We are thrilled to officially announce the full launch of MidPoint’s Southwest region! Operating out of our new Tempe, Arizona hub, this expansion represents a major milestone as our first physical office outside of Maryland While we are initially focusing on the rapid growth of the Arizona market, our reach now extends across Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Southern California

Anchoring Data Center and Enterprise Services
This office was established several months ago to anchor our burgeoning Data Center Services (DCS) operations, which continue to thrive under the leadership of Trevor Vollmer General Manager Kurt Maddox joined in late 2024 to spearhead our effort to bring MidPoint’s full technology stack including electronic security, wireless, cabling infrastructure, and AV solutions to enterprise clients throughout the Southwest
Rapid Growth in the Region
The momentum in Tempe is palpable To keep pace with the rapid expansion of our DCS group and the rising demand for enterprise services, we are aggressively scaling our local talent In December and January alone, we welcomed 15 new professionals to the MidPoint family This influx of business developers, engineers, and technicians brings our regional headcount to nearly 50 team members, positioning MidPoint as one of the fastestgrowing technology integrators in the region We aren't stopping there; we are continuing to recruit top-tier talent to ensure we maintain the high standard of excellence our clients expect.

MTG WINTER GOLF LEAGUE
MidPoint’s Winter Golf League brings a little friendly competition to the colder months, all without leaving the office Hosted in our in-house golf simulator, the league gives employees a chance to step away from their desks, sharpen their swings, and connect in a relaxed, high-energy setting With realistic courses and rotating matchups, it’s a welcome break from winter blues and a great way to keep the competitive spirit alive year-round
Employees form teams and compete throughout the season, building camaraderie and teamwork along the way. Whether you ’ re a seasoned golfer or picking up a club for the first time, the league is designed to be inclusive, fun, and engaging for everyone The Winter Golf League has quickly become a new MidPoint tradition blending teamwork, competition, and just the right amount of bragging rights
