From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on March 8 — a celebration of spring, beauty, and inner strength. We live in a time when a woman manages to do it all: to be a professional, a leader, a doctor, a mother, an inspiration to her family, and a pillar of support for society. And at the same time — to remain gentle, wise, and truly graceful. As the Director of the Samarivska Dental Clinic, I see every day how important it is for a woman to feel confident. A smile, a calm gaze, inner harmony — these are not only about appearance, but about a state of mind. And as a депутат, I am convinced that the strength of our country lies in strong, educated, and responsible women who are not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility.

I wish you health — as the foundation of a happy life.

Love — as a source of energy and inspiration.

Support — from your loved ones and like-minded people.

And above all — faith in yourself.

May each of you feel your value, your beauty, and your uniqueness.

May spring live not only on the calendar, but in your heart.

With respect and warmth — a woman who sincerely admires you.

The international magazine MILLENIUM CLUB presents the project “Women Who Inspire”

In every difficult period of history, those who did not break become especially visible. Those who do not simply survive — but create. Work. Support. Shine.

This is how our project “Women Who Inspire” was born.

It is not about loud words or pathos. It is about inner strength. About professionalism shaped over years. About women who build businesses, heal, teach, lead teams, create beauty, support others — and at the same time remain a source of light for those around them.

Today, a Ukrainian woman is not just a role. It is responsibility. It is strategy. It is leadership with a human face.

It is important to me that the pages of our publication become a space of recognition. That the stories of strong, intelligent, talented women are recorded not only on social media, but in the history of today’s professional community.

“Women Who Inspire” is about those who do not wait for better times. They create them.

And I am proud to open this column.

With respect, Liudmyla

— Mrs. Oksana, you work with sound, body, words and subtle sensations. What inner experience helped you combine music and therapy?

— This year, I realised that the body is a musical instrument that needs tuning and rest. My main lesson is to listen to silence even in times of anxiety. I realised that the craniosacral rhythm and musical vibration speak the same language. Medicine and music have become a single philosophy for me, where touch heals just as much as melody. True creativity is impossible without a free body, and therapy is impossible without a calm soul.

— Your professional image combines strength and tenderness. How do you manage to maintain this?

— I am not afraid to be different. In my creative work, I am sensitive and romantic, but in life, I am disciplined and determined. For me, sensitivity is sincerity, and strength is faith. My formula for femininity is gentleness in feelings and steadfastness in goals.

— You are shaping a new generation of artists. Which of your teaching approaches are most effective for students?

— I am not exactly a “classical” teacher. The most important thing is trust. I am sensitive when a child needs inspiration, and demanding when it comes to discipline. We don’t just teach music — we live it. I create original arrangements so that even the youngest students feel like they are part of a large ensemble. Our creative evenings make us a real family.

— Oksana, you are the mother of a unique boy. How do you combine this with creativity and teaching?

— I don’t separate my roles, but live them as a whole. My son is growing up in my creative environment and sees my work from the inside. For me, harmony in the family begins with a fulfilled woman. I want to be an example of hard work, light, strength and making the right choices for him.

— What bold goals are you setting for yourself this year?

— It is time for internal changes. I am delving into spiritual development and strive to share the knowledge that has transformed me. I am planning new musical projects where I will combine sound and sessions. My breakthrough is the moment when a person, after meeting me or my music, finds a connection with their own wisdom. I want to give faith and help people live consciously and with love.

Dearwomen!

I sincerely congratulate you on the holiday of spring, beauty and inner strength.

A woman is not only tenderness and care. She is depth. She is character. She is the light that she brings to her family, her profession, and society. We know how to be different — soft and strong, emotional and wise, quiet and decisive. And in this diversity lies our special strength.

Today, I want to wish each of you to keep your inner voice — the one that leads to real decisions, love and dignity. May there be room in your life for joy, creativity, selfrealisation and inspiration. May there be people around you who support and appreciate you.

Cherish your tenderness, but do not lose your strength. Dream and allow yourself to sound to the fullest – because the world needs feminine warmth, wisdom and beauty.

Withloveandfaith— OlhaBarben

OLHA BARBEN –IS

AN INSPIRING

WOMAN!

HER VOICE CAN WARM HEARTS AND BRING LIGHT WHERE IT IS MOST NEEDED.

Іn the project “A Woman Who Inspires,” we talk about those for whom talent is not just a profession, but an inner mission. Olha BARBEN is exactly that. She is a Ukrainian opera singer for whom the stage has become a space for service and her voice an instrument of light. Her performances are heard at prestigious venues in Ukraine and Europe, but behind each note is not only skill, but also a deep awareness of responsibility — to culture, people, and the country.

Olha does not separate the stage from real life. At a time when the country is going through trials, an artist, in her opinion, cannot remain on the sidelines. If you are heard, you must speak and sing for those who are having the hardest time today. That is why her work sounds especially penetrating: in it there is Ukrainian tenderness and indomitability, inner dignity and strength.

She consciously combines tradition and modernity, convinced that Ukrainian culture can sound relevant without losing its depth. When she takes the stage abroad, Olha always feels that she is representing Ukraine. Every note reflects her roots, character, and worldview.

The years 2024–2025 were marked by significant awards for the singer: the international Queen Anne Order of Honour of the Fatherland, the national public award “For Civic Valour”, and the Ivan Mazepa Order as part of the “Leaders of the 21st Century” programme. But for Olha herself, these awards are not about status or titles. They are about trust. About the recognition that art can be a position and a voice can be a manifestation of civic maturity.

A special event was a chamber charity concert in Kyiv during the blackout. The city was without light and heat, but another light reigned in the hall — the light of humanity, the light of eyes, the silence between notes, the shared breath. That evening, the voice became greater than the music — it turned into a prayer, a gesture of solidarity, warmth that warms even in the darkness.

Olha finds her inner balance in faith, inner silence, and a clear understanding of the meaning of her mission. She is convinced that the voice is a reflection of the soul. When there is light in the heart, it sounds in every phrase, every breath, every pause.

