Sabor a Má laga lays its tablecloth in Mijas From the 26th to the 28th of September, the public will be able to enjoy the products of 30 stalls set up on La Cala Boulevard, where there will also be workshops, tastings, cooking demonstrations and musical performances. At the fair, visitors will be able to purchase and taste oils, cheeses, cured meats, honeys, jams, chocolates and craft beers, as well as enjoy three cooking demonstrations by local chefs, who will showcase the unique characteristics and excellence of Mijas cuisine / Jacobo Perea.
