фактів,

Dear friends and partners!

Modern Ukraine is living through the most difficult times in its recent history. It hardly feels like a time for celebration. I will not hide the fact that, even taking into account a certain understandable conservatism, March 8 has long ceased for me to be a day when one must emphasize, by any means, a special attitude toward Women.

With age, I have come to understand: a Man — if he truly sees himself as such, with a capital letter — carries within his consciousness a particular and profound attitude toward a Woman. And this attitude should be expressed not once a year, but every moment of life: through a look, a smile, a touch, an embrace, a word, an action (not just any action, but, for example, flowers beyond holidays and without occasion). This is how we, men, must emphasize the special place of a Woman in our lives.

I agree, this is not entertainment — it is, in a sense, moral work. And not all of us are capable of it. Unfortunately. So there is still much to reflect upon — and to work on.

I will take this opportunity, at the beginning of spring — when nature gives a powerful impulse for renewal to all living things — to express my boundless respect to Ukrainian Women who sustain the spirit and strength of their Men. And do they merely sustain? Far more than that.

The time will come when Ukraine is restored, when it rises from the ashes, and we will have more opportunities to thank each beloved woman — for the joy of life, for the light in her eyes and the warmth of her hands, for the sincerity of her smile and the depth of her feelings. Even if today this sounds more like a wish, life continues. We must each do everything possible so that no enemy can interrupt it.

Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones. There are still difficult days ahead, but spring will come — both in nature and in the soul. Love will prevail and help us bloom again after these hard times — we only need to do good every moment, each in our own way.

And when we, Men — all of us, without exception (though, sadly, that never truly happens, but let us dream) — join in this effort, we will undoubtedly understand that the mighty source of our inspiration and strength is Ukrainian Women — our dear and beloved ones.

They are Life itself.

— You are known as the High Priestess of the Rune Order. How would you define your mission today?

— My calling is to help people discover their inner strength through traditions and ancient knowledge of the spiritual path. Every person has this potential within them, but not everyone has the courage or knowledge to unlock it. I work as a guide, helping people remember their own depth, the power of their lineage, and the energy that has been passed down through generations. The world is changing rapidly, and right now it is especially important for people to have an inner core.

— What formed the basis of your holistic approach?

— My path is a synthesis of creativity, academic education and family tradition. I have a medical and psychological education, which allows me to deeply understand human nature. But at the same time, I was born into a family of priests, where spiritual knowledge was part of life. Therefore, my approach does not separate the material and the spiritual — it combines them. Runology, feng shui, working with female energy — these are different facets of a single whole.

— What values were in the foundation of the Southern Star Centre?

— First and foremost, humanity and compassion. I have always believed that a sincere interest in the human soul is the most important foundation of any spiritual work. In everyone who came to us, we saw not a problem, but potential. We helped them to reveal their talents and form creative, fulfilled personalities. The centre became a space where people learned to become aware of themselves and take responsibility for their own path.

NADIIA BEZPALOVA: CODES OF POWER, SPACE, AND THE MISSION OF A SPIRITUAL LEADER

Mrs. Nadiia BEZPALOVA is a spiritual leader and mentor whose work combines deep esoteric knowledge, the philosophy of space, and feminine transformational wisdom. As High Priestess of the Rune Order and founder of the Southern Star Centre, she has been working with people for many years on the level of meaning, inner change and conscious decisions.

Today, continuing her mission in London and maintaining ties with her Ukrainian roots, Mrs. Bezpalova helps women find inner support, harmonise their living space and discover their own strength in a period of global transformation.

— How has international experience influenced your vision?

— Since 2000, we have been organising trips to places of power around the world — India, Egypt, China, and the Nordic countries. These trips have been part of our activities for over 15 years. The planet has sacred points that preserve the memory of civilisations. It is no coincidence that I now live in the United Kingdom — England is the source of our runic traditions. Space has an energy matrix, and a person who is in it either gains strength or loses resources.

— How does space affect human life?

— Space is not just walls and furniture. It is an energy structure that directly affects health, financial flows, and relationships. I studied feng shui in China for over 10 years and have international qualifications. An incorrectly chosen neighbourhood, floor, or even bedroom can create constant internal imbalance. Harmonising space means tailoring your life to suit you. When space works for you, the quality of your decisions and results changes.

— What kinds of requests do women come to you with today?