Today, the singer calls on Ukrainians to preserve their dignity, selfconfidence and love for their work. Because it is through honest labour, culture and art that the strength of a nation is formed.

Olha Barben is a woman who inspires. Her voice can warm hearts and bring light where it is so badly needed.

LARISA SCHICKER: STRATEGY OF INTERNAL SUPPORT

In the professional world, there are people whose presence does not require loudness. It is felt in the quality of their work, in the depth of their approach, in the systematic nature of their thinking. This is exactly what Larysa Shyker is like — director of the Kyiv Centre for Positive Psychotherapy “Positum” and representative of the Wiesbaden Academy of Positive Psychotherapy. Her professional career is a combination of international education, many years of psychotherapeutic practice, and strategic management. Larysa Shyker is one of those specialists who work not with superficial symptoms, but with the foundation of personality — with internal resources, developmental conflicts, and growth potential.

Positive psychotherapy, as represented by Mrs. Larysa, is a recognised European method with a clear scientific basis and humanistic philosophy. It is an approach that considers the whole person: their capacity for love, work, balance and responsibility. The focus is not on weakness, but on strength. Not on the problem, but on the opportunity for transformation.

As head of the “Positum” Centre in Kyiv, Larysa Shyker has created a space for professional growth, both for clients and colleagues. The centre has become a hub for high-quality training of specialists and adherence to international standards and ethical principles of work. Here, psychotherapy is not a fashionable trend, but a serious, systematic activity with long-term results.

Today, Larysa works between Kyiv and Copenhagen, integrating Ukrainian professional education into the European context. Her international presence is not only personal development, but also a representation of Ukrainian expertise at a new level. She acts as a bridge between cultures, professional environments and approaches, while maintaining a clear identity and high standards of quality.

Her style is restrained, intellectual, and strategic. She does not build her popularity on loud statements. Her positioning is based on reputation, trust, and results. That is why media presence for her is not about visibility, but about responsibility to the professional community and clients.

In times of global instability, a person’s ability to maintain internal support becomes especially valuable. The approach that Larysa develops teaches exactly this – to find a balance between achievements and relationships, between ambitions and self-care, between personal development and social responsibility.

Mrs. Larysa is an example of a new generation leader: intellectual, internationally oriented, deeply ethical. Her activities form a culture of psychological maturity and professional consistency, which today is an important component of the development of Ukrainian society.

This is a story not only about a personal path. This is a story about quality, standards and responsibility that determine the future of psychotherapy in Ukraine and its confident sound in the European space.

Dearwomen!

I congratulate you on the holiday of femininity, strength and inner dignity. Today, I want to talk not only about beauty or tenderness — I want to talk about your inner strength, that quiet but powerful force that helps you get through difficult times, support your loved ones, grow and remain true to yourself.

I sincerely wish each of you to stay in touch with yourselves — with your feelings, values, and dreams. Allow yourselves to grow. Allow yourselves to be happy. Allow yourselves to be supported.

May your lives be filled with more awareness, warmth, mutual understanding, and inner balance. May love — for yourselves and for the world — become a source of strength.

We sincerely thank you, Mrs. Larysa, for your trust, openness, and high professional standards. It is an honour for us to present an expert who combines international-level training, managerial maturity, and deep commitment to the method of positive psychotherapy. We wish you further international recognition, professional development, new educational projects and grateful clients. May your work continue to shape strong, mature and conscious people, and may your personal journey be filled with harmony, balance and inspiration.

Her sunflowers have long become a recognisable symbol not only of creativity, but also of the invincibility of Ukraine. In each painting there is depth, light and power born of love. Her works speak without translation. They are understood in Texas, New York, Miami or San Francisco – because the language of the heart is universal.

The last four years have been a turning point for Lana. Moving to the United States opened a new stage of international recognition. Her works have been presented at prestigious art platforms, including Art Basel, Art Palm Beach, and Art San Francisco.

These events bring together thousands of art lovers, collectors, and gallery owners. And in this global context, there is a Ukrainian voice, a Ukrainian symbol, a Ukrainian woman.

Her art is not just painting. It is a position.

LANA KAUFMAN: THE WOMAN WHO SPEAKS TO THE WORLD IN THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE

There are artists who create paintings. And there are those who touch the soul through art. Lana KAUFMAN is a Ukrainian artist whose works unite continents. Through the beauty, depth and light of her paintings, she brings the voice of Ukraine and the power of love to the world. Lana is a woman who inspires!

The full-scale war changed her inner world forever. The pain that cannot be put into words was transformed into the depth of colour, the tension of the brushstroke, the light breaking through the darkness.

Today, Lana’s paintings are a message of hope, freedom and love that is stronger than fear.

Charity work occupies a special place in her activities. The artist’s works regularly

participate in auctions, and the proceeds go to help Ukrainians affected by the war. Her work not only appeals to the emotions — it provides real support.

Despite international recognition, Lana remains a woman for whom family is the most important value. She is a happy mother of four children who have adapted to their new life, are discovering the world, and are involved in sports and the arts. It is particularly symbolic that her daughter is already taking her first creative steps – a love of art is passed down as a legacy of strength.

Lana Kaufman is inspired by Ukraine – its nature, traditions, and people who are fighting for the future. She says:

“Ourstrengthisinlove.Ourvoicein theworldisimportant.Andweare capableofinspiringothers.”

This is how we see her – a woman of light, depth and talent. A woman whose mission is to spread beauty. A woman who unites continents through art.

And that is true inspiration.

Her professional journey is a testament to consistency and courage. She is not afraid of new markets, new challenges, or new horizons. Yet behind strict legal formulations stands a woman with a refined sense of life. She appreciates beauty, honors tradition, and embraces every celebration with warmth and sincerity. For her, both the universal meaning of femininity and the special significance of Ukrainian Women’s Day resonate deeply — a celebration that carries particular strength in today’s realities.

Ms. Irina is among those women who never stop. She continues to grow, supports initiatives, participates in new projects, and remains open to forward movement. Her participation in the project “Women Who Inspire” is a natural continuation of her life philosophy.

