LULU AND LEMON’S
Hey… we want to tell you about our buddy Elway. He’s an 80-pound Border Collie mix with a really big heart and a sensitive soul. He’s a sweet guy — he just needs a little patience to show it.
New people and places can make him nervous, so sometimes he barks at first. That’s just his way of saying, “Hey, I’m not sure yet.” What really helps? Giving him space. If you sit down and let him come to you on his own time, he warms up quickly and shows just how affectionate he can be.
Elway would do best in a calm, quiet home without small kids, where everyone respects his boundaries. He’d also love to meet his future people ahead of time so he can feel safe and comfortable.
Even though he’s a sensitive guy, he still needs an active home with regular exercise, some structure, and fun things to keep his mind busy. He’s young, eager to learn, and would really benefit from a patient family (and maybe a trainer) to help build his confidence.
Give him time, go slow, and we promise Elway will give you loyalty, sweetness, and a bond that’s something truly special.