— Love, fulfilment, understanding one’s karmic destiny — these themes remain relevant for years. Women strive to be loved, sought after, and fulfilled. Nowadays, issues of security and stability have been added to the mix. Many are looking for answers to questions such as, ‘What is my mission?’ and ‘How can I find a balance between the spiritual and the material?’ These are profound questions that require delicate work.

— What responsibility does a spiritual mentor bear?

— Responsibility is the foundation of the future. If a person shifts responsibility onto a mentor,

they limit their own development. A teacher can guide, but cannot live someone else’s life. My task is to help people realise their desires and teach them to shape their own reality. Otherwise, there is a risk of implementing imposed programmes rather than one’s own.

— What results do you see in your students?

— Over the years, many of my students have opened their own schools, become mentors, and unleashed their creative potential. I work with people’s desires — and if they are consciously formulated, they will be realised. Health, financial prosperity, and harmonious relationships are the natural consequences of inner transformation.

— What place does poetry occupy in your life?

— Poetry is a channel for me. Sometimes I feel that the texts do not come from me, but through me. Poems are born very quickly, as if dictated. Only when I reread them do I understand the depth of their meaning. Some texts are prophetic in nature — the events described in them eventually come to pass. Poetry allows you to convey subtle vibrations that are difficult to explain logically.

— What is your message to those who are on the threshold of change?

— There are no trials that are beyond our strength. We come into this world not to rest, but to gain experience and develop. It is important not to prepare for life, but to live now. There will be no convenient moment. Every soul is capable of creating its own reality. Our desires come true — the only question is how conscious we are of them. Consciousness is the harmony between our inner calling and our outer actions.

NADIIA KUZNETSOVA: A WOMAN SHAPING THE STANDARDS OF THE GLOBAL BEAUTY INDUSTRY

Three-time World Champion 2025. International Championship Judge. Expert with 20 years of experience. Today, the name of Nadiia Kuznetsova resonates not only in Ukraine but also on the global stages of the beauty industry. She does not simply win — she shapes a culture of professionalism, sets the tone for standards, and educates a new generation of artists.

In the “Women Who Inspire” column, we speak with those who transform craft into art and talent into a system. Nadiia Kuznetsova is precisely that kind of professional.

— Ms. Nadiia, you are a three-time World Champion 2025, a WBC and IBJA judge, and an expert with 20 years of experience. At what moment did you feel that you stopped merely competing and began shaping industry standards? What does victory mean to you today — a title or responsibility?

— I realized I had stopped simply competing when I began to feel that my work was setting the tone and standards for others. Today, victory for me is not only a title, but also a great responsibility — the responsibility to inspire, to educate, and to shape the future of the industry.

— You have 20 years of experience behind you. How has your professional mindset evolved from master artist to international expert? What internal changes were key along this path?

— Over the years, my mindset has become strategic. I learned to look broader, to evaluate trends and industry standards — not only my own work. The key internal changes were confidence in my vision, the ability to critically assess myself and take risks, and the understanding that a true expert creates a culture of professionalism around them.

— You actively educate and shape a new generation of makeup artists. What core value do you instill in your students — technique, discipline, character, or philosophy of the profession? And in your view, what distinguishes craft from true professionalism?

— In my students, I instill not only technique and discipline, but also a deep understanding of the profession. A makeup artist is a profession, yet many enter it as a hobby. And that hobby can grow into a true calling. The most important thing is to love what you do. If you work only for money, the value of the work is lost. But when work is done with love — love for yourself, for the client, and for your craft emerges. That is true professionalism: when craft becomes art, and art becomes a way of life.

— The year 2025 became a year of global recognition and Barcelona for you. How did this international victory change your personal perception of yourself as a woman? Did it bring more confidence, ambition, or new horizons?

— Global recognition and Barcelona gave me a new level of confidence and expanded my horizons. I felt that I can reach any heights and inspire others. It is not only personal success, but also confirmation that my standards and values have global significance.

— How do you see 2026 for yourself? Will it be a year of scaling your school, international projects, new championships, or developing your personal brand? What peak do you still plan to conquer?

And

— I see 2026 as a year of scaling my school, developing international projects, and further growing my personal brand. My peak is constant improvement, new championships, and creating an environment where new makeup artists can grow and become industry leaders.

You’ve done it more than once — you’ll do it again,” is the phrase she keeps as her inner anchor. With that same faith, Halyna Babii works with people who have lost their grounding through migration, who no longer feel the earth beneath their feet, or who have spent years “in survival mode,” postponing themselves for later.

