By confrming your booking and checking in, you agree to the following house policies:
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
Respect for Property
Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and for any damages caused during their stay.
No Parties or Events
Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.
MiLen – Pre-Agreement
Before confrming a reservation, guests communicate with the host and receive all necessary information regarding the property, amenities, rules, pricing, and stay conditions.
By completing the payment, the guest confrms that they fully understand and agree to all the details of the stay as discussed with the host.
Once payment has been made and the reservation is confrmed, the booking is fnal and nonrefundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, dissatisfaction expressed after the stay, or changes of mind, as the guest has already agreed to all terms and conditions prior to payment.
Noise Policy
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Lost or Damaged Items
Guests may be charged for lost keys or any damage to furniture, appliances, or property.
Safety
Guests are responsible for locking doors and windows when leaving the property.
Illegal Activities
Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay
without refund.
Agreement
By booking and staying at MiLen, guests confrm they have read and agree to these terms and policies.
