Women Charged In Animal Hoarding Case Seek Ownership Of Personal Pets By Alyssa Riccardi BRICK – Two wome n w h o h ave b e e n charged for hoarding 180 dogs and cats in a Brick Township home have now asked officials not to put their “personal dogs” up for adoption. Aimee J. Lonczak, 49, and Michele Nycz, 58, were charged with a n i mal cr uelt y a nd child endanger ment i n D e c e mb e r a f t e r authorities discovered nearly 180 an i mals in cages in a home on Ar rowhead Park Drive. Cats and dogs were found in cages, standing in their own feces and urine. Officials deemed these living conditions unin habitable and the home was condemned by Br ick Tow nsh ip code enforcement. Local Homeless To Be Counted; Those Lost Were Remembered By Chris Lundy OCEAN COUNTY – As social workers are getting ready to count how many homeless people there are in each community, they also said goodbye to those they lost last year. The Point In Time
