?

— Medicine today has become excessively specialized: a patient with five problems goes to five different offices, where each doctor prescribes five medications. Such treatment can hardly be tolerated even by a healthy person. This is a грубe violation of the traditionally declared principle of classical medical education — treat the patient, not the disease. Unfortunately, in practice, the opposite often happens. My philosophy is to treat not individual organs, but the system as a whole, much like the historical tradition of community physicians once did. Even a narrow specialist must have a sufficiently deep understanding of how their specific system interacts with others within the human body. In 90% of cases, the symptoms of a disease are mechanisms of its origin, and it is the physician’s task to

identify that mechanism. Symptoms may manifest in one organ system while being formed in another, often quite distant one. Therefore, a doctor must be an investigator. A properly conducted “investigation” into the causes of disease is the most important condition for building an effective diagnostic and treatment process. This systemic analytical principle of integral medicine was formed during my years of study and continues to guide my scientific and clinical philosophy to this day.

— Tell us about the Medical Center “Headache.” What principles is it built upon, and how does it differ from other clinics?

— The philosophy of our treatment approach is based on the integrating role of the central nervous system in managing the functions of all hierarchically important organs and systems of the human body. This system acts as the chief conductor of an orchestra, skillfully coordinating numerous performers and bringing them into balanced and harmonious

interaction. By adjusting the regulatory system that controls bodily functions, we can effectively influence the condition of all functional systems. As a result, we achieve positive treatment outcomes in approximately 96% of cases because we focus on eliminating the source of the disease rather than merely managing its consequences in the form of multiple local symptoms — a practice often seen in highly specialized medicine.

My professional experience includes general surgery, cardiac surgery, cardiac rhythmology, cardiology, systemic therapy, neurology, and neurovegetology, which allows us to address complex clinical challenges in the field of comorbidity and nonstandard clinical conditions. We solve a paradox of modern medicine: medical standards exist, but standard patients do not. Based on our research, in 2003 our center registered a scientific discovery that reveals the natural mechanism of self-regulation of

synaptic plasticity in the brain — the mechanism underlying its regulatory influence on the functional state of all organs and systems. More than 40,000 patients have been treated at our center. Our experience has attracted significant interest from colleagues abroad. The “Headache” Medical Center has received international recognition and is a member of the European Headache Federation.

— Today, much attention is focused on personal branding. You consciously stepped away from public self-presentation. What do you consider the true criterion of professional recognition?

— We do not strive to be the most popular in the world, but our European colleagues observe and listen to us very carefully. There is only one center of this type in Ukraine. Today, it has grown into a network. The main office is located in Kyiv, with a branch in Dnipro, although the center itself was originally founded in Dnipro.

For me, professional recognition is, first and foremost, the high appreciation of patients, strong demand for my professional developments, requests for mentorship and knowledge transfer, and the opportunity to build a professional school and genuinely help people. The Medical Center “Headache” has become the second half of my professional biography: I have been working with it since 1994, and since 2010 I have been fully focused on its development. In my consulting practice, approximately 70% of clients are patients and 30% are physicians from various medical specialties.

— More than 2,000 students represent not just experience, but an established professional school. In your opinion, what responsibility does a master bear toward the next generation of specialists?

— When I look at young doctors, I evaluate not their age, and not even their experience. I evaluate their

personality. It is extremely important to select talented students with a high level of knowledge, mathematical and formal-logical thinking, and a natural inclination toward intellectual creativity, and then immediately build a strong professional foundation for them within the faculty of a renewed medical education system. This system should make the systemic approach the basis of clinical thinking for future physicians.

I am convinced that mathematics should be a mandatory subject for admission to medical school. I proposed this idea during my teaching years at the university, and the results were excellent.

I devoted 35 years of my life to education. Many of my students now work in clinics abroad. I am proud that the demand for them is very high. They have successfully confirmed their professional certification internationally. It is especially rewarding to hear from them that my lectures, which they remember from many years ago, helped them on their professional journey — and that today they quote those lectures to their own students, my professional grandchildren.

— If you had the opportunity to create your own system for evaluating physicians, how would you design it?

— I would introduce comorbidity medicine as the highest criterion for evaluating a physician — the ability to work effectively with multiple combined diseases. This demonstrates the highest level of systemic clinical thinking in identifying the true source of illness and determining the most effective path to treatment. Such a specialist is the most competitive professional in modern medical practice.

— Why does medicine globally change so slowly and not fully follow the principle of a comprehensive systemic approach?

— The global professional community has always been conservative. Whenever something

new and progressive appears, it must compete with established traditions of the past and present. This is a long and demanding process. There is a widespread belief that training a narrow specialist is simpler and less expensive. The more compact the information field, the easier it is to master without significant intellectual effort.

However, this thinking is somewhat illusory: we gain in the small but lose in the larger picture. By dividing the system into separate elements, we lose its holistic image. Today, someone must begin integrating the complete picture of the human organism. I hope that we will be the ones to do so.

— Is it possible to cultivate a future doctor from childhood — to instill a love for medicine so that the profession becomes a true calling and brings satisfaction?

— First, it is important that a child genuinely wants to become a doctor. The ideal situation is when love for medicine is passed down, figuratively speaking, with a mother’s milk, as in medical families.

If such natural motivation is absent, it can be developed through information and inspiration. This helps create the impression that medicine borders on something almost magical.

Second, a child should possess mathematical and formal-logical thinking, which builds the path toward clinical analytics and the ability to process complex multi-parameter information into meaningful conclusions.

Third, it is essential to have the guidance of an experienced, effective, and dedicated mentor during internship training. Here again, medical families often have an advantage, as parents are deeply invested in the professional development of their children. If all three conditions are present, there is no doubt that this is the path to true professional fulfillment — in the warmth and gratitude of thankful patients.

ANDRIY NEGRYCH:

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT DURING WAR

— HOW TO BUILD EFFECTIVE SYSTEMS IN CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY

The full-scale war has become the most serious test for management systems, logistics, and resource coordination. In such conditions, the decisive factor is not isolated decisions, but the ability to build resilient operational models capable of functioning continuously even in times of crisis. Andriy Negrych, Operations Director at GEM Ukraine, works in the field of strategic planning and implementation of large-scale humanitarian and logistics operations that provide support to communities during the most challenging periods of the war. His professional activity demonstrates the importance of a systematic approach, process discipline, and clear accountability for results. These management principles are shaping new standards of professionalism and efficiency in operational management today.

WAR AS A STRESS TEST FOR OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS

War fundamentally transforms the nature of operational management. In an environment characterized by unstable security conditions, damaged infrastructure, and limited information, every decision is made under risk and high responsibility. In such circumstances, effectiveness is determined not by the scale of resources, but by the ability to rapidly adapt processes and maintain control over the system.

Operational challenges during wartime share common characteristics: unstable security conditions, information volatility, limited resources, high expectations from partners and donors. Therefore, the primary objective is not only to execute operations but to build a system capable of functioning reliably despite constant external changes.

SCALE OF ASSISTANCE: WHEN EFFICIENCY IS MEASURED BY RESULTS

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, humanitarian operations in Ukraine have reached unprecedented levels. Operational teams continue to work under challenging conditions, ensuring regular delivery of assistance to frontline and recently liberated communities.

To date, operational performance demonstrates consistent efficiency and scalability:

• 11,671 humanitarian aid trucks delivered to Ukraine

• 285,764 pallets distributed to communities

• over $334 million in aid delivered to civilians

• 322,791 windows installed to restore damaged housing

• 52.7 million liters of water delivered to affected communities

• over 525 million meals provided to Ukrainian families

• 960,039 family necessity kits distributed to

households

In the first quarter of 2026 alone:

• 1,231 trucks delivered to frontline regions

• 30,623 pallets of humanitarian aid distributed

• $19 million in aid delivered to communities

• over 6 million liters of water supplied

• 54.7 million meals provided to civilians

• 8.7 million essential supply kits distributed

These figures reflect the effectiveness of logistics processes, the capacity to scale operations, and the ability to maintain uninterrupted assistance even in the most difficult conditions.

SPEED AND PROCESS CONTROL AS THE FOUNDATION OF STABILITY

In crisis situations, speed of decision-making becomes a critical factor in operational success. A timely decision often holds greater value than a perfectly prepared but delayed one. That is why modern operational management in wartime relies on clear action algorithms and minimized delays.

An effective operational model includes:

• performance monitoring through key indicators

• contingency planning

• continuous process review

• rapid response to change

• prioritization of human safety

This approach ensures operational stability even in high-risk environments.

THE TEAM AS A CRITICAL ELEMENT OF THE SYSTEM

During wartime, the human factor becomes especially significant. Teams operate under pressure, tight timelines, and heightened responsibility. Therefore, trust, predictability of management decisions, and a clear understanding of shared goals become the key drivers of effective performance.

In such conditions, professionalism is demonstrated not through declarations, but through the consistent ability to deliver results.

WARTIME EXPERIENCE AS A NEW STANDARD OF PROFESSIONALISM

Today, operational management experience gained during wartime is shaping new approaches to managing large-scale systems. Working in conditions of high uncertainty, complex logistics, and limited resources develops competencies that are becoming critically important for national recovery.