Halyna Babii is an abundance mindset trainer, coach, and mentor. For more than ten years, she has lived abroad while raising three sons. She knows firsthand what it means to start from scratch and rebuild your inner core. That is why her approach is not theoretical — it is lived.

Her primary mission is to help a person return to their true essence and calling. “I excavate your talent from beneath layers of survival,” Halyna says. She works with those who feel that their old life no longer functions, while the new one has yet to emerge. With those standing on the threshold, afraid to step forward because of fear, shame, or the anticipated “punishment” for their own success. These feelings are familiar to many of us today.

In her understanding, an abundance mindset is not primarily about money. It is about a deep awareness of one’s own value, about the ability to interact with resources, opportunities, and people. It is about the scale of personality that no longer fits into the old scenery of life.

In her practice, Halyna integrates tools from psychology, coaching, NLP, Human Design, psychosomatics, and ancestral genetics. Her approach is holistic: energy, body, mindset, and consciousness are viewed as a unified system. The work unfolds on all levels — past, present, and future.

“I always invest in the person, not the field,” she emphasizes. She is convinced that when a person expands internally,

HALYNA BABII — AN ABUNDANCE MINDSET TRAINER WHO BRINGS PEOPLE BACK TO THEMSELVES

external results shift automatically.

Halyna pays special attention to women who have lost their sense of support due to migration. When the country changes, the sense of personal strength often fades. Invisibility, loneliness, inner confusion appear. Here, she becomes the “mirror” in which a client, often for the first time in years, sees her true stature.

Her work is not about quick fixes. It is about depth. Halyna speaks of living “on the surface” — when a person is constantly running, working twelve hours a day, eating quickly, responding quickly, deciding quickly. At such speed, desires blur, emotions fade, and meaning disappears. And without emotions, there is no fuel for life.

Halyna chooses depth over speed. The moment you recognize the value of your experience. When your pain becomes support, and your scars become part of a unique story. When you no longer agree to “less.”

Her “trainer’s oath” sounds almost poetic. She listens with her heart and hears the hearts of those who come to her. She guides them into the hidden corners of the soul where they are afraid to look.

She helps them see light within their own darkness.

A year-long mentorship with Halyna is a transformational journey: emerging from paralysis, reclaiming personal power, bodily freedom, financial expansion. She does not promise that the path will be easy. She promises that within a year, a person may not recognize themselves in the mirror — because their true “Self” will finally appear.

Family holds a special place in her life. For Halyna, family is not an accident, but a daily choice made by mature adults. It is the art of waiting out emotional storms without destroying what has been built over years. It is the moment when children’s laughter fills the space, and you realize that none of it was in vain.

She does not teach you to become a “better version” of yourself. She helps you return to your essence — to that wild, living energy hidden beneath layers of social “shoulds.”

“Trust yourself. Trust your feelings. And never betray yourself.” From this profound statement begins true abundance thinking.

— Mrs. Iryna, what prompted you to choose a path in business and law?

— My business became a logical continuation of many years of work in the legal services of leading universities. Working in management positions, I saw that managers often do not understand the essence of legal decisions and their consequences. Later, I realised that my mission is broader than simply reacting to problems. I wanted to create a system in which legal culture is the basis of development.

That is why I chose the format of the company, which provides comprehensive business support – legal, accounting, consulting. We work with both startup entrepreneurs and grant recipients, as well as large companies that need a strategic legal vision.

A separate direction is free cooperation with the Kyiv City Employment Centre. I am convinced that knowledge must be transferred. Through lectures, seminars and educational projects, I strive to increase legal awareness of citizens. My

AN INSPIRING EXPERIENCE IRYNA NOVOSELSKA:

Mrs. Iryna NOVOSELSKA has devoted more than 30 years to legal practice and more than 20 years to teaching at universities. She combines comprehensive legal and accounting support for businesses with teaching students, imparting not only knowledge but also inspiration for its practical application. As the author of the course “Labour Law 2026”, Iryna helps clients achieve results and young professionals discover a world of professional opportunities.

experience allows me to see the situation strategically, anticipate risks and build solutions ahead of time.

— What inspires you to combine practice with teaching?

— We live in a time of change and challenges, when it is difficult for many to invest in education. That is why I feel responsible for creating opportunities for development. Education is not just a diploma, but also inner strength and confidence.