She exemplifies how professional strength, femininity, and inner dignity can coexist harmoniously. Irina is a true embodiment of the modern woman — intelligent, beautiful, strong, and exceptionally luminous. She proves

INATALIIA ROIANOVA-KATSAN

WOMAN WHO INSPIRES

n challenging times, the women who do not lose their inner light become especially visible. Those who do not simply work, but create beauty, meaning, and support. The project “Woman Who Inspires” is about such women. It is about character that does not break. About professionalism refined over years. About the ability to remain faithful to one’s calling regardless of circumstances. Nataliia RoianovaKatsan is a woman who, through the art of jewelry, speaks about value, strength, and every woman’s right to give herself joy. And in this lies her unique inspiration. The project “Woman Who Inspires” is always about depth. About a character that does not bend. About an inner light that does not fade even in the darkest periods. Nataliia RoianovaKatsan is exactly that kind of woman.

Her journey in jewelry art began more than twenty years ago — without loud declarations, but with great faith in herself and love for her craft. Step by step, through persistence and daily dedication, she built her own brand, Jewelry Royans, which today is associated with sophistication, impeccable quality, and a distinctive feminine energy.

Her jewelry is not merely gold and precious stones. It is emotion captured in metal. It is a delicate sense of line, light, and mood. Nataliia finds inspiration in simple things — in the sky, in flowers, in fleeting moments others might overlook. That is why her creations always feel alive — they carry character, atmosphere, and meaning.

She believes that jewelry is not about status. It is about state of being. About the moment when a woman chooses herself. When, despite fatigue, worries, or external circumstances, she allows herself joy — small, yet profoundly important. Because it is from such moments that inner strength is formed.

Ms. Nataliia continually evolves, perfects her mastery, and embraces new technologies, while remaining a true team player. It is important to her that everyone who works alongside her

feels their significance. She does not claim success as her own — she shares it.

A separate chapter of her life is devoted to volunteer work. In the most difficult time for the country, she did not stop — on the contrary, she expanded her efforts. Supporting defenders, participating in charitable initiatives, creating symbolic pieces with deep meaning — all of this became a continuation of her inner position: if you can create beauty, you are capable of creating support as well. The events of recent years have been a test for every Ukrainian. Yet Nataliia has remained true to herself, her calling, and her country.

In her choice there is calm confidence and the responsibility of a mature woman who understands that her work matters. And most importantly, what she wishes to say to each of us today: despite everything, we must give ourselves pleasant emotions. Do not postpone joy. Do not cancel beauty. Do not wait for a “better time” to allow yourself to shine.

Because after every winter, spring inevitably comes.

And a woman who remembers her worth and allows herself to be happy inspires the entire world around her.

Her journey began with a desire to support women in the most delicate moments of their lives. As the owner of a hair extension studio, Yuliia does more than restore external beauty — she restores confidence, strength and selfbelief. The studio provides free assistance to women after chemotherapy, creating a symbol of rebirth that goes far beyond appearance.

YULIIA KUSHNIR: THE COURAGE TO BE YOURSELF

There are women whose every step in life feels like a quiet but unwavering leap forward. They do not wait for rewards or external recognition — they create change with their own hands and hearts. Yuliia KUSHNIR is one such woman. She knows the value of inner strength and knows how to turn difficulties into power. Her story is one of courage in following her dreams, faith in other women, and the ability to give them a new beginning.

For Yuliia, beauty is an inner state, awareness, and the courage to live life to the fullest. Through the project “The Art of Being a Woman,” she helps others find their own pace, accept themselves, and realise their potential, which often remains hidden behind everyday worries. Every meeting with Yuliia is a deep conversation that inspires people to move forward and create real change.

Alongside her professional activities, she is building a family and a home. Together with her husband, she has spent years bringing her vision of their space to life, investing warmth, love, and shared dreams into it. Her daughter is part of this harmony, and her family is her support and source of inspiration.

Yuliia is convinced that fear is not an obstacle, but a signal to act. She does not wait for the ‘perfect moment,’ but creates her own season and helps others do the same. Her work brings real change to the lives of women who are ready to open themselves up to new experiences.

And the main thing she wants to convey is that regardless of the difficulties, it is important to find moments of joy, to give yourself beauty and to feel your own strength –because a woman who knows her worth and allows herself to shine inspires the whole world around her.

YANA RADOKHLIEB: SCALE BORN NOT FROM

GEOGRAPHY, BUT FROM MINDSET

Yana Radokhlieb is a PR specialist of the new generation, entrepreneur, and founder of an SMM agency and a marketing academy, Yana has already gained more than nine years of practical experience in communications at just 25 years old. She began her professional journey at the age of 16 and has since been systematically building brands, reputations, and recognition for both Ukrainian and international clients. With a professional education in PR, advertising, and journalism, Yana studied and worked in Kyiv, but consciously chose to move to Shostka in the Sumy region. Her position is principled: scale is not defined by the capital city — it is defined by mindset. She stands for a systematic approach to communication, strong personal brands, and a deep sense of responsibility toward her region.

PR AS STRATEGY, NOT JUST CONTENT

For Yana, PR is not a set of posts or beautiful photos. It is an architecture of trust. She works with entrepreneurs, experts, and businesses, helping them become recognizable, confident, and systematic in their communication. Among her partners are the largest media group in the Sumy region, Pivnich Media, the leading regional construction company Ukrainian Northern Construction Company, the national beauty competition Ms WorldUA, as well as Ukrainian and international clients, including entrepreneurs in the real estate and beauty industries in Dubai.

Her approach is strategic. She does not create informational noise — she builds positioning.

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AS A PERSONAL CHOICE

Her conscious decision to live and grow professionally in a border city is more than geography. It is a civic stance. Together with the “Pivnich Media” team, Yana contributes to youth initiatives such as “Coffee with Successful People of Sumy Region” — a platform for live dialogue between young people and regional leaders. For her, it is important not only to realize her own ambitions but also to create growth points for others. She believes that great opportunities are born where there is courage to act.