The ability to build effective processes in unstable environments is emerging as a key competitive advantage for modern organizations. Systematic thinking, discipline, and a resultsoriented approach make it possible to maintain stability even under the most challenging circumstances.

EDITORIAL NOTE

Operational management during wartime represents a daily commitment that requires a high level of professionalism, resilience, and structured decision-making. It is through wellorganized processes that humanitarian assistance reaches those in need and communities receive critical support during moments of crisis.

Andriy Negrych represents a generation of operational leaders for whom effectiveness is measured by tangible outcomes — system stability, responsiveness, and the ability to ensure continuity of assistance to people.

The editorial team recognizes the importance of professional operational management and the role of specialists who sustain humanitarian and logistics systems under wartime conditions. These competencies are becoming the foundation for Ukraine’s recovery and the development of a modern management culture.

A structured approach to team management enables the consistent delivery of assistance to more than 1,100 communities each month, supporting approximately 800,000 people across different regions of Ukraine.

— You are widely regarded as one of the leading figures in Ukraine in the development of the Metaverse, artificial intelligence, and digital environments. How are these technologies transforming the philosophy of modern society and the role of the individual within it?

— We are living in a period of civilizational transformation, when technologies are changing not only the economy but the very nature of social relations. In the past, the primary value was material property; today, it is data, digital identity, and access to information systems. In the digital era, a person no longer simply uses technology — they coexist with it. That is why our task is to ensure that technology strengthens human freedom and dignity rather than replacing them.

— You are the author of the concept of digital jurisdiction for Web 4.0 and Metaverse environments. What inspired the creation of this concept?

— The key driver was the realization that traditional law is no longer keeping pace with technological reality. Today, many processes occur in a cross-border digital space where classical state boundaries lose their absolute significance. That is why there was a need to develop a new model — digital jurisdiction — which takes into account not only territory, but also digital identity, algorithms, and platform-based systems of interaction.

— Your research addresses the issue of legal personality for digital entities. Does this

О OLEKSII KOSTENKO DIGITAL LAW IS THE LANGUAGE OF A FUTURE CIVILIZATION

leksii Kostenko is a Doctor of Philosophy in Law, Senior Researcher, public servant, reserve colonel, and one of Ukraine’s leading experts in digital law, artificial intelligence, and the Metaverse. His scientific developments are shaping new approaches to the legal regulation of digital environments and defining strategic directions for state development in the era of global digital transformation. Today, he combines academic depth, public administration, and international expert activity, working on the creation of models for digital jurisdiction, digital codes, and a new ethics of interaction between humans and technology. His research opens opportunities for Ukraine not only to adapt to global technological changes but also to influence the formation of new legal standards for the future. That is why his name is increasingly associated with strategic decisions that define the architecture of the digital civilization of the 21st century.

indicate the emergence of a new civilizational model of coexistence between humans and the digital world?

— Yes, we have effectively already entered a new civilizational era. Autonomous artificial intelligence systems are capable of making decisions and generating legal consequences. However, this does not mean that machines become equal to humans. Rather, it involves the creation of a special legal regime for digital agents that will allow their activities to be regulated while preserving the priority of the human being as the highest value of society.

— You are the author of models for a Digital Code and a Digital Criminal Code. How important is it to establish such legal frameworks today?

— This is not a matter of the future — it is a matter of the present. Technology is evolving faster than legislation, and without systematic rules we risk facing chaos in the digital environment. Digital codes are instruments of preventive governance of the future. They make it possible to ensure security, accountability, and transparency in the world of artificial intelligence and digital platforms.

— Your professional activity combines science, public administration, and international expert work. How do you maintain strategic vision while remaining a practitioner?

— For me, this is a single professional logic. Science allows us to see future trends, public

service helps us understand the mechanisms for their implementation, and international work enables us to align Ukraine’s experience with global processes. True science should not only explain reality but also create tools for its development.

— What new legal approaches are currently emerging worldwide regarding the regulation of digital virtual humans as a distinct category of information law objects?

— One of the most advanced studies is the monograph “AI Law Model for Ethical Legislation,” the provisions of which formed the basis for the draft law “Administrative Measures for Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans,” developed in 2026 by the Cyberspace Administration of the People’s Republic of China.

This is the world’s first specialized public law act specifically aimed at regulating digital virtual humans as an autonomous category of information law objects — rather than artificial intelligence or synthetic content in general.

— In your opinion, what role can Ukraine play in shaping global standards of digital law and artificial intelligence ethics?

— Ukraine possesses unique experience in digital transformation under conditions of complex challenges. That is why we can become not only users of international standards, but also their cocreators. Our country is capable of offering the world a model of responsible digital development, where innovation is combined with security, ethics, and respect for human rights.

— Ms. Olena, how did your professional career begin, and what inspired you to start your own business?

— My journey began in the late 1990s. I worked as an accountant and economist at a hospital, and as chief accountant at a construction plant. It was a valuable period: I learnt not only from textbooks, but also through practical experience. That’s when I realised that accounting is the lifeblood of a business. Through the figures, you can see where a company is losing resources and where there is potential for growth.

In 2004, I started working as an entrepreneur, and in 2007 I set up the private enterprise “Armida”. I wanted to change attitudes towards accounting: many people see it as a duty to the state. In reality, however, properly organised accounting is a powerful tool for business development.

— What issues do business representatives most often bring to your attention, and how important is proper accounting organisation for them?

— Business owners come to us in two situations: when their business is growing and it becomes difficult to move forward without a systematic accounting system, or when chaos has already set in – confusion in paperwork, tax issues, and blocked invoices. Often, people have tried to manage their accounts themselves or have cut corners on professional support. Our task is not simply to correct mistakes, but to create a system where they will not be repeated. Organising your accounts is like

your “instrument panel” in an aeroplane: you can see your actual profit, tax burden and financial risks.

— In your experience, what are the most common mistakes in business finance? And conversely, what does “financial order’ mean to you?”

— All too often, people mix personal and business finances, lack a systematic accounting system, and don’t understand their tax liability. And the most common mistake is putting things in order “for later”.

In reality, good organisation helps a business grow. It gives a sense of control, when the owner knows the system runs like clockwork. Transparency, compliance and the absence of “surprises” from the tax authorities — that is the freedom of being an entrepreneur.

— You also run training courses for accountants. What qualities should a modern accountant possess?

— When an entrepreneur or accountant understands the logic behind financial processes and legislation, they become more confident in their decision-making. We run live online sessions in small groups, analysing reallife case studies. It gives me great pleasure to see people finding jobs or starting their own businesses after completing the course. Today, an accountant is more than just an executor. They are a partner to the entrepreneur: analytical thinking, empathy, the ability to make sense of financial chaos and explain complex matters simply.

— You also implement and teach others about BAS accounting. How are digital tools changing the profession?

— In the past, a lot of time was spent on routine tasks: transferring data and doing calculations by hand. Modern automation systems handle

most of these tasks, so accountants can devote more time to analysis and consultancy. But software cannot replace professional thinking.

— You also combine accounting expertise with ICU coaching. How does this help businesses?

— This is my secret ingredient. Coaching helps you look beyond the numbers. Often, an entrepreneur comes to me with a question about taxes, and during our conversation we uncover a strategic mistake or a resource for growth. It’s a partnership: the business owner finds answers and inner peace.

— How do you see the future of accounting and tax consultancy in Ukraine, and what are Armida’s plans?

— More and more entrepreneurs are switching to remote collaboration with professional accounting firms. Accounting is becoming an integral part of strategic business management. Armida’s plans are aimed at making financial management not just understandable, but intelligent and accessible to everyone. We are actively expanding our educational direction, focusing on face-to-face communication in small groups and one-to-one mentoring. We do not provide commonplace knowledge, but work with specific requests.

Furthermore, supporting social and charitable initiatives remains a priority for us. A business that has a mission and operates honestly deserves a reliable professional rear. That is why we continue to be a pillar of support for those who are changing Ukraine for the better.

— And finally, what advice would you give to those who are just starting their own business?

— Don’t wait until you’ve made a fortune to get your finances in order. It is precisely this order that leads to wealth. Choose professionals, build your business on transparency, and never stop learning. Your business is your creation, and it deserves high-quality financial protection.

E OLENA ONISHCHENKO: BEAUTY THAT BEGINS WITH LOVE FOR YOUR CRAFT

very professional has their own story — a journey filled with decisions, courage, and faith in their chosen path. For Olena Onishchenko, the profession of a hairstylist became not just a job, but a true calling that began in her early years. She is a mother of two children and a woman who, in challenging times, consciously chose to stay in Ukraine and continue working, supporting other women with her care and professionalism. Every day, she helps her clients feel beautiful, confident, and inspired. Her greatest dream is to create her own salon — a place where every woman will experience warmth, attention, and genuine quality.

— How did you enter the profession of hairstyling? What inspired you to choose this field?

— I came to this profession by following my heart. From a young age, I was drawn to creativity and beauty. I styled hair for friends, shaped eyebrows, experimented with makeup — I was fascinated by the process and by seeing how a person’s mood changed after my work. After finishing school, I decided to enroll in professional courses that lasted three months. We were very fortunate to have an excellent instructor — a true professional who inspired us and passed on her love for this craft. Even during our training, we began receiving our first job opportunities, and that was when I realized that this was not just a hobby, but a profession in which I wanted to grow and develop.

