Children also have a voice

To mark World Children’s Day, celebrated each year on the 20th of November, the Mijas Town Hall hosted a municipal children’s plenary session last Thursday, chaired by the mayoress of the municipality, Ana Mata. Eighty fifth-year primary students from El Chaparral, San Sebastián and El Albero debated issues related to nature, presented their proposals its care and preservation, and placed them in a time capsule that will be opened in five years.