MENTORSHIP AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

Yana founded a marketing academy where she educates future SMM specialists and helps entrepreneurs manage their social media professionally. For her, business is not only about profit — it is an ecosystem. She creates an environment where specialists can grow, receive support, and confidently start their careers.

CREATIVITY AS DEPTH

Another dimension of her life is poetry. Yana is the author of two collections and is currently working on a third. Her texts explore femininity, choice, love, strength, and inner silence. Perhaps it is creativity that gives her professional activity a particular depth. She feels the power of words — both in poetry and in brand communication.

A WOMAN WHO DOES NOT CHOOSE “OR”

Yana is a family-oriented person. Home, loved ones, and sincere quiet evenings matter deeply to her. And at the same time — масштабні projects, international clients, regional development, mentorship, creativity. She does not choose between family and career. Between business and poetry. Between region and international level. She integrates. Her mission is to show that it is possible to work with national and international projects while remaining in a small city. It is possible to build a strong brand without abandoning your roots. It is possible to create scale — wherever you are.

The editorial team sincerely wishes Yana Radokhlieb continued strategic growth, international projects, and even greater influence on regional development. May your professional systematic approach be combined with creative depth, and may each new project reaffirm: scale is not about the map — it is about mindset. You are an example of young leadership that inspires.

LILIIA STADNIK — UKRAINIAN ARTIST WHO UNITES THROUGH ART

Мy path is a staircase that I draw myself. Each step is a new experience, a new challenge, a new choice,” says Liliia STADNIK, describing her creative and life path.

These words accurately reflect her life philosophy: every step in life and art is a conscious choice and at the same time a chance to create something new.

Liliia Stadnik is an artist from Kherson, president of the “Integration Through Art” Foundation and winner of the Polish “Personality of the Year 2025” award in the field of culture. She is the founder of Studio sztuki Liliia Stadnik and the online gallery “Stoliarka”. Her activities combine artistic practice, social and educational initiatives, and art therapy creating a space where art not only inspires, but also supports and heals.

With the outbreak of full-scale war, Liliia was forced to leave her native Kherson with her mother and daughter. “Everything happened as if in a fog: I constantly read the Lord’s Prayer and knew for sure that I would succeed,” she recalls her terrifying and at the same time hopeful departure from the occupied Kherson region.

Liliia settled in Warsaw, but her heart still remains in Kherson. She lost her home, a summer cottage in the village of Kardashynka, friends, and a part of herself. “But this war hardened me. It gave me a new understanding: you can’t be silent, you can’t stop. Everyone has their own front. My front is to help children, support the mental health of young people, and be useful,” Liliia shares.

In Poland, the artist actively promotes Ukrainian culture: she conducts classes for children, workshops, art therapy, and supports volunteers. Her systematic work and numerous initiatives have attracted the attention of the international community. Liliia was officially included in the list of candidates for the title of “Person of the Year 2025” by the decision of the editorial board of the Polish metropolis of Warsaw and won. The nomination recognised her for her significant contribution to the development of culture and social integration through art, the implementation of projects that unite people of different nationalities, generations, and social backgrounds, as well as for numerous exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events, in which hundreds of participants took part.

Today I want to congratulate each of you – strong, gentle, indestructible – everyone who creates their own path every day, even if sometimes they have to draw it from scratch.

May this spring bring you inner peace, selfconfidence and new opportunities. May your life have space for dreams, creativity and joy. May your heart remain open and your soul – brave.

Remember: you are a source of warmth. You are strength. You are inspiration.

Mrs. Liliia is convinced: art is not just creativity. It is the language of the heart, a space for meeting, a tool for uniting people of different generations and cultures. It is a place where trust is born, and fear and insecurity are transformed into inner light. As the founder of the “Integration Through Art” Foundation and Studio sztuki Liliia Stadnik, Liliia creates spaces of openness, empathy and creative freedom. Her artistic and educational projects help children, youth and adults find peace, strength and a sense of self-worth. During master classes, the artist not only teaches techniques – she inspires to boldly express oneself and turn chaos into creativity.

“I’m not just going up. I’m creating my own path. And this story is just the beginning,” Liliia adds, emphasizing that her path is the path of a woman who has not broken.

Through her work, Liliia proves that art can heal, unite, and inspire. The power of her creativity changes the lives of communities for the better, and the support she provides becomes accessible to everyone. Each of her projects, each lesson, and master class is another step on the ladder that she draws herself: bright, vibrant, and bold.

SVITLANA LUZINA

IS A PSYCHOLOGIST WHO HELPS PEOPLE OVERCOME THEIR INNER BARRIERS AND OPEN THE DOOR TO A NEW LIFE

don’t teach people how to live, and I don’t have a magic pill. But I can stand beside someone when the pain feels unbearable and offer tools that help them rediscover support within themselves,” says Svitlana Luzina.

Svitlana holds a Master’s degree in Practical Psychology, is a Gestalt therapist, and a member of the Ukrainian Psychological Association. She works with traumatic experiences, PTSD, grief, and life crises, supporting adults, children, adolescents, and families. Since the beginning of the fullscale invasion, her practice has grown deeper, as the need for psychological support has become more urgent and acute.

A significant chapter in her professional journey is the social project “Vidrodzheni” (“Reborn”) on the TV channel Dim. This documentary psychological program focuses on internally displaced women who are forced to start their lives from scratch. Without complex terminology or a didactic tone, it offers an honest, living dialogue about fear, pain, exhaustion, confusion, and the search for inner stability.

The project does more than tell stories — it reveals the process of psychological work itself. When a woman loses her home, her familiar life, and her social ties, she often freezes. Fear, guilt, shame, the feeling of “I am no longer the same,” and doubts about her own worth arise. It is precisely at this point — where anxiety is overwhelming and inner support seems almost absent — that Svitlana’s work begins.