— How many years have you been working as a hairstylist, and what do you love most about your job?

— I have been working in this profession for several years, and during this time it has become an essential part of my life. What I love most is the moment when a client leaves with a smile and looks at herself in the mirror with satisfaction. The feeling that you have done something good for another person is truly priceless.

I also enjoy constant growth: learning new techniques, following trends, and exploring new approaches to hair care. Hairstyling is both creativity and responsibility, because we work with a person’s appearance and emotional well-being.

— Why did you decide to stay in Ukraine and continue working despite the difficulties?

— For me, Ukraine is home. My family, my clients, and my life are here. I felt that I wanted to stay and be useful here.

Yes, these are difficult times, but I believe that everyone can make a meaningful contribution in their own place. My work is about supporting women, helping them maintain a positive mood, and giving them a sense of normality and beauty even during challenging periods. In my own way, this is also my contribution to my country.

— How do you manage to combine your professional work with caring for two children?

— It is not always easy, but for me, family is the highest value. I try to manage my time carefully so that I can devote attention both to my work and to my children.

My children are my greatest motivation. They inspire me to keep working, developing, and moving forward. I want to be an example to them — to show that it is possible to love your profession while remaining a caring and devoted mother.

— What types of haircuts or hairstyles do you especially enjoy creating, and why?

— I love creating hairstyles that highlight a woman’s individuality. For me, it is important that the look appears natural and harmonious.

I particularly enjoy working with women’s haircuts that refresh the face, add lightness, and boost confidence. I love seeing how the right shape can transform not only a person’s appearance, but also their inner state.

— What modern hairstyle trends do you consider the most relevant today?

— Today, the main trend in the beauty industry is naturalness and authenticity. Women are increasingly choosing haircuts and colors that enhance their individuality rather than dramatically change their appearance. Lightness, healthy-looking hair, soft shades, and wellgroomed texture are now in fashion.

Comfort has also become an important factor — a hairstyle should not only look beautiful but also be practical for everyday life. That is why natural beauty today is not just a trend, but a philosophy of modern femininity.

— Why do you think clients value your work and keep coming back?

— I believe, first of all, for sincerity and attentiveness. I always try to listen carefully to my clients, understand their wishes, and offer the best possible solution.

Quality and honesty are also very important to me. If I see that a certain procedure may not suit a client or could harm the hair, I will always say so. People appreciate being treated with respect and professionalism.

— What is your biggest professional dream?

— I want to create a space where every woman feels comfortable, calm, and confident. I see my future salon as a place of care and professionalism, where a team of like-minded specialists who truly love their craft will work together.

It will be more than just a salon — it will be a space where women can relax, restore their energy, and feel beautiful.

— Why did you decide to start using social media, and what message do you want to share with people through your publications?

— Social media is an opportunity for me to be closer to people. I want to share my experience, show the results of my work, provide useful advice, and inspire women to take care of themselves.

It is important for me to convey a simple message: every woman deserves beauty, attention, and care. Even small changes can create a powerful sense of confidence.

At the same time, labour markets are increasingly affected by skills mismatches: millions of professionals struggle to find employment meeting their requirements. This gap underscores the need to rethink education. My work in European Commission projects was focused on developing new academic disciplines that respond to these challenges.

— You combine the roles of researcher, methodologist, and practitioner. How does this synergy influence the creation of educational models?

— For me, education is both a profession and an ongoing research process. I have been exploring how learning can enable individuals to realise their potential and achieve a high quality of life—across career, relationships, and health.

The answer lies at the intersection of

disciplines, approaches, and technologies. Effective education integrates theory with practice and functions as a holistic system.

— How do you interpret the «digitalisation of education» and how do you implement this approach in new disciplines?

— In the BlockNet project, my focus was to transform educational content into a clear, interactive, and practice-oriented format. This includes video-based learning, mind maps, case studies, and applied tasks that engage learners from the outset. Today, these solutions are used by more than 56,000 students across EU countries.

In the Edu4Standards project, we integrate EU values into interdisciplinary programmes, where knowledge is immediately applied in the field of standardisation. This approach translates EU values into practical application and new skill development.

— You have created a system for learning English through video content and speaking practice. What is its methodological novelty?

From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB

— The challenge is often not the learner’s ability, but the format of instruction. Some skills, particularly speaking, can only be developed through practice. That is why, from day one, the focus is on active use.

Video content expands access to up-to-date knowledge and enables complex concepts to be communicated clearly. Reproducing information in one’s own words strengthens speaking ability. The approach minimises passive theory and emphasises immersive practice, where all necessary elements are integrated. In such a system, results become a natural outcome.

— Oksana, how do you see the transformation of education?

— Education must synchronize with the dynamics of the labour market and become more individualised. The learner—their potential, interests, and unique development trajectory—should be at the centre.

Soft skills, emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and the capacity for personal growth are becoming essential. The world no longer needs executors; it needs creators. Education must therefore create environments in which this creative potential can fully emerge.

The editorial team thanks Oksana Kuzmuk for the insightful conversation. Her approach once again emphasises: the education of the future is not about the accumulation of knowledge, but about the formation of a person who is able to think, act, and create their own

ANASTASIIA BESSARAB: BEYOND THE LIMITS OF ORDINARY EXPERIENCE

WWe are used to looking for answers outside - in knowledge, experience, other people. But over time, understanding comes: the most accurate answers are always born inside. In silence, in pauses, in the ability to feel, not explain. Sometimes it is through simple things – taste, touch, attention – that access to more is opened, to the state from which true transformation begins.

Anastasiia BESSARAB is a model, herbalist, intuitive healer, Ba-Tzu and Feng Shui specialist. She is holder of the titles Mrs. Italy 2024 and Mrs. Europe Best Model.

— You work a lot with rituals and sensory experiences. What personal ritual has been a support for you during times of transformation and bold decisions?

— For me, ritual is always a return. Not to action, but to myself. And my deepest ritual is tea – not as a drink, but as a space of silence in which I can feel myself real again. In these moments, tension disappears, the need to prove or decide something disappears. Only presence remains. And it is from it that the most accurate decisions are born. This is a state in which I do not look for answers – I become them.

— You work with meaning and feeling. What lesson have you learned in the last year with your body, not your mind, and how has it changed your creativity or approach to your work?

— It was a lesson in trusting the body. I felt very clearly that the body is never wrong. It always tells the truth – through relaxation or tension, through lightness or fatigue. And when I stopped ignoring these signals, my life became different. In creativity, this manifested itself in the fact that I no longer create «from my head.» I create from a state. And if there is life, depth, breath in this state – then others feel it too.

— There is a combination of strength and tenderness in your words. How did you learn to allow yourself to be both strong and vulnerable?

— For a long time I lived under the illusion that strength is when you hold on. When you don’t show, don’t open up, you control. But over time I realised that real strength is softness. It is the ability to remain open, even when there is fear. Vulnerability for me is not weakness, it is honesty. And it is this that creates real contact – with people, with the world, with yourself.

— The past year has been full of experiences and changes. What achievement of the last twelve months do you consider the most important and why has it been defining for you?

— The greatest achievement is inner clarity. I allowed myself not to go where there is no response. Not to choose because of “need”. And this changed everything. There was more space, more depth, and more “right” people around. And in this state, completely different projects began to be born – more alive, more precise, more mine.

— Looking ahead to new horizons, what bold goals or projects do you plan to implement this year and what symbolises a true breakthrough for you?

— For me, breakthrough is not about external scale. It is about the depth of impact. I want to further develop the direction where ritual becomes a way of transformation, where through taste, touch, presence a person can remember themselves. It is about creating spaces in which the Soul awakens, and at the same time –about the transfer of knowledge. I feel ready to open this path to others – those who also seek not form, but essence.

Changes do not begin on the outside. They begin from the moment when you first truly feel yourself.

From the Editorial Board of MILLENIUM CLUB

The editorial team sincerely thanks you for this conversation, filled with depth, silence, and meanings that leave an aftertaste. This is exactly the case when words become a feeling. And when after reading it, you want to live a little slower — and listen to yourself more carefully.

At a young age, Iryna faced a serious challenge — battling cancer. Having healed herself, she not only returned to a full life, but also developed a new philosophy: every trial can become an opportunity for growth if a person is prepared to take action and accept responsibility for their own path and the causes of events. It was this experience that laid the foundation for her future work, defining her mission and calling — to help others find their inner resources and build a qualitative connection with their soul.

Today, Iryna Zaverukha is the founder and owner of educational and awareness-raising projects, a mentor to mentors and leaders of our time, the organiser of over 50 retreats, family camps and transformational programmes, and the author of books and thousands of healing protocols. She works with people from various professions and with diverse life stories, helping them find a balance

IRYNA ZAVERUKHA

— THE ART OF LIVING, CREATING AND INSPIRING

There are women who transform their own lives. There are those who transform the lives of others. And there are those who create a space in which people begin to see new possibilities, feel empowered and move forward. Iryna Zaverukha is one such person — the founder of the IMARIA & PIPL multidimensional development platform, a teacher of alchemy and consciousness yoga, a mentor and guide for transformation, who has been helping people organise their lives for almost 20 years. Her journey is a story of inner strength, discipline and faith.

between their inner world and external achievements. Her work encompasses training professionals, developing communities, and implementing cultural and social initiatives aimed at supporting personal growth and responsible leadership.