I am also motivated by the fact that people often do not receive basic explanations about their rights. When I hear ‘We didn’t know that’ after a lecture, I realise how important it is to shape a culture of law.

Teaching keeps me professionally fit, encourages me to constantly update my knowledge and better understand the needs of society. This directly affects the quality of my practical work: I work not only as a lawyer, but also as a strategist.

— What lessons have shaped your approach to work?

— The main lesson is consistency and understanding of processes from within. My experience covers civil, economic and labour legal relations, support for

inspections and protection of business interests. I clearly understand how the system works, which allows me to build a comprehensive defence. Another principle is teamwork. An effective leader does not control every step, but builds a strong team and delegates authority competently. I am also convinced of the importance of balance: properly organised processes allow you to achieve results without overload.

— In the course “Labour Law 2026”, is knowledge or inspiration more important to you?

— These are inseparable components. Knowledge without application is powerless, and inspiration without a foundation is unstable. I strive to demonstrate the logic of law, teach strategic thinking, and identify the risks and consequences of management decisions. When a person begins to confidently apply knowledge in practice, that is the result.

— What advice would you give to young women?

— If you have a goal, don’t be afraid. If you want to fulfil your potential, don’t give up. Don’t wait for someone else to build your life for you. Rely on your own experience and inner strength. There is no universal formula for success. There is hard work, perseverance, and honesty with yourself. If you know exactly what you want, you will definitely find a way.

OKSANA JACOBSON: KARMA AND PROSPERITY AS ART

О

ksana YAKOBSON is a name well-known to those interested in the deeper processes of life. Her approach to karma, astrology, and financial scenarios combines accuracy, vitality, and the wisdom you want to listen to. She helps you see the internal programs that shape our decisions and results, and find the support from which true abundance begins. That is why we invited Oksana to talk again — to take a look together at how karmic lessons, finances, and personal transformation work today.

opportunity to grow.

— Why do some people attract money easily, while others don’t?

— It all depends on the inner state. On how much a person lives in the energy of abundance, not scarcity, and how generous they are — to themselves and to the world. I often emphasise: one of the main prerequisites of wealth is generosity. And many people ask: “What about wealthy but greedy people?” Karma is not linear. Their result today may be the result of decisions and generosity of the past. But living in greed now forms the corresponding future events. The law of cause and effect always works.

— What karmic scenarios most often interfere with financial comfort?

— Mrs. Oksana, many people experience financial blocks, but do not understand their origin. How do you explain this relationship in karmic astrology?

— There can be many reasons for financial difficulties — and they are not always purely karmic. Often it is a combination of psychological attitudes, family scenarios, childhood experiences and unworked lessons of the soul. Therefore, the most important thing is to find the root cause. The combination of karmology and astrology allows me to see where a person repeats the old scenario, where they act out of fear, and where they live the experience that the soul has already gone through before. The horoscope shows growth points, and when a person realises this lesson, financial blocks gradually dissolve — because they are no longer moving against their own karma.

— Can a horoscope show karmic debts that block money flow?

— Yes, and this is one of the most common requests in recent years. People notice that their financial mistakes are repeated: unprofitable partnerships, fear of scaling, devaluation of their own work. The horoscope can indicate karmic nodes - areas where the soul needs to learn a lesson in responsibility, honesty, or liberation from old attachments to scarcity. But the map only shows the direction. Transformation begins when a person takes responsibility and is ready to act differently. Karma is not a sentence, but an

— The most common are scarcity scenarios: fear of responsibility, the habit of devaluing oneself or one’s work, and ancestral attitudes about «hard money.» They operate subconsciously until a person begins to realise their roots and allows themselves to let go of these programmes.

— How to combine karmic lessons with modern financial planning?

— It is possible and necessary to plan for abundance. Karmic lessons do not contradict financial strategies – they set a deeper direction. Abundance comes when people are honest with themselves, do not devalue their work, act ecologically and do not violate the balance of «taking - giving». A strategy without inner maturity gives a temporary effect, but when it is combined with awareness, money begins to move naturally and stably.

THANKS FROM THE EDITORS

We thank Oksana Yakobson for her sincere and insightful conversation. We hope that the expert’s advice and observations will inspire readers to make conscious changes and develop.

Tetiana was born in 1997 and is a citizen of Ukraine. She currently resides in Pittsburgh, United States of America. Her educational background is rooted in managerial disciplines: she holds a Master’s degree from the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in “Management and Personnel Administration” (2014–2020). This academic foundation defines her professional style — systemic, processoriented, and focused on measurable outcomes.