On screen, she creates a space of profound trust. The heroines confide in her things they have kept silent about for years. In the safe

presence of the host and psychologist, they dare to face their “tigers” — fears, pain, and hidden experiences — and to articulate what has long remained unspoken.

In each episode, the transformation becomes visible: first tension, uncertainty, inner chaos. Then awareness, a shift in focus, and a concrete step forward. A small action that sets profound change in motion.

The heroines come with different kinds of pain. Svitlana struggled with her sense of self-worth after relocation; Olha postponed decisions for years out of fear of making a mistake; Liudmyla lived between despair and hope while waiting for her son to return from captivity; Olena from Bakhmut endured a deep personal crisis; Larysa could not accept a new city and lost her inner grounding; Dasha tried to believe in herself while starting over; Yuliia, after the death of her beloved husband, was merely existing. Their stories differ, yet their question is the same — how to feel solid ground

beneath their feet again.

Svitlana’s key role is not to give advice or ready-made solutions. She creates situations in which the heroines can look at their own lives from a new perspective and see that there is a way forward. They begin to recognize their inner resources — where before they saw only loss.

Svitlana does not demand strength from the women. She helps them allow themselves to be alive — with fear, pain, and doubt — and still keep moving forward.

At the heart of each episode unfolds not only a personal drama, but a journey of inner transformation: from the loss of home, meaning, and self-belief to gradual restoration.

In this project, Svitlana Luzina is neither a judge nor a mentor. She is a professional — and a human being standing beside another. And often, that is enough for a person to dare to move again. Step by step.

Svitlana Luzina — a woman who inspires.

KARYNA TSKHOVREBOVA: HIGH STANDARDS OF BEAUTY WITHOUT COMPROMISE

There are women who do not simply work in the beauty industry — they shape its standards.

Karyna Tskhovrebova is exactly such a professional. Her career path has taken her through Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and the United States, and today her name confidently resonates in Miami as a symbol of a systematic approach, safety, and impeccable results.

In the section “Women Who Inspire”, we highlight those who are not afraid to start from a blank page. Karina is an example of transformation, strength of character, and continuous development. She is not about “good enough.” She is about high standards.

PROFESSIONALISM WITHOUT BORDERS

Karyna Tskhovrebova is a licensed aesthetic specialist in the United States, Facial Specialist and Licensed Electrologist, permanent makeup artist, international trainer, and official judge of the International Beauty Judging Academy in the PMU sector.

She is the winner of the International Beauty Awards XXV, a prizewinner of professional championships, and the holder of numerous industry awards.

Her professional education and practice were shaped in three countries:

• Ukraine — fundamental and advanced training in cosmetology

• Czech Republic — European standards of aesthetic medicine

• United States — licensed practice and modern aesthetic medical technologies

A separate chapter of her career took place in Prague, where Karyna worked not only as a cosmetologist but also as a trainer, educating future cosmetologists and permanent makeup artists.

Today she combines her private practice with work at a Medical Spa in Miami, applying modern aesthetic medicine technologies and individualized skincare programs.

CONSULTATION BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION

Karyna’s approach is not about standardized procedures. The first consultation begins not with creams, but with a dialogue:

• what concerns the client;

• what result the client expects;

• what skincare experience the client has had before.

After a detailed analysis of the skin type, sensitivity, and condition, a realistic plan is created: a course of procedures combined with well-structured home care without unnecessary products.

Her principle is technique, safety, precision, and predictable results.

EXPERTISE IN WORKING WITH DIFFERENT SKIN TYPES

Working in Miami with an international clientele, Karyna regularly treats a wide range of skin types, including darker and highly pigmented skin, which differs significantly from European skin types.

For this reason, she has developed her own treatment protocols for darker skin, taking into account its density, reaction to procedures, and recovery characteristics.

This experience allows her to achieve safe, stable, and natural results, which are essential in modern aesthetic practice.

TECHNOLOGIES OF MODERN AESTHETIC MEDICINE

In her work, Karyna applies procedures whose effectiveness is supported by modern cosmetology and aesthetic medicine:

• RF lifting — stimulation of collagen production and improvement of skin structure

• SMAS lifting — deep rejuvenation without surgical intervention

• Microneedling — activation of natural skin regeneration processes

• PRP therapy — skin rejuvenation using platelet-rich plasma

• personalized skin improvement programs

Her approach combines medical technologies, precise skin diagnostics, and individualized treatment strategies.

Karyna does not chase temporary trends. She chooses consistency. Her professional principle is CONSTANCY — consistency as a strategy for long-term results.

A NEW CHAPTER. A NEW STATUS. A NEW DEPTH

After the events of recent years, Karyna made the decision to begin a new stage — both personally and professionally. Re-evaluation, analysis, and a clear development strategy.

LadyKStudio LLC is a Ukrainian-owned certified business in the United States (Ukrainian Owned Certified 2025/2026) that is confidently developing in Miami and Sunny Isles.

Her client base is built on trust, recommendations, and visible results — the most convincing indicators of true expertise.

PLANS FOR 2026

Her professional focus includes:

• expanding educational programs for cosmetologists and PMU artists

• conducting international masterclasses

• participating in professional judging panels and championships

• scaling the LadyKStudio brand in the United States

• introducing new hardware-based techniques with proven clinical effectiveness

Karyna confidently builds a future where the Ukrainian professional school of aesthetic cosmetology is recognized on the international stage.

A WOMAN WHO INSPIRES

Karyna Tskhovrebova inspires not only through the results of her procedures. She inspires by example — showing how one can move across countries, transform professionally, rethink life, and reach a new level.

Her philosophy is simple yet profound:

Radiant skin is a reflection of inner light.

And it is this light that she helps every woman discover — with respect, professionalism, and a deep love for her craft.

KUBRAK:

STEPS THAT CHANGE THE WORLD

TDear women!

May this day remind you that your courage, patience, and belief in yourself can change the world around you. Allow yourself to dream, support others, and find beauty in every moment of life. Your every step is an inspiration to those around you.