Her approach combines intuition with a systematic approach, spirituality with practicality, and faith with concrete action. For Iryna, it is important not simply to inspire, but to provide tools that help people move forward and achieve results.

Creativity holds a special place in Mrs. Iryna’s work. She has written a unique healing book, “Conversations with Angels”, and composed the song “Ballad of the Guardian”, for which she filmed a short film in the Ukrainian Carpathians as an initiation into the power of every woman-guardian. Her mission is to help people hear themselves, feel their own worth, and make a conscious choice in favour of life. That is precisely why her work goes beyond the boundaries of her profession — she becomes an example of service to people and society.

Iryna Zaverukha’s participation in the “Women Who are Admired” project is recognition of her contribution to the development of people and communities, as well as her ability to inspire, support and lead others. This project brings together women who are shaping a new reality through their knowledge, experience and responsibility, creating their own systems of development and leaving a lasting mark on society.

Iryna’s journey is a story of strength of spirit, faith and constant progress. She demonstrates that true leadership begins with inner honesty, discipline and a desire to serve people and faithfully fulfil one’s calling.

The editorial team of the international journal MILLENIUM CLUB wishes you, Iryna, continued success, new ambitious projects, grateful students and like-minded colleagues, inner harmony and inspiration. May your journey continue to be an example of strength, wisdom and love for others, and may each new day bring fresh opportunities to contribute to positive change in the world.

A CODE OF TRADITION AND EXPERIENCE IN EVERY BEAD:

THE CRAFTSMANSHIP OF

TAMARA KVAS

amara Kvas, a folk beadwork artist, has been creating jewellery for over 15 years, blending Ukrainian traditions, personal meanings and a contemporary vision. She is the head of the “Live with Beads” project, a participant in exhibitions and masterclasses, and is convinced that every handmade piece carries emotion and inner energy.

In an interview with MILLENIUM CLUB, the artist talked about her creative journey, her inspiration and the power of her family roots.

— Mrs. Tamara, how did your passion for beadwork and handcrafts begin?

— It’s a family tradition. My grandmother did needlework, and my maternal great-grandmother did embroidery. So it’s been passed down to me through the generations.

But I started out on my own—with embroidery, in fact. Later, about 15 years ago, I began learning beadwork through online tutorials, of which there were very few at the time.

At first, there were simple things — necklaces, bracelets, small pieces of jewellery. At the time, I was living abroad because of my husband’s work, and beadwork wasn’t that popular there, so I had to search a lot, try things out and experiment.

Later, when I came to Ukraine, I started attending courses and communication with masters. I trained in both modern design and classic beadwork — this gave me a foundation and an understanding of the techniques.

— How difficult is it to learn beadwork?

— You can learn anything if you’re willing to. Over time, you start not just repeating the process, but “visualising” the finished piece in advance: how it will look, how the pattern will lie. But ideas often come as you go along — you add something, make a change, or sometimes even completely rework it. It’s a living, creative process.

— How long does it take to make one item?

— It depends on the complexity. Small pieces of jewellery—charms, patterned rings, earrings, and machine-made bracelets—can be made in a day. A necklace takes 2–3 days. However, complex pieces such as a ‘kryza’ or a ‘kryvulka’ can take up to three weeks to create—it’s very labour-intensive, step-by-step work.

— Do you have any pieces that you are particularly proud of?

— Yes, there are three pieces that are special to me, and I don’t sell them. They are the name gerdan, the tongue pendant in a North and South Carpathian style, and a choker necklace with motifs from the

Trypillian culture.

They are very dear to me — both emotionally and because of the time I’ve put into them. These pieces of jewellery are like talismans to me: they’re always close by, and when I’m feeling down, I look at them — and a sense of calm and inspiration returns.

— Do you believe that handmade items have a special energy?

— Yes, absolutely. A great deal depends on my mood, inspiration and state of mind. When I’m working for someone, I always get myself in the right frame of mind: I choose the colours and think about the person. I don’t start work straight away — I need to prepare myself mentally. It’s an important part of the process.

— What inspires you to create new works?

— First and foremost, the support of my family: my husband, my children, and my mum. That’s very important.

I’m also inspired by nature — colours, light, spring as a season. And, of course, interacting with other craftspeople, exhibitions, and sharing experiences; on a separate note — Ukrainian history. I feel a strong connection to traditional patterns, especially those from Zakarpattia and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. I love recreating and reinterpreting them in my work.

— What advice would you give to those who are just starting out with beadwork?

— The most important thing is not to be afraid and to start with something simple. Begin with small pieces, such as a simple choker necklace. Make a few versions to get the feel for the technique. Then move on to more complex designs and experiment with colours. It’s also very important to keep learning: look at other crafters’ work, chat with them, and ask questions.

And one more thing is patience. You’ll make mistakes, but that’s how you gain experience. The main thing is not to stop and not to be afraid to show your work.

BOKSANA IVANTSIV:

THE FEMALE POWER OF SYSTEMIC INFLUENCE

eing a woman today means not having to choose between roles, but creating a space where they blend together naturally.

Oksana Ivantsiv embodies this perfectly. A cosmetic doctor, entrepreneur, assistant professor at a medical university, coowner of medical projects, vice-president of the St Augustine Charitable Foundation, past president of the Rotary Club in Lviv and mother of four children — she shapes a holistic way of life where each role reinforces the other.

Her journey is a story of consistency and depth, rather than quick victories. From nurse to coowner of multidisciplinary medical projects and the development of Symmetrica Medical Group in Ukraine and abroad — notably in Barcelona — Oksana is building her own philosophy of medicine and aesthetics.

As the founder of Symmetrica Beauty, she is shaping a new way of thinking — one that is systematic, evidence-based and holistic. In her approach, there is no distinction between ‘aesthetics’ and ‘medicine’. Any external change is a reflection of internal processes. That is why every aesthetic decision is preceded by a thorough analysis: the patient’s state of health, hormonal balance, psycho-emotional background and lifestyle.

“We don’t work with symptoms. We work with causes,” she emphasises.

Oksana integrates cosmetology and dentistry into the Face & Smile concept, where the face is viewed as a single system. The position of the jaw, bite, muscle function and skin condition are interrelated, creating not only an aesthetic result but also natural harmony.

In her view, anti-ageing is not about fighting the ageing process, but about working with the body’s own resources: prevention, supporting internal systems and restoring balance. Modern technologies and personalised programmes form the basis of an approach in which youthfulness is a state of being, not a matter of age.

An important part of her life is her partnership with her husband: a shared vision, trust and

strategic thinking form the basis for developing projects. At the same time, Oksana is a mother of four, and it is this role that gives her depth, resilience and a special sensitivity towards people.

As Vice-President of the St Augustine Charitable Foundation and Past President of the Rotary Club in Lviv, she implements social initiatives systematically, without excessive publicity. Her influence is not loud, but it is noticeable — in approaches, people and changes.

Oksana Ivantsiv is a representative of a new generation of leaders who does not follow trends but creates systems where professionalism, ethics and humanity function as a single whole. Her approach is a future in which beauty begins with health, and harmony becomes the foundation of life.

S ART BORN BY VIRTUE OF PEOPLE WHO CHANGE FATE IRYNA MIRO:

ometimes one phrase is enough to divide life into “before” and “after”. It may sound quiet, almost by accident – but it is it that opens doors that previously seemed closed. For Iryna Miro, the words of the art dealer from Kyiv Leonid Astrakhanskii^ “You are touched by God. Paint,” became such a point of no return. It was not just a confession – it was an inner permission to be herself.

It was from this moment that her path in art began: exhibitions, auctions, immersion in the artistic environment of the capital and a new awareness of herself as an author. But the true depth of this path was revealed later.

ART THAT DOES NOT STOP IN THE FACE OF CIRCUMSTANCES

The war changed the geography, but not the essence. It brought Iryna to Great Britain, where her art received a new context and a new sound. London became not a point of beginning, but a point of expansion — a space where the works found their viewer, their collector and a new level of perception.

In the new environment, her works began to be read even more deeply — as art that carries the experience of generations, transformation, loss, strength and renewal within itself. These are stories that are understandable without translation — at the level of sensations.

An important milestone of this stage will also be the upcoming event: on May 14, an exhibition at MNK’s Art Gallery will take place in London, to which Iryna was personally invited by the gallery’s owner. This was not a story “from scratch”. It was an evolution — honest, alive and without compromise.

INTELLIGENCE AND ENERGY AS THE BASIS OF STYLE

Knowledge became an important stage of this transformation was. According to Iryna’s spiritual mentor, numerologist and astrologer Viktor Yukhimovych, «If you want to change the world, change yourself through education.» This phrase set a new vector.

Since then, Iryna’s art has gone beyond

the visual. It has become multi-level: intellectual, symbolic and energetic at the same time. Each work is not just a composition of colour and form. It is a thoughtful structure that combines the knowledge of past generations, intuition and personal experience. It contains meanings that are revealed gradually – depending on the state of the viewer.

That is why her paintings are not «read» at first glance – they are experienced.

