Communication Increase Among Goals For New School Year By Bob Vosseller MANCHESTER – As the school year fast approaches, administrators, educators and staff are also looking toward the future. Members of the community took part in Strategic Planning earlier in the year which was an information-collecting process designed to provide parents, families and the community with the opportunity to share their opinions to drive the future of the Manchester School District.