Happy holiday to you!

here are artists of change and quiet leaders — Nadiia KUBRAK combines both worlds. Her steps set the direction for business, science and people, and her dedication to Ukraine and desire to inspire others make her an example of what it means to be a woman who inspires.

Her path in economics began at the S.Z. Gzhytskii Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology, where Nadiia fell in love with science and discovered practical tools for change. Together with like-minded people, she stood at the origins of the Faculty of Economics, which later grew into the Faculty of Management, Business and Public Administration. For Nadiia, scientific and educational activities have always been not an end in themselves, but a path to real results in business and society.

Today, she advises small and mediumsized businesses, helps entrepreneurs develop marketing and increase competitiveness. Each of her consultations is not just advice, but a life-changing strategy, inspiring them to move forward and make important decisions.

When the full-scale invasion began, Nadiia received an offer to work at a leading college in London, but she stayed in Ukraine. Her heart and strength of spirit remained in her native land. She actively

positions the country on the international stage, donates books about Ukrainian culture and heritage to libraries in the UK, and tells the world the truth about our country.

Nadiia is convinced that the true strength of a woman is not only knowledge, but also faith in herself and devotion to her own principles. She proves that you can inspire others, create change, and remain true to your values.

TETIANA

KONYK:

May the soft power, the wisdom of choice, and the light you bring into this world always live in your heart. You are the ones who change the future with your presence.

WHEN THE TOUCH OF AWARENESS CHANGES DESTINIES

There are women whose presence resembles a light that appears not suddenly, but gently — as if it had been waiting for its time for a long time. Tetiana KONYK is exactly that. She creates a space in which people meet their inner strength again, find support and begin to see life more comprehensively. There are no random steps in her work — each of them is about depth, meaning and responsibility.

Tetiana is a Reiki master, genealogist, crisis psychologist and founder of the Centre for Spiritual Development «Angel of the Universe». Her work is a synthesis of structurality and subtle practices, psychological accuracy and spiritual wisdom. She has created an environment where transformation is not promised — it happens. Not loudly, not dramatically, but naturally — through awareness.

Under her guidance, a generation of specialists is being formed who work not only with techniques, but also with a new quality of thinking. Working with generic scenarios

becomes a path to healing for many, and crisis psychology is support in moments when the world seems too difficult. In these processes, Tetiana is an attentive guide who gives people not ready-made answers, but internal tools.

Today, the Angel of the Universe Centre is more than a learning space. It is a community, a place of strength, where new professions and new roles are born; where women and men learn to live not from a position of fear, but from a position of maturity and inner light.

The title of “Woman of the Year 2025” was not just a distinction for Tetiana, but a confirmation of her social impact. After all, her work is about the future: whole families, conscious decisions, a new culture of personal development.

Her philosophy is to believe in people. Her strategy is to discover potential. Her mission is to create an environment in which strength becomes the norm.

And this is how destinies change – quietly, deeply, and forever.

IALLIANA YELYESINA

BEAUTY WITHOUT HURRY: A STYLE BORN FROM INNER FREEDOM

n a world of quick decisions and instant results, Alliana Yelyesina speaks of something different — of silence, depth, and inner maturity. Her philosophy of “beauty without hurry” emerged from personal experience, reflection, and life in Canada — a country where respect for personal boundaries fosters a new quality of female freedom.

Today, her name resonates internationally, her work appears in global publications, and in Canada, she creates Alliana — an art space where beauty, creativity, and female freedom exist not as an idea, but as an atmosphere. In this conversation, she talks about maturity, style, and the new face of Ukrainian femininity.

— Mrs. Alliana, we are delighted to welcome you again to the pages of our magazine. Your reflections on beauty always go beyond the surface. What does “beauty without hurry” mean to you?

For me, beauty without hurry is the moment a woman stops chasing the world — and finally returns to herself.

It is an elegance that requires no proof. It speaks softly, yet stays unforgettable. True beauty is not born from tension, but from inner light. It lives in presence, in calm confidence, in the freedom to be oneself — without apology, without roles, without performance.

The greatest luxury is not youth. The greatest luxury is inner freedom.

— How has Canada shaped your sense of freedom?

Canada became a space of balance and respect for me. Here, I discovered that female independence is not a rebellion — it is a natural state.

I remember a winter morning in Ottawa: silence, snow, and the feeling that life no longer demanded constant rushing.

It was here that I learned to hold softness and strength at the same time — building my path slowly, yet with deep certainty in every step.

— How does experience create true elegance?

Maturity transforms style. Over time, you stop trying to match trends — and begin to match yourself.

Elegance is not fashion. It is inner clarity. It is when your image becomes an extension of your story.

As a child, I looked at magazine covers as windows into another world. I began dreaming at five years old.

And when, at forty-five, you hold a magazine with your own face on the cover for the first time, you realize: this is not coincidence.

It is a forty-year journey — of belief, discipline, doubt, growth, and the

courage to keep walking toward your dream.

It proves that beauty has no age, and that a true dream always finds its time.

— How do you maintain balance in a fast-moving world?

The modern world demands that we stay constantly “on.” But I believe feminine power lives in rhythm, not in exhaustion.

Balance, for me, is silence, the body, creativity, and honesty with oneself.

Sometimes the most powerful movement forward is a pause — the kind that brings you back home.

I, too, lived in survival mode. Until I understood: rushing does not create life. Presence does.

— What would you say to women searching for style and freedom?

I would say: your style does not begin in your wardrobe. It begins with the inner permission to live in your truth.

Today, together with my team, I have the honour of seeing my work published internationally — with Harper’s Bazaar becoming one of those symbols that once felt impossible.

And now, in Canada, I am creating Alliana — an art space where beauty, creativity, and female freedom exist not as an idea, but as an atmosphere. A place where women can remember themselves.

Ukrainian women carry tenderness and strength in a single breath.

And perhaps this is the new face of Ukraine: not only resilience, but radiance. not only survival, but creation. not only endurance, but freedom.

To be yourself — without hurry — is the highest form of elegance.