PEOPLE AS KEY POINTS OF GROWTH

A special place in Iryna’s life is occupied by people – those who appear at the right moment and change the inner support. Among them is Nataliia Volovod, known as Sakhalinsha. Her presence is not about words, but about the state. About the quiet strength that helps a person to endure when it seems that the resource has been exhausted. It is about the faith that is given to the person while they are still learning to believe in themselves.

And it is precisely such meetings that shape not only personality – they shape art.

A LEGACY THAT CANNOT BE LOST

The roots of Iryna’s creativity lie in her family. Her father, Mykola Hrudyna, worked in his own workshop back in Soviet times. Metal, embossing, veneer portraits, restoration of iconostases, decoration of spaces — his work was multifaceted, but always about one thing: creating a form with meaning.

He didn’t just work with his hands — he thought like an artist. It was from him that Iryna inherited the most important thing: the feeling that creativity is not a profession or a choice. It is an inner necessity, a way of interacting with the world.

ART AS AN EXPERIENCE, NOT AN OBJECT

Today, Iryna Miro speaks of her works as a space of interaction. These are not paintings “for the interior”. These are works that change the atmosphere, affect the emotional state and create a new quality of space.

Her art is about presence; about depth; about inner movement.

Each canvas is a recorded energy of the encounters, experiences and transformations that she has lived. And that is why it finds a response from those who are looking not just for aesthetics, but for meaning.

THE FINAL ACCENT FOR COLLECTORS AND GALLERIES

Iryna Miro’s works are art that goes beyond visual perception. It’s not just about what you see – it’s about what you feel. In a world where uniqueness and depth are valued, her works become more than just part of a collection – they become part of a person’s personal space.

This is an investment not only in an object. It is an investment in a state – in energy, in transformation. And perhaps that is why this art finds its people – those who are ready not just to look, but to feel.

SNIZHANA KLOCHKO. BETWEEN PAIN

AND HOPE: THE PATH OF A PSYCHOLOGIST IN CRISIS WORK

There are professionals whose work every day touches the most delicate boundaries of human life — between despair and faith, pain and hope. Such is Snizhana Klochko, a psychologist with many years of experience in crisis intervention, who has devoted her profession to helping people in the most difficult moments of their lives. Her journey is a story of deep empathy, professional resilience, and a sincere desire to support a person when they need it the most. Snizhana belongs to those specialists for whom psychology is not merely a profession, but a true calling and service to people.

My experience in psychology is truly extensive, and from the very beginning of choosing this profession, I felt it was my calling. Twenty-six years ago, psychology was not as popular as it is today. However, I was always fascinated by the themes of self-discovery and the influence on a person through words, questions, symbols, and metaphors. This desire to understand a person and help them find their inner resources became the foundation of my professional path.

Having worked for many years in a crisis suicidology department, you realize that you are constantly facing an extremely fragile boundary between life and death. Listening to suicidal thoughts, scenarios, motives, and reasons, speaking with a person after an unsuccessful suicide attempt, you witness how the instinct for self-preservation does not always prevail. Unfortunately, people do not always value their own lives, and my task as a psychologist is to prevent suicide or to ensure that a repeated attempt never occurs. The most painful cases are those involving children and adolescents. This is one of the most vulnerable groups, requiring special attention, sensitivity, and responsibility. Here, a psychologist must be not only a professional, but also a person capable of giving a sense of safety and hope.

The topic of losing loved ones is always complex and deeply painful. Unfortunately, since the beginning of military aggression, the number of such cases has increased significantly. It is expected that the echoes of psychological trauma will remain in the collective memory of Ukrainians for many years, and therefore the need for professional psychological support will only grow.

To help people in crisis, a psychologist must also remain emotionally resourced. My most important qualities are unconditional acceptance, a subtle sensitivity to pain, the ability to see potential where a person sees emptiness, sincerity, and the capacity to hold onto hope. To restore my own balance, I choose sports, walks along the seaside, and travel. Because if I am not internally fulfilled, I will have nothing to share with others. For the fourth year now, I have been living

and working in Italy, having left my home in Ukraine. Gradually, I became acquainted with Italian colleagues — psychologists who, with understanding and genuine acceptance, helped me adapt to life in another country. They invite me to participate in conferences, supervisions, trainings, and international projects. Although most children and adolescents have already mastered the Italian language, communication with a Ukrainianspeaking specialist remains a priority for them. Trust in one’s own people still holds special significance.

From my personal experience working with Ukrainian internally displaced persons, I can say that, unfortunately, even after several years abroad, many people have not managed to find themselves or adapt to a new life. Depression, insomnia, nervous breakdowns, apathy, and even suicidal thoughts are common. People are often forced to live in inadequate conditions, sometimes sharing one space with other families. Uncertainty about the future and difficulties with employment only increase anxiety. Many want to return to Ukraine, yet there are those who simply have nowhere to return.

Many years of working with people require endurance, tolerance, and great responsibility. A sense of purpose in my profession is my inner compass. I sincerely want the person next to me to breathe more easily. This is not pathos — it is reality. When you see a client sleep normally for the first time in a long while, stop blaming themselves, or begin to laugh again — it inspires more than any words.

Understanding my role in building a healthy and resilient society, I strive to teach people to speak about their feelings without shame, to show that true strength is not harshness, but the ability to be honest with oneself. This changes people and strengthens generations. A society that can openly discuss emotions harms each other less.

I strive to create a safe space where it is lacking and to help people recover after crises and trauma.

A strong society is not one that never falls, but one that knows how to rise again.

"ACCOUNTING INTELLIGENCE AND FINANCIAL SECURITY STRATEGY"

lha Khudenko is a tax expert, an experienced accountant, and a member of the Council of Independent Accountants and Auditors, working at the intersection of financial accuracy and strategic thinking. She specialises in supporting start-ups and companies resident in Diya City, one of the most progressive legal regimes for technology businesses in Ukraine, shaping new standards of financial support. In a world where financial discipline is becoming a key condition for sustainability, it is these professionals who determine what business will be like tomorrow.

Her professional style is a combination of systematicity, analytical depth, and clear business thinking. For her, accounting is not about formal reporting, but about control, forecasting, and development. She works with numbers as a management tool, helping clients see the full financial picture and make informed decisions.

A separate area of her practice is new financial instruments, in particular crypto assets. In an area that is still complex and ambiguous for many, she chooses the path of practical experience. Having gone through all the stages of working with digital assets — from investment to declaration — she transforms this experience into clear and effective solutions for business.

The key principle of her work is

transparency. In the realities of constant changes in legislation, it is a systematic and open approach that becomes a guarantee of stability. Such a position allows not only to minimise risks, but also to build trust — a basic value in working with finances.

In the conditions of a full-scale war, her role for clients has become even more important. She has become not only an accountant, but also a financial partner who helps maintain balance in difficult circumstances. Flexibility in decisions, speed of reaction and strategic vision allow to support business even in periods of turbulence.

There are small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs, company managers and private individuals among her clients

who value accuracy, responsibility and a deep understanding of processes. She supports businesses at different stages of development, ensuring not only order in finances, but also confidence in the future.

Olha Khudenko is an example of a new generation of accountants who think beyond the boundaries of the profession. It is about partnership, trust and the ability to see opportunities where others see only limitations. It is this approach that is becoming a real competitive advantage for Ukrainian business today.

OLHA BUCHNIEVA: WHEN EVERY HEARTBEAT IS A VICTORY

Оlha Buchnieva is a Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Medical Director of the Municipal Nonprofit Enterprise of Kharkiv Regional Council “Center for Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Pathology,” laureate of the prestigious Panteleimon Medical Award, and recipient of the national distinction THE HEART OF THE NATION — for exceptional contribution to cardiac surgery and saving lives.

— Dr. Buchnieva, your profession is one of the most responsible in medicine, as it involves saving lives every day. What does it mean to you to be a cardiac surgeon today, at a time when medicine operates under increased challenges and responsibility?

— Being a cardiac surgeon today means bearing responsibility for a person’s life in the most literal sense every single day. This is a profession where there are no secondary decisions and no right to make mistakes. This is felt especially strongly when working with children, newborns, and patients in critical conditions.

Medicine today operates under significant challenges — staffing, technological, and emotional. At the same time, it is also a time of extraordinary professional mobilization. For me, being a doctor is a form of service. It is a readiness to act even when circumstances are difficult, when resources are limited, and when the situation demands maximum concentration. Because behind every operation stands a human life and human hope.

— You are known as a specialist who works with the most complex clinical cases. What professional principles help you make decisions in situations where every minute is crucial?

— In critical situations, the most important factors are professional discipline and a clear, focused mind. Decisions must be precise, balanced, and made as quickly as possible. In cardiac surgery, time is often measured in minutes — and sometimes in seconds.

My main principle is to act responsibly and systematically. To rely on knowledge, experience, and teamwork. In complex cases, there is no room for panic or hesitation. There is an established algorithm, professional responsibility, and an internal understanding that you are doing everything possible to save a life.

Another essential principle is continuous learning. Medicine develops very rapidly, and a doctor must evolve together with it.

— You are the only female cardiac surgeon in Ukraine performing the full range of heart surgeries for both children and adults. What became the inner motivation to choose this demanding path and remain at the forefront of cardiac surgery?

