HOUSING GUIDE 2026-2027
Midland University is a residential campus, which means most of our students live on-campus. Living on campus in community allows students the opportunity to cultivate new friendships, find academic support, and engage in co-curricular activities.
Residential students are supported by our Residence Life staff, including peer Resident Advisors, who are here to help you navigate living on campus and adjusting to college life. Through our residential experience, we support students socially and academically so that as you make your home at Midland, you can also thrive as a whole person.
Walking distance to classes and campus resources

"Benton for me has really shaped how I interact with other people on campus for the better. Just chatting away with people on my entire floor will forever be my favorite memory in Benton. Aside from that, having a decently quiet hall really helps when it comes to homework and studying in my down time."

“Gunderson Hall allows for a close-knit community and is a classic example of what builds the freshmen experience. Gundy is always bustling with activity and I always feel safe and secure inside its walls!”