HR LEADERSHIP THAT INTEGRATES MANAGERIAL SCHOOL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE TETIANA BOIARYN:

In today’s business environment, HR has long ceased to be merely a “personnel department” and has instead become the center of organizational resilience — from attracting and retaining talent to building culture and driving performance. It is within this framework that Tetiana Boiaryn, an HR leader of Ukrainian origin, builds her career path, combining human resource management with active professional, academic, and journalistic engagement.

Today, Tetiana serves as Head of Human Resources at Streamline Utilities LLC. In technologically and operationally intensive industries, the HR leader’s role goes far beyond communication skills; it involves safeguarding process discipline, operational stability, and workplace safety. It is a constant balancing act — between business speed and team capacity, efficiency requirements and psychological safety, growth and controlled scalability. For this reason, her professional identity is accurately defined as “leadership” rather than execution. She works with frameworks, policies, and practices that allow the organization to “breathe” without descending into chaos.

Significant attention is also given to her professional community engagement. Tetiana Boiaryn is a member of more than five groups related to HR and management. For a modern HR professional, this carries tangible value: understanding contemporary

methodologies, exchanging practices and ethical standards, and subjecting decisions to expert scrutiny. Where internal corporate knowledge may be limited to one team’s experience, professional circles provide broader market perspective and critical reflection.

Another indicator of her expertise is her publication activity. According to her résumé, Tetiana is the author of approximately five peer-reviewed articles and one book. For an HR professional, this demonstrates not only the application of tools but also the ability to structure knowledge, construct arguments, and present insights in a format suitable for professional evaluation. Peer-reviewed publishing requires discipline, academic integrity, and the capacity to build logical conclusions — qualities that translate directly into managerial practice, from policy development to process analytics and strategic decision-making.

Tetiana Boiaryn’s professional trajectory reflects a new generation of HR leadership — systemic thinking, capability validation through professional community engagement, evidencebased orientation, and a refusal to reduce people management to “soft skills.” Companies compete not only for product advantage but also for culture and team quality, making professionals of this caliber one of the most valuable investments in the future.

SYSTEMIC LOGISTICS WITHOUT NOISE:

HOW TETIANA KASHTALYAN MANAGES A WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERS RESULTS

Asimple truth in logistics is that the best processes operate quietly. They do not require heroic “firefighting” decisions because when problems are prevented before they turn into losses, there are no losses to fix. This principle is embodied in Tetiana Kashtalyan, a warehouse logistics and management expert who combines administrative leadership, economic training, and active engagement in the professional community.

Tetiana Mykhailivna Kashtalyan was born on April 8, 1976. She is a citizen of Ukraine and resides in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, USA. Her educational path reflects an evolution from a гуманітарна foundation to applied management specialization. From 1993 to 1998, she studied at Dnipropetrovsk State University, majoring in “History of Ukraine,” and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Later, building on practical experience, she completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Economics: Enterprise Economics) at Alfred Nobel University in Dnipro (2016–2018). Such an interdisciplinary combination typically produces strong managerial outcomes: гуманітарна training sharpens understanding of cause-and-effect relationships, while business education develops financial thinking and process organization skills.

Tetiana Kashtalyan holds the position of Administrative Director and lists experience at Trading House “AV” in her résumé. In warehouse logistics, administration is critical for maintaining control: operational discipline, coordination between warehousing, procurement, shipping, transportation, and accounting, as well as responsibility for standards compliance and risk management. This is an environment where errors in inventory accounting, placement, or dispatch can result in lost time, significant financial losses,

and reputational damage. It requires specialists not in managing chaos, but in managing systems.

Another indicator of her professional weight is her publication activity and engagement in expert circles.

Tetiana Kashtalyan is the author of approximately five peer-reviewed articles and one book. In the field of warehouse logistics, this is a meaningful marker: peer-reviewed materials demonstrate the ability to transform practical experience into structured conclusions evaluated at a professional level. In practice, this translates into a different level of thinking — decisions are not made intuitively but through analysis of bottlenecks, receiving zone capacity, inventory accuracy, placement logic, picking speed, and control of returns and write-offs.

An additional important detail is her membership in more than five professional associations. In logistics, standards, safety approaches, and optimization methods constantly evolve. Professional communities enable accelerated learning, exchange of tested practices, and validation of managerial solutions. They also reinforce reputation, as associations typically require discipline, ethical conduct, and demonstrated competence.