— Cardiac surgery is a complex but extremely important field of medicine. My choice was conscious. I have always been drawn to specialties where the results of a doctor’s work have a direct impact on a person’s life.

A particularly strong motivation was the realization that in this field, one can save the greatest number of lives. When you see a child who, after a complex operation, begins to live a full and healthy life, you understand that every effort is worthwhile.

This path is not easy, but it gives a deep sense of professional mission. That is what has helped me remain in this profession for many years.

— Your work combines clinical practice, management of a medical institution, and scientific activity. How do you maintain a strategic vision for the development of medicine while remaining a doctor who directly saves lives?

— For me, it is essential not to lose connection with clinical practice. Management and scientific work only make sense when you clearly understand the real needs of patients and medical professionals.

Clinical work allows you to see the situation from within, to understand which technologies are necessary, which processes need improvement, and which decisions will enhance the quality of medical care.

Strategic vision is formed through experience, teamwork, and continuous development. Medicine is a system that must move forward, and our task is to create conditions in which patients receive modern, high-quality, and accessible treatment.

— You have received prestigious professional distinctions, including the Panteleimon Award and the “Heart of the Nation” honor. What is the main criterion of professional success for you — recognition from colleagues, results of your work, or gratitude from patients?

— The most important criterion of professional success for me has always been the results of my work. When a patient recovers, when a child returns to a normal life after surgery — that is the highest reward for a doctor.

Of course, professional recognition and awards are important because they reflect the trust of colleagues and society. But the true meaning of this profession lies in saved lives.

That is why every patient’s gratitude and every story of recovery is the greatest confirmation that the chosen path was the right one.

— Today many young women choose medicine and look to you as a role model. In your opinion, what qualities shape a doctor who is not only trusted but also admired and inspiring?

— First and foremost, responsibility and professional integrity. A doctor must be ready for continuous learning, for difficult decisions, and for hard work.

It is very important to have resilience, discipline, and inner strength. In medicine, superficial work is impossible — this profession requires full dedication.

Another essential quality is humanity. A patient entrusts a doctor not only with their health but also with their fears and hopes. Therefore, a doctor must be not only a professional but also a person who knows how to support, explain, and inspire confidence in recovery.

I am convinced: a true doctor is one who combines professionalism, responsibility, and a sincere desire to help people.

ILIUDMYLA SСHIЕMANN

n today’s world, where inner balance is becoming a real value, it is especially important to meet people who are able to subtly and deeply accompany others on their path to themselves.

Liudmyla Sсhiеmann — a psychologist, psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher — creates a unique space that combines body, emotions and consciousness. Her approach is not just a method, but a holistic philosophy of life that helps to find inner support, harmony and authenticity.

— Greetings, Liudmyla. We are glad to meet you again. Your professional path is impressive in its depth and integrity. What was the source of such a multidimensional vision of a person and when did you feel the naturalness of this approach?

— First, yoga appeared in my life – it became the first step towards a deeper understanding of a person through the body. Psychology came later, due to a personal crisis, which became a point of internal rethinking. And psychotherapy came as a natural necessity to move on and combine the body, emotions and internal processes into a single system. The decisive moment came when I saw that the deepest changes occur where awareness, emotions and bodily sensations are combined.

— There is an atmosphere of trust and acceptance in your work. What is the basis of such a space?

— It is a sincere presence and caring contact. When a person feels that they are truly seen and heard without trying to change them by force, trust arises. It is this trust that makes it possible to gently accompany a person, help them relax, feel themselves and recover.

— The combination of yoga and psychotherapy seems like a fine art. How does this synthesis manifest itself in your work with clients?

— This is a holistic approach where the body, emotions and consciousness are interconnected.

We work not only through words, but also through breathing, bodily sensations, awareness of tension. People learn to feel themselves better, their boundaries, reduce internal tension and find inner support.

— Was there an experience in your practice that particularly touched your heart?

— There are many such stories, especially now, when war is passing through people’s destinies. What is most striking is how, despite pain and loss, people find the strength to return to themselves. This reveals the depths of the human soul and further confirms me in my mission – to be there for them.

— What does harmony and inner support mean to you?

— Harmony is not the absence of difficulties, but the ability to stay in touch with yourself even during difficult periods. My resource is in practices, selfcare, support from loved ones, and love for life and my work.

— Where do you find the energy to recover?

— I am deeply filled with professional development. This year I am speaking at an international conference of psychotherapists, working on my dissertation, and my studio has received Yoga Alliance certification as a yoga school. This strengthens my faith in the path I am taking and the value of the cause I live by.

OLEKSANDRA SHMYHOL

“REAL

CHANGE DOESN’T HAPPEN INSTANTANEOUSLY — IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD IT”

In today’s world, where stability is increasingly becoming a luxury, there are individuals who are capable not only of adapting to change, but also of shaping a new quality of life around them. Oleksandra Shmyhol is one of those women whose work extends beyond her profession, evolving into a mission of support, development and inner renewal.

As a woman, psychologist, coach, mentor, author and social activist, she combines expertise with a keen insight into human emotional states. Her name features among the “Leaders of the 21st Century”, and her professional achievements have been recognised with international awards. However, there is more to these titles than meets the eye — a genuine commitment to people’s lives and the ability to see potential even where others see only crisis.

This is precisely why she chooses systematic, in-depth and structured work with a person’s inner world. Oleksandra is convinced that genuine transformation is impossible without an inner core, psychological maturity and the ability to withstand challenges without losing oneself. This forms the basis of her original 10-month programme, ‘Personality Stabilisation’ — not about temporary relief, but about rebuilding the inner architecture of the personality

in times of change.

Her approach combines knowledge from neuropsychology, art therapy and the psychodynamic method of Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy developed by N. Peseschkian (Germany, 1977), which enables her to work with the deep structures of the personality and form lasting changes.

Previously, in one of the magazine’s issues, Oleksandra had already raised the topic of relationships — a sensitive and topical one. She spoke of love as a conscious choice that requires daily attention. In her view, even when estrangement arises between partners, it is not always the end, but a transition to a new phase. Her approach is based on trust, respect and open dialogue. This becomes possible when there is a connection with oneself — sensitivity, self-love, selfrespect and inner strength.

At a time when the war is separating thousands of Ukrainian families, relationships are being put to the test: distance, exhaustion, uncertainty. It is here that her expertise becomes a source of support — she helps maintain an emotional connection and rebuild trust even from a distance.

Her contribution to the field of education is also significant. For her, it is not merely about results, but above all about character development. As the founder of the educational and psychological initiative “Children at School” for Ukrainian children abroad, through her work with children and parents, she has gained a deeper understanding of the challenges families face and has incorporated this experience into her practice.

Her initiatives bring people together in their pursuit of development, whilst preserving national identity. The central idea is evident in every project: a child should grow up in an atmosphere of safety, acceptance and love.

Oleksandra’s personal story adds depth to her work. Having gone through her own trials, she has transformed this experience into a resource for others — which is why her words carry such weight. Today, Oleksandra Shmyhol is more than just an expert. She is the voice of a modern woman who combines strength, sensitivity, professionalism and humanity, reminding us that even in difficult times, with internal anchor, we are capable of shaping the future.

R RUSLANA ARTYM: REAL ESTATE AS STRATEGY, PSYCHOLOGY AND CAPITAL

uslana Artym is the founder and director of the property agency “ARTYM Real Estate”, a certified estate agent and property expert for whom this work extends far beyond traditional deals.

At the centre of her approach is the individual, their decisions and the psychology of investment. Every property operation begins with overcoming internal barriers, prejudices, doubts and fears.

Ruslana Artym is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Real Estate Professionals and the Ukrainian Women’s Business Chamber, which contributes to her continuous professional development within the industry’s expert community. Her work has been recognised with the award for “Best Personal Brand in the Lviv Real Estate Sector 2025” from the Lviv Association of Realtors, as well as a place in the “TOP 100 Real Estate Agencies of Ukraine 2025” list compiled by the LUN platform.

Her two university degrees—in Merchandising and Commercial Activities, and in Accounting and Auditing—enable her to analyse the market in depth, evaluate investment models and make quick, well-founded decisions.

Ruslana Artym works across all segments of the property market — renting, buying and selling, investment, land plots and commercial properties. This experience enables her to view the market holistically and develop a strategy tailored to each client.

APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY OF WORK

In her view, property is first and foremost a foundation for life and a means of building wealth. She is convinced that the right strategy not only allows you to preserve your capital but also to achieve financial freedom.

The key idea is the opportunity to “buy yourself some free time today”, when your property works for you.

In her work, she adheres to the principle of honesty: if a decision is not in the client’s best interests, she is open about it and suggests alternative options. Her main focus is on building long-term trust, rather than on one-off deals.

INVESTMENT DECISIONS AND THE TEAM

Ruslana Artym and her team accompany clients through every stage — from analysing the request to achieving the final result.

Key strategies include investing during the construction phase, properties for rental, and resale following refurbishment. Each case is accompanied by an analysis of risks, liquidity and potential returns.

THE TEAM AND PRACTICAL VALUE

The team works with Lviv’s leading property developers, enabling clients to receive an objective comparison of projects. The company has also established partnerships with designers and construction firms to implement turnkey projects.

