The architectural motive is to use light as the key organiser of space whereby fractur illumination is used to establish hierarchy, circulation and programmatic interaction of a four-storey concrete-framed campus. The oblique double-volume voids are placed strategically to bend daylight deep into the building, creating visual layers between the floors as well as encouraging vertical circulation and spatial continuity. The play between the opaque concrete frames and transparent glazed planes produces a dynamic facade that filters, diffuses and redirects the light to define the areas of learning and breathing spaces . Light takes on an active role, it makes the structur the tectonic expression, enhance the volumetric shifts and facilitate the passage of the public and personal spaces. The campus is made a living structure through the intentional disruption of the light, making it easier to experience the building and improve the environmental performance in addition to giving the building a sense of time and place.