Tetiana Kashtalyan represents a category of logistics professionals who may not seek public leadership visibility, yet are unquestionably system-oriented experts with analytical thinking, structured education, and advanced management practices — ready to support their strategies with deep experience. In times of volatile and high-pressure business environments, she demonstrates a distinct competitive advantage: a focus on managing processes rather than reacting to events.

Nosar’s educational trajectory is both consistent and strategic. He received his foundational training at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, majoring in International Economic Relations and Economics (Bachelor’s degree, 1999–2003; Master’s degree, 2003–2004). He continued with postgraduate studies at the same university (2004–2006), followed by an Executive MBA from Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom (2010–2012). In 2021, he defended his dissertation and earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree. This progression is significant not merely as a résumé line, but as the foundation of a management style that is disciplined, structured, data-oriented, and yet attentive to the human dimension.

Anatolii Nosar is an economist and a specialist in logistics and transportation. He combines the analytical perspective of an international economic expert with the operational realities of “field” logistics — deadlines, risk management, cost control, counterparty reliability, and service standards. It is precisely at this intersection that competitive advantage

ANATOLII NOSAR: HOW ACADEMIC LOGISTICS TRANSFORMS INTO EFFECTIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Most people think of logistics as warehousing, freight transportation, and route mapping. For Anatolii Nosar, however, logistics primarily means managing complexity: integrating people, resources, regulations, and technologies into a system that performs reliably under high-pressure conditions. His professional path demonstrates how academic training and managerial practice can reinforce one another to produce measurable, sustainable results.

emerges: not simply “moving goods,” but designing processes in such a way that clients experience predictability and control.

His executive roles further underscore his professional level. Since 2020, he has served as CEO of Move for Less Inc., and since 2021, as CEO of Domus Logistics Inc. Holding two leadership positions within related sectors reflects more than titles — it signals trust, scale management, and the ability to work with diverse teams and operational models. In contemporary logistics, leadership extends beyond financial performance to safeguarding reputation within supply chains. A single systemic failure can undermine partnerships built over years. Scientific work remains an integral component of his professional identity. Nosar holds a doctoral degree in logistics and is the author of numerous peerreviewed articles, books, and research works. For business, this does not represent “theory for theory’s sake,” but the capacity to deconstruct complex processes into measurable parameters, identify causal relationships, and justify

decisions with evidence. Where many rely on intuition, he relies on methodology — and over time, this approach tends to generate greater stability and resilience.

Another defining feature is his participation in more than five professional associations. In the transport and logistics sector, such engagement is more than formal membership; it facilitates knowledge exchange, access to standards, shared expertise, and adherence to professional and ethical benchmarks. When markets evolve faster than textbooks can be revised, professional communities often become the platform where practical solutions are shaped.

Nosar’s professional narrative underscores a critical insight: success in logistics is not determined by speed alone. It is defined by the ability to build systems capable of withstanding intellectual, operational, and human pressures. Increasingly, it is this systemic approach that distinguishes a mere carrier from a strategic business partner.

THE PATIENT ALWAYS IS THE FIRST FEDIR CHEREVKO ABOUT CHEREVKO DENTAL CLINIC:

Fedir Cherevko is a dentist and founder of Cherevko Dental Clinic in Poltava. This is a clinic where the patient always is the first. Over the years of work, more than 20 thousand patients have entrusted the clinic’s specialists with the care of their smile. Treatment here is carried out without fear and pain: visitors watch films, read, and shoot stories.

More details in Fedir Cherevko’s interview for MILLENIUM CLUB.

— Fedir, what inspired you to create Cherevko Dental Clinic and what mission do you set for your team?

— Since 2010, working at the department at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy, I have accumulated experience and authority among patients. Over the course of five years, I have formed a large client base, trained two dental students. However, we worked in limited conditions - we rented two offices, which created inconvenience for clients.

I sought to provide maximum comfort for patients. This is how my own clinic appeared. It is named after my last name, because I plan to further develop my brand.

— Many people are afraid of dentists. How do you ensure comfort and painlessness for patients?

— Comfort is created by all the clinic employees: doctors, administrators, assistants. They are friendly, sincere and welcoming. The interior of the clinic also plays an important role. We have made high-quality repairs, created a cozy space. So patients even from other cities, including Kyiv, feel almost at home from the first step.