SOFIA GAPON FROM

UKRAINIAN IDENTITY TO THE INTERNATIONAL FASHION SCENE: THE CINEMATOGRAPHIC LANGUAGE

OF FEMALE POWER

Sofia Gapon’s creativity is born at the intersection of cultures and inner meanings. Moving to Canada was not only a geographical change for her, but also a profound rethinking of herself as an artist. It was there that her Ukrainian identity became her main strength — the foundation of a visual language that is now heard on the international fashion scene. Her works are published in global publications and appear on billboards in New York, but at the heart of each story is a woman, her depth and inner beauty.

— Mrs. Sofia, welcome to our magazine. Your creative path is a subtle blend of Ukrainian identity and international fashion aesthetics. Please tell us how your Ukrainian roots shaped your signature style and became the basis for projects that are now successfully implemented in Canada.

— Ukrainian identity is the foundation of my creativity. Moving to Canada because of the war was a challenge and a point of rethinking myself in a new country.

This inner search gave rise to the project “Ukrainians Across the Ocean” in the province of Manitoba, in Selo Ukraina — a place where the history of the first Ukrainian emigrants is preserved. Together with representatives of the diaspora, I created a series of photographs and realised that Ukrainian identity lives beyond time and borders.

It was then that my visual language and the cinematic nature of my work took shape.

— Moving and entering a new market is always a serious challenge for an artist. What were your first steps in Canada as a fashion photographer, and what helped you make a name for yourself in the

professional community?

— My first steps in Canada were made possible by Ukrainian women for whom I created aesthetic photoshoots. Their trust allowed me to make my mark in a new professional environment. Later, in Ottawa, I launched my signature project, “Goddess — You as Art” — a space where a woman can explore and express different facets of her femininity through the imagery of the four elements: fire, water, air, and earth. More than a photoshoot, it is a creative ritual through which a woman reveals her natural essence and inner strength.

— Your Canadian projects are distinguished by their visual restraint and depth of imagery. How do you find a balance between the demands of the commercial fashion industry and preserving your own signature style?

— In commercial shoots, I look for the moment when fashion turns into a visual story. Even when working within clear requirements, I strive to ensure that the image conveys emotion and has a meaningful dimension. It is in this balance that my signature style is born — a combination of fashion aesthetics, visual depth and emotional expressiveness.

— The global fashion scene increasingly

values authenticity. How do you integrate Ukrainian cultural sensitivity into international projects without losing its true essence?

— Together with talented Ukrainian women in Canada, we have formed a team to implement international initiatives. Our Ukrainian beauty, strength, and determination preserve the authenticity of each creative story.

As a result, our work is published in Harper’s Bazaar, appears on billboards in New York City and in other international media.

— Looking ahead, how do you see your future path in an international context? And what role do you think Ukrainian artists play today in shaping global visual culture?

— My path lies in creating conceptual fashion with a social and emotional dimension that unlocks women’s inner potential and represents Ukraine’s voice on the international stage. Today, Ukrainian artists are actively shaping global visual culture, bringing authenticity, artistic boldness and depth to it. I feel responsible and proud to be able to contribute to this movement.

— Online notary services are rapidly gaining popularity in Ukraine. What prompted you to introduce this format into your own practice, and what do you see as its strategic value for the development of the notarial sector?

— The impetus was the life and needs of clients in different countries. Online notary allows you to get the service quickly, legally and without geographical restrictions. In the USA, this format is fully regulated and integrated into the legal system. Its strategic value is accessibility, preservation of legal ties and protection of family and business interests.

— In the notary profession, trust is the fundamental basis for interaction with clients. What are the specifics of building this trust in a remote work format, and what tools are used to ensure it?

— Trust is built on clear procedures: ID verification, KBA control questions, video recording, and electronic journal keeping. This creates an additional level of security. Communication, attentiveness, and professional responsibility on the part of the notary are also important in ensuring client confidence.

— Digital services significantly expand opportunities for citizens, especially those who are abroad. What advantages of online notary services do you consider most significant for clients in the current circumstances?

NOTARY SERVICES: COMBINING TRADITION AND TECHNOLOGY

The digitisation of law opens up new opportunities for citizens. Online notary services ensure accessibility and high professional standards.

Nadiia HRYB is a licensed notary in the state of Florida (USA) and a Remote Online Notary, combining international experience with modern technology.

— Mobility, time savings, and availability of services regardless of location. For Ukrainians abroad, this is an opportunity to issue powers of attorney and other documents, protect family and business without additional logistical difficulties.

— The profession of a notary involves not only legal accuracy, but also a subtle understanding of a person’s life circumstances. What is your personal philosophy of work manifested in online interaction with clients?

— Technology is no substitute for humanity. Every document is a responsibility and part of the client’s life story. The combination of accuracy, ethics, and empathy gives the client a sense of support even in a remote format.

— The legal field is currently being actively transformed by technology. What, in your opinion, will determine the further development of online notary in Ukraine and its role in shaping a new legal culture?

— Legislative changes, the development of digital infrastructure, and the willingness of notaries to work with new tools will be decisive. The combination of ethics and technology will shape a culture of trust and responsibility.

— The remote format opens up new horizons, while requiring additional responsibility. What are the main challenges of online notary practice and what makes them points of professional growth?

— The challenges are associated with high requirements for security and accuracy. Each remote session requires attention and control. It is these requirements that shape professional growth and the ability to provide the client with the maximum level of protection.

The editorial team of the Millennium Club sincerely thanks Mrs. Nadiia for participating in the project and providing meaningful answers. We wish her further professional success and the development of innovative practice.

HOW MOTIVATION IS BORN OLENA BUTKEVYCH:

In a world where everyone is looking for support, faith and inner strength, there are people who know how to lift spirits, inspire and say just the right words at the right time to bring someone back to life. One such person is Olena BUTKEVYCH, author of unique personalised motivational messages and greetings that touch the deepest strings of the soul. Her path has not been easy, but thanks to her perseverance, hard work and unwavering faith, she has realised her dream — and today she helps others to realise theirs.

A dream is such a small word... But everyone has one, and everyone has their own.

