By Bob Vosseller MANCHESTER â The townshipâs municipal budget was presented by Mayor Robert Hudak recently and it featured an average increase of about $30 for residents. âThis budget is designed to bring the tow n sh ip back on track to provide a stable means for future years,â the mayor said as he showed a PowerPoint presentation during a Township Council meeting. He said that between 2018 and 2022 âour ratable base has actually improved over the last five years.â He also noted that a revaluation which impacted the tax rate in 2020 and many âdifferentials occurred due to that revaluation.â The mayor also noted that the townshipâs new paid-full-time

Marie Cicalo, a resident and former manager of the campgrounds, said she received notification of the eviction proceedings last week. Her court matter is listed for June 30. âThe papers list the reason for eviction as non-payment of rent,â said Cicalo. âThe owner