A separate area of focus is working with Ukrainians abroad: sales,

purchases and investments in Lviv are handled remotely with full support on a power-of-attorney basis.

WHAT INSPIRES AND SUPPORTS HER?

Family — she is a loved wife and a happy mother of two children. For her, it is not just a family, but people who are friends and like-minded: they support one another, share in each other’s joys and live through difficult projects together, inspiring and marvelling at each other’s achievements.

Friends and acquaintances — people in different corners of the world with whom she remains close in spirit and heart.

Travel, spiritual development, retreats in India and Bali, yoga, massage, spa treatments, sound healing, aromatherapy and international cuisine — these are her spaces for restoration and inner balance.

It is a rhythm of life that combines both depth and the energy to move forward.

She genuinely takes pleasure in her work—in the dynamics of the market, interacting with people, dealing with complex cases, and achieving results that transform her clients’ lives. And she finds just as much joy in life itself—its rhythm, encounters, personal growth, and constant movement forward.

She loves to fill herself with beauty so that she can share it with others.

VALUE FOR THE CUSTOMER

When working with Ruslana Artym, clients receive not only professional support but also attentive care, trust and confidence in every decision.

Her work is underpinned by a love for people and a sincere desire to ensure the well-being of every client. It is precisely this, combined with her sociability, extensive network of contacts and dozens of meetings every day that enables her to find the best solutions even in complex situations.

It is not just about concluding a deal, but about doing so correctly — for the benefit of the future client and their family.

The best result of many years of work is grateful clients, recommendations and trust.

OLHA KOROLOVA:

"FIND YOUR INNER WAY"

umbers and energy have their own voice, which tells about our fears, resources and hidden possibilities. In the hands of a skilled practitioner, they turn into a map of life, leading to harmony and inner strength. There are no coincidences here – there are only paths that can be opened if you learn to listen to yourself and your resources.

Olha Korolova is a numerologist, psychologist, art therapist, and practitioner of neurographics, nail standing and the game «Lila». She helps people see their strength through numbers, creativity, body and psychological practices. Olha’s consultations combine numerological analysis of the date of birth, work with energy and aura cleansing, art therapy and neurographics, metaphorical cards, creating a personal talisman from natural stones and working with deep childhood traumas through the game «Lila».

Her own path began with the need to understand herself. Previously, life seemed chaotic: decisions were made at random, and the results were often disappointing. When Olha discovered the power of

numbers and the depth of psychological practices, she learned to see regularities, recognise her own blocks and fears, and work with ancestral scenarios. This turned her life into a space of harmony, where the right priorities and conscious decisions became a natural part of every day.

Today, her work is the art of combining tools. Through numerology, she reads the life path, through psychology, she unravels internal conflicts, art therapy and neurographics help to touch the subconscious, the game «Lila» and nail standing open access to deep resources, and the creation of a personal talisman consolidates the result. Each of Olha’s practices is an opportunity to feel one’s integrity, strength, and harmony.

Working with Olha is not just a consultation; it is a journey into oneself, where body, mind and soul become one. Everyone receives tools to listen to their own rhythm, understand the signals of the body and soul and discover their inner potential. There are no ready-made schemes or quick solutions in her approach – there is only support so that a person can find their own path, see their strength and learn to manage life with awareness and harmony.

Olha shows that you can find your own path only when you combine body, mind and soul, feel yourself and accept your own strength. She creates a space where a person becomes themselves, opens new horizons and feels harmony in every day.

OLENA OBYKHOD: GIVING HOPE IS NOT A PROFESSION — IT IS A CALLING

There are women who do not simply help — they create new meanings and new opportunities for those who find themselves on the edge of despair. Their strength lies in compassion, their mission in service to people, and their daily choice is to stand beside those who need support the most. This is exactly who Olena Obykhod is — Head of the organization “PROSTIR DOBRA UKRAINE” and Founder of the project Woman’s House Ukraine (House of Mercy). Her work is a vivid example of humanity, spiritual resilience, and responsibility toward those who need help. She supports women and children in restoring their faith in themselves, regaining dignity, and finding the strength to begin a new chapter in life.

— Olena, your work is an example of true service to people. What became the inner impulse that led you to dedicate yourself to volunteering and helping others?

My journey did not begin with the idea of creating a project, but with a deep inner sense of responsibility for the people around me. I saw a lot of pain — women who had lost their homes, experienced violence, and lost faith in themselves. At some point, it became clear that sympathy alone was not enough — action was necessary.

She is a volunteer of the “KATEKHON” unit of the “BROTHERHOOD” battalion and organizes fundraising campaigns to support Ukraine’s defenders.

She is also the founder of her own brand “Pani Olena.”

EDITORIAL NOTE:

Olena Obykhod is an example of a woman who did not remain on the sidelines in difficult times, but took responsibility for those who needed help. She created a place where faith is restored, dignity returns, and new hope is born.

Her work is a daily labor of the heart, courage, and service to people.

That is why Olena Obykhod is a woman who inspires — a woman whose actions change lives and help build a stronger and more humane society.

Faith shaped my understanding that serving people is not a separate part of life, but its very essence. It was not a one-time decision — it was a process that gradually became my calling.

A significant role in dedicating myself to this mission was also played by my mentor, who has been a pastor for more than 25 years and is now bravely serving in the war, carrying the idea of creating a Christian army. Such global ideas always inspire one to do something meaningful and good.

— Woman’s House is a place where dignity and faith in oneself are restored. What moments in your work touch your heart the most?

The most touching moments are those of transformation. When a woman arrives broken, withdrawn, and without faith — and over time begins to smile again, make decisions, and build plans.

Particularly meaningful are the moments when she begins to see her value not through her past, but through who she is today.

And when a woman who has walked this path herself begins to support others, it becomes clear that this is no longer just help — it is a change in mindset and destiny.

— Your work combines spiritual support, psychological assistance, and social adaptation. How do you create an atmosphere of trust?

An atmosphere of trust is not created by words — it is formed through consistency, honesty, and acceptance.

We do not pressure, judge, or try to quickly “fix” a person. We provide a space where a woman can be herself — with her fears, pain, and questions.

The combination of psychological work, spiritual support, and practical steps — education, employment, and daily life — creates balance: not only talking about change, but living it every day. This gradually restores a sense of stability and inner strength.

— Volunteering requires great strength. What helps you maintain faith and inner balance?

Honestly, it is not always easy. There are moments of exhaustion and internal questions. But several things sustain me:

• a deep understanding of why this work matters;

• faith that provides support even when there seems to be none;

• results — even small positive changes in people’s lives;

• continuous learning and support from my mentors.

It is also very important not to lose balance — to have time for recovery, for family, and for quiet prayer. Without this, it is impossible to serve people for a long time.

— What message would you like to share with society about supporting charitable initiatives?

The first thing I want to say is this:

I believe in the success of Ukrainian society and its prosperity through the transformation of values and priorities.

Supporting charitable initiatives is not about “helping someone.” It is about shaping the society we will have tomorrow.

When we help a woman stand up again, we change not only her life, but also the lives of her children, her community, and her future.

Even small participation matters. It is important not to remain indifferent, because great changes always begin with a personal decision to care.

— What does it mean to you personally to be a Woman Who Inspires?

For me, it is not about perfection or strength without vulnerability. It is about honesty, resilience, and the ability to move forward even when it is difficult.

A woman who inspires is someone who not only speaks the right words but lives by the values she shares with others. Meaning gives an endless source of energy and strength. The main value I want to pass on is the understanding of personal dignity.

That regardless of experience, mistakes, or life circumstances, every woman has value, has the right to a new beginning, and has the strength to change her life.

ANNA SVITLOVA

WHEN WATER SPEAKS: MY JOURNEY TO INNER STRENGTH

This is a story not only of travelling the world, but also of a journey into the depths of one’s own self. It is about trusting the signs that come at the right moment, and about experiences that transform one’s perception of reality. Water became for me a conduit to deeper levels of understanding and experiencing life, revealing new meanings where previously there was only intuition. Over time, this turned into an internal dialogue with the world, in which every event takes on a deeper meaning and becomes part of a vast mosaic of personal experience.

One day, I had a revelation: a significant portion of the world’s information is transmitted through water. This sensation was so clear that I accepted it without doubt, even though I had not yet confirmed it through experience. Later, I realised that this became the beginning of my journey and a new way of perceiving reality.

Later, I had a dream: I was on a huge white liner, like a city floating on the water. The next day, I saw a similar ship — and that became the starting point for a new phase in my life, where my intuition began to translate into action instantly.

My first voyage lasted 23 days — from Genoa to the Caribbean islands, crossing the Atlantic without any means of communication. It was a state of deep immersion within myself, as if the outside world had ceased to exist. It was there that I received a message about sacred feminine energy, which became the foundation of my course and my subsequent work with women.

I felt that on the water, knowledge unfolds differently — directly, deeply and honestly, bypassing all the unnecessary noise. It is a space where answers arise from within and become absolutely clear, if you allow yourself to hear them.

The second cruise lasted 21 days — from Argentina to Marseille. From the very first days, I began to see the people in my life as vivid inner images. It was a process of purification, re-evaluation and a return to wholeness. My task was to fill these images with unconditional

love. And the deeper I went into this, the more my state changed: a sense of lightness, silence, inner clarity and a feeling of complete selfacceptance emerged.

