This University stands tall today because of the faith, vision, and perseverance of those who came before us—the saints whose prayers and sacrifices laid the foundation we continue to build upon. Every victory we celebrate today belongs not just to us, but to them as well.
Today, I am thrilled to share two important updates that will shape MACU’s future. We are officially launching our Evangel 75 Campaign—a bold initiative to Dream Bigger and Do Greater for generations to come. Through this campaign, we are also working to fund a new $6 million student center, a space intentionally designed to foster connection, community, and Christ-centered growth.
a $6 million Student Center
15,000 square feet | A space for study, recreation & Discipleship
The student center is a cornerstone of the Evangel 75 Campaign. Since late 2024, generous friends have helped us raise $2.4 million, and the Mabee Foundation has offered a $1.2 million challenge grant once we secure the final $2.4 million by October 2026. Together, we can reach this goal and create a space where students follow their call, grow in faith, and finish what they started. Thank you for prayerfully considering an investment that keeps MACU the place to be for generations to come.

The Evangel 75 Campaign
The $40 million campaign, concluding in 2028 (the 75th year of our founding), will equip MACU for transformational service for future generations. It will address the major facility and endowment needs that will allow its mission to flourish long into the future.
The Evangel 75 Campaign, with the first and most urgent funding need being reaching the Mabee Foundation challenge grant,
also encompasses funding other important needs and opportunities that will impact MACU’s ability to provide transformational service to the world:
Expanded Academic Programs
Nursing degree programs in 2025, an engineering program in 2026 or 2027, and a seminary as early as 2026 are among the areas of program growth at MACU.
New Facilities
With the successful funding of the new student center by October 2026, MACU will focus on other facility needs including a practice gymnasium and a multi-purpose building.
MACU is preparing a campus that says, “This is the place to be! “ To position itself among the finest Christian university campuses, the need for a new student center must be addressed.
Accomplishing this goal requires a heartfelt, enthusiastic, and generous response to the Evangel 75 Campaign. It makes successfully meeting the Mabee Foundation challenge for the new student center an urgent and important priority.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Endowed scholarships, annually funded scholarships, and Heart of the Evangel scholarships help MACU remain affordable for students.
Endowment and Planned Giving
Estate and planned gifts will provide future resources to fund scholarships, endowments, and future growth opportunities as MACU continues to meet the needs of the world in the name of Jesus Christ. The Gaulke Circle celebrates those who have included MACU in their estates and provides information and resources for that purpose.