Mine came true...

But to achieve this, I went through criticism, condemnation, failures... I never gave up. I knew that victory would be mine!

One day, I created individual motivations. What are they, you ask?

They are positive incentives to take action, support that inspires and gives strength.

In a world where there is so much negativity, I bring goodness. I help everyone believe in their own strength. I believe that all desires come true. You just have to be able to wait — everything has its time.

The hardest part is always before victory.

But it is these trials that shape resilience and character. Through thorns to the stars, through thorns to glory. This phrase should be engraved in your subconscious and accompany you through life with your head held high.

People often tell me that I have found exactly the motivation that they need right now.

It is extremely nice to hear.

My motivational messages lift people’s spirits; they are special — no one else creates anything like them.

I also prepare greetings. It is so nice to be part of someone’s celebration, to share the best moments of life, to become someone’s emotion, memory. To share energy and remain in people’s memories...

I did it — and you can too. According to your faith – it will be given to you!

— Anna, we are glad to welcome you to the pages of Millenium Club. How did your inner journey begin?

THE PATH OF JOY THROUGHOUT LIFE ANNA SVITLOVA:

There are stories that sound like a confession and at the same time a manifesto of service. Anna Svitlova — the founder of the School of Joy, a spiritual mentor and cocreator of the Vilnius book space «ZODIAKAS» — has been exploring the nature of human nature and the possibilities of human consciousness for over forty years. Her path lies through medicine, solitude, Eastern practices and the creation of her own development centres. At its core is the experience of love, gained in childhood, and a deep faith in the power of the human spirit.

emotions of animals, and knew that nature could hear humans. My other grandmother, a chemistry and biology teacher, instilled in me a love of science. From an early age, I combined sensitivity with a thirst for knowledge.

— Your biography includes a period of living alone in the forest. What do you remember most about that time?

— It was two years of silence and deep reflection. I lived in a trailer in the woods, worked as a security guard, and read a lot. Living alone helped me find inner strength and clarity. Nature became my teacher and a space for inner purification.

— You studied medicine, but chose a different path. What was the turning point?

— During my studies, I realised that conventional medicine often works with organs rather than with the whole person. My search led me to Eastern traditions. The works of the Roerich family had a great influence on me. Later, I studied a course in mental self-regulation at the First Medical Institute of Leningrad under the department of Academician Fiodor Uglov. This became the foundation for my future activities and professional development.

— You call the birth of your son a miracle. What is his special role in your story?

— After many years of being diagnosed with infertility, the arrival of my son was a blessing. Motherhood changed my outlook on life and taught me to trust life even more deeply. While I was teaching him, he was teaching me. This experience became a new stage of maturity and awareness of responsibility.

— The ZODIAKAS bookstore in Vilnius has a reputation as a special place. What is its atmosphere like?

— It is a meeting place for like-minded people. Over ten thousand titles, a living handwritten guest book, warm conversations around a round oak table. Even the writer Max Fry mentioned it in his “Tales of Old Vilnius.” For me, this confirms that the place is filled with soul and sincere creative energy.

— Is the “CheloVeka” Centre in Kholodnii Yar a continuation of this path?

— Yes. This is the land of my ancestors, a place of power. This is where the School of Joy was born — in memory of my grandmother and mother, who passed on to me a sense of bright joy even at the moment of parting. My mission is to share this light and remind people that they are capable of writing their own life script, based on love and awareness.

The editorial team sincerely thanks Anna Svitlova for her depth, openness, and inspiration. We wish her further achievements, new projects, and grateful

hearts on her path of service.

AESTHETICS OF THE FUTURE: UKRAINIAN WOMEN AFTER VICTORY

In the modern world of Ukrainian beauty, Olena ZHYVELIUK embodies an intelligent approach, depth and impeccable taste. Her professional philosophy is not about external effects, but about a woman’s state of mind, her inner strength and conscious dignity. She is shaping a new culture in which beauty becomes an extension of character and care is a manifestation of selfrespect. Today’s conversation is about the aesthetics of the future and the image that is emerging along with a new page in the country’s history.

change. They strive to look natural, refined, and in tune with their inner selves. Luxury is no longer about ostentation — it’s about quality. Clear skin, well-groomed hair, and a thoughtful style — this is minimalism that sounds prestigious.

I consider it my mission to shape precisely this aesthetic — profound, intelligent, and prestigious.

Beauty that does not compete. Beauty that emphasises dignity. Beauty that has meaning.

In my work, I am shaping a new culture of care — intelligent, delicate and meaningful. For me, beauty is not a transformation beyond recognition, but the art of emphasising individuality while preserving dignity and character. This is how I see the aesthetics of the future — as a harmony of strength, femininity and the conscious choice to be yourself.

— Appearance is linked to emotional state. What is crucial in restoring confidence after overcoming challenges?

— Confidence does not come from a procedure, but it can be a starting point for renewal. By investing in herself, a woman regains control over her own story. It is important that the changes

emphasise character rather than erase individuality. True transformation occurs when she sees a renewed version of herself in the mirror — composed, calm, and internally strong.

— The aesthetics of the future lean towards authenticity. Where does the main emphasis of contemporary beauty philosophy lie — minimalism, individuality or bold self-expression?

— In balance and quality. In individuality, reinforced by professional precision. In an image that does not scream, but sounds confident. Every detail works for integrity – without exaggeration.

— The image of the Ukrainian woman of the future — more about softness or strength?

— It is a combination of intelligent strength and conscious softness. She does not become tougher — she becomes more precise. Her style is thoughtful, her choices are deliberate, and her presence is palpable. She is a woman who knows her worth and does not need approval.

— How will the aesthetics of victory manifest themselves in the female image?

— First and foremost, in inner freedom. In a calm demeanour, an open gaze, the ability to allow oneself joy and beauty without guilt. This is a new level of selfrespect, taste and culture of care.

The editorial team would like to thank Olena Zhyveliuk for participating in the project and wishes her continued creative success, inspiration and new professional achievements.