Communication is no less important: before starting the procedures, we discuss the entire process, explain the treatment methods, and set the patient up morally. This helps to relieve fear and ensure painless treatment.

— Cherevko Dental Clinic offers a full range of treatments. How do you choose methods and technologies to achieve the best results?

— Dentistry is developing very quickly, and we adhere to modern world protocols. Technologies allow us to provide highquality and painless treatment. But the key factors are the doctor, his experience and the patient’s preparation. The patient’s theoretical awareness and moral readiness of the person, mutual understanding between the doctor and the patient are the basis of successful treatment.

— The team of doctors is the heart

of the clinic. How do you form and support the team so that the patient feels attention and professionalism at every stage?

— I choose young, promising and intelligent doctors with developed manual skills. Young – because I can pass on my own approach to treatment to them. My principles are attention to the patient, kindness, sincerity and simplicity.

In addition to technical skill and adherence to protocols, the doctor should always check on the patient’s well-being and ask about their comfort.

— What new trends in dentistry inspire you and where do you plan to move in the development of Cherevko Dental Clinic?

— Dentistry in Ukraine today meets world standards and maintains a high level. But the smiles of our patients and the joy that we can give are the most inspiring, especially when we perform total work.

We plan to develop Cherevko Dental Clinic throughout Ukraine. Currently, due to the war, all our resources are directed to supporting the state. When the war is over, we will return to active development: we will open a clinic in Kyiv, expand our presence in western Ukraine, and later –abroad. This is our path to development and expansion of the branch network.

— Halyna! We are happy to welcome you again! What exactly supports you in moments of doubt and challenge?

— I am sustained by my faith — in God, in the meaning of every experience, in growth through trials. My family values are my foundation: honesty, responsibility, respect for others. I remind myself that strength does not lie in control, but in the ability to maintain inner peace and act consciously, with dignity and love for others.

— In what situations has the combination of professionalism and humanity brought about the most significant changes?

— When working with the team under stressful conditions, I relied not only on clear organisation, but also on support and open dialogue. The atmosphere of partnership yielded results: processes accelerated, initiative increased, and each participant felt like a leader. Humanity strengthened the professional component — and this became a point of growth and mutual trust.

THE POWER OF LIGHT: FAITHFULNESS TO VALUES AS A WAY OF LIFE HALYNA STRYZHACHUK

Mrs. Halyna, we are delighted to see you again on the pages of Millenium Club!

Your work is a harmonious combination of psychological depth, managerial wisdom and a keen sense of the human soul. You help teenagers, young people and adults find inner strength, discover their own resources and regain self-confidence. Your approach is a delicate force that combines strategic thinking with empathy. Today we are talking about the true power of women — loyalty to values, a combination of professionalism with humanity and faith, which creates a space of trust even in the most difficult times.

— What was the experience that most strengthened your faith in your own resources?

— Working with women in crisis situations. When you see how, after feeling lost, a person finds the strength to move on, you realise that everyone has inner resources. The support of the team and the challenges of wartime have only deepened my faith — in myself and in people, in our ability to recover.

— Has there ever been an incident that left a permanent mark on your heart and changed your view of the profession?

— There are many such stories. The most valuable moment is when you see the change in a person’s eyes. When support restores hope and motivation, a deep awareness of the correctness of the chosen path comes. Especially when you yourself are going through difficult stages — it makes the help sincere, profound and truly alive.

— How did the strength of your principles manifest itself during this period of uncertainty?

— I chose honesty and transparency in communication. Frank discussions about difficulties and prospects created an atmosphere of stability and trust. People felt their own importance, and this inspired them to act confidently, take responsibility, and support each other.

— How do you replenish your inner resources to remain true to yourself and discover new opportunities?

— Prayer, reflection, discipline, and continuous learning. I check my decisions against my values and remember that my path is one of service through professionalism, filled with an inner light instilled by my family and reinforced by faith.

A woman’s true strength lies in her fidelity to her values. When management is combined with humanity, and professionalism with faith, even in times of trial, a space of trust, support and profound transformation is born.

PSYCHOLOGICAL THEATRE «SITUATION»

A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation».

The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance.

«As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko.

The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of

a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential.

In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances.

The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks.

Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,

which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play.

The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted

that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.

We thank everyone who joined us at the premiere, we are waiting for your comments on social networks and we are preparing for the new performance.

We are waiting for everyone!