Crossing the equator on the day of the spring equinox became particularly symbolic — as a moment of inner renewal and a transition to a new level of awareness, when a new horizon of perception seems to open up.

Today, water for me is not just an element, but a living system of transformation that opens up new horizons of consciousness. This process continues even now, revealing ever deeper layers of experience and understanding of life that cannot be grasped by the mind, but can be felt with the heart.

Among the places we have visited are Argentina, Brazil, the Atlantic islands, Tenerife, Morocco, Spain, France and Italy. Each country became a separate stage on our inner journey. My husband and I continue to discover the world through cruises and are planning new routes. It turns out that life on a cruise ship can last for months or even years — and this creates a completely different rhythm, in which travelling becomes a way of life.

I sincerely wish everyone could allow themselves to follow their heart’s calling. And if that resonates with you — we’re always open to travelling together, new encounters and vivid experiences that transform your inner world.

INNER

TRANSFORMATION: THE JOURNEY FROM EXHAUSTION TO RECOVERY

n the reality of prolonged trials, a person’s inner world undergoes changes that are not always rationally explainable. What happens inside gradually becomes a new norm of existence, affecting the body, emotions, and the ability to feel the fullness of life. In a conversation with Viktoriia Langeard — a certified psychotherapist and Master of Psychology — about the cost of prolonged survival and the return to inner grounding.

— Welcome, Viktoria. It’s a pleasure to meet you. What reveals the intrinsic value of a long life in wartime?

— War changes lives not only through fear, loss, the sound of sirens or broken ties. It penetrates much deeper — into the very mode of human existence. It takes root in the body, the rhythm of the day, the background of one’s thoughts, and the ability to relax. Over time, this erodes the fundamental sense of life as something whole and reliable.

— What are the signs of a state of accumulated exhaustion?

— More often, this state is first felt not by the mind, but by the body. You wake up already feeling tired; everyday tasks quickly leave you exhausted; and at the slightest loud noise, everything inside tightens up. Your shoulders are tense, your jaw seems unable to relax, your sleep becomes restless, and silence no longer brings calm.

— What are the signs of gradual exhaustion when stress becomes a lasting background to one’s life?

— When danger becomes prolonged, a person increasingly lives on their inner reserves. First, a sense of lightheartedness goes away; then rest ceases to be restorative; and interest in things that once brought joy begins to wane. And one day it becomes clear: life feels less and less like a fulfilling experience and more and more like a struggle to hold on.

— Where does this profound exhaustion come from in strong people who are used to holding on until the very end?

— Those who are most exhausted often do not appear to be broken. These are people who have held on for a long time, made decisions, supported others and grown accustomed to not allowing themselves to show weakness. That is why it is important not to blame yourself: this is not about weakness, but about exhaustion. If the strain continues, even the strongest coping mechanisms begin to wear you down.

— Is there anything in common in the way how people who were forced to leave and those who stayed at home experience stress?

— For both those who stayed and those who were forced to leave, the internal cost is often similar. The sense of support is lost, trust in life weakens, and the future is increasingly perceived as a source of anxiety.

— Where does the process of inner recovery begin?

— If the psyche has once adapted to living in tension, this does not mean that it must remain in this state. The way out begins where the body again experiences safety: it can no longer contract, it cannot wait for a blow. Sometimes this returns through silence, warm food, the rhythm of movement, a lively voice.

— What is the role of psychotherapy in this process?

— For a deeper recovery, the help of a psychotherapist is often needed. Psychotherapy is a space where a person no longer has to bear their inner burden alone. It helps to alleviate the sense of constant threat, restore inner resilience, a feeling of support, and the ability to live again, rather than merely survive.

Olena Zabolotna is the founder of the ‘Happy Life’ network of private kindergartens and the ‘Happy Life School’ lyceum; an educator with two higher degrees; a manager with a systematic mindset; and a woman who knows how to combine experience, intuition and strategic vision. Her journey — from nursery teacher and lecturer to head of HR at a large company — ultimately brought her back to what matters most: creating a space for children.

In 2015, she opened the first children’s centre where learning was naturally combined with play, creativity and personal development. Within a year, the English-speaking kindergarten “Happy Life” had opened, quickly becoming a trusted place for

OLENA ZABOLOTNA:

“CHILDHOOD CULTURE AS THE BEGINNING OF THE FUTURE”

Sometimes, one’s life’s work doesn’t begin with a clear plan, but with an inner sense: you are in the right place only when you are doing something that has meaning. For Olena Zabolotna, that meaning became education — vibrant, modern and imbued with values that stay with a person for life.

parents. Thus began the story of a project that today combines modern education, international experience and a deep understanding of childhood.

Through travelling and studying educational systems across Europe — from the Nordic countries to Poland — Olena developed her own philosophy: to take the best from the world and adapt it to the Ukrainian context. This is how the Nordic-style kindergarten came into being — a space of openness, freedom and respect for the child, where children from different countries and cultures were educated.

2022 was a challenging year, but at the same time, a confirmation of the correctness of the chosen path. The children who had studied at “Happy Life” adapted easily abroad, retaining their confidence and communication skills. By the autumn, the team had resumed operations, creating a safe environment and supporting the children through a difficult period.

The next step was the eco-space — a kindergarten and school with its own green grounds, a mini-farm and a living environment where children can not only learn but also restore their emotional balance. Here, education goes beyond the classroom — it becomes part of everyday life.

Today, the project continues to grow: new locations, modern formats, and a personalised approach to every child. In 2025, the network expanded with the opening of a LEGO kindergarten in Lutsk, marking another stage in the development of the educational brand and its geographical reach.

Olena implements neuropsychological practices, creates original programmes and constantly expands her expertise, whilst remaining in dialogue with the world.

This story has it all: experience, the courage to change direction, depth, and a deep love for her work. And, perhaps most importantly, the understanding that true education begins not with textbooks, but with an atmosphere in which a child feels happy.

THE PATH TO HEALTH THROUGH NUTRITION: THE MISSION OF NUTRITIONIST TETIANA KHALANSKA

Tetiana Khalanska is a qualified nutritionist and nutrition consultant. Her professional journey began with personal challenges and a deep dive into the topic of nutrition. Today she is a specialist who helps people change their lifestyle.

In an interview for MILLENIUM CLUB, Tetiana Khalanska spoke about her experience, methodology, and mission.

— Mrs. Tetiana, your professional journey began with a difficult struggle for health. How did this experience become the foundation for creating your own methodology?

— I have always been slim, but later I started to gain weight. Doctors discovered a tumor in my head that affected my hormonal status. They advised me not to obsess over my weight, but to just live. But I couldn’t accept it and started studying nutrition: at first on my own, when I didn’t have the money, later I went through various trainings — from basic to professional.

Thanks to nutrition, I was able to lose weight, improve my test results, and not take hormonal drugs. Doctors confirm that my condition is stable.

I have developed my own approach that shows how nutrition works and what changes occur in the body. But it happens differently for everyone, so it all starts with an individual consultation. After that, I can offer a path to losing weight or improving health, taking into account the person’s request and age. I especially remembered a 70-year-old woman — she showed excellent results.

— You work with clients in a constant support format, effectively being in touch with them 24/7. What is the real value of such interaction?

— I have individual support for clients, usually monthly, and each person chooses how much time they need. Sometimes the collaboration lasts longer. For example, with a cancer patient, it was nine months, with a girl who lost 53 kg, it was eight months. We also worked with her son, who had thyroid problems and the initial manifestations of diabetes, he lost 13 kg. Now I sometimes create small group chats so that women are better aware of the importance of nutrition. I teach them to love themselves, take time for themselves, and take care of themselves. In the modern world, women often forget about themselves, but when they start to value themselves, their nutrition and attitude to life change. Then discipline, regimen, and motivation work together, and the result appears.

— Your nutrition system is not based on prohibitions, but on an individual approach. What are the key principles of your methodology that allow clients to achieve results without disruptions?

— Prohibitions can only be in cases of health problems, when it is necessary to exclude certain products. The most important thing is to understand how the diet is formed, how products are combined, in what quantity and when to use them. Most people simply do not know this, so they eat chaotically and gain weight. When excess weight appears, health problems are often added. I always try to find an approach to a person, to “knock” on her or him.

At the same time, it is important that the person is at least a little ready for change. I always ask: “Are you ready to start?”, because otherwise there will be no result.

— What does the role of a mentor mean to you and what mission do you fulfil by helping people?

— For me, the main thing is to bring a person to the result. I always try to be there, support, move, change habits.

If there is a desire, we change both the body and the attitude towards ourselves. I ask only one thing: to trust and be honest with me, because the more I know about a person, the more effectively I can help. I am constantly in touch with clients, I support them every day. Sometimes it is a lot of messages, but I know how important it is.

— What results of your cared people most inspire you to continue the work?

— I am happy that I can change the lives of women, men and children – externally and internally. There are many of them, they are of different ages, from different countries, with different stories – and each of them is valuable to me. Very often they write to me even after years, thanking me and sharing their changes.

This is more than work - this is my life, and I live it together with my clients. It is sincerely touching, because for me it is truly extremely important.
