GCNKAA SETS SAIL ABOARD BB RIVERBOAT ON JULY 18 Set sail with the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association on Friday, July 18, 2025, as we board the BB Riverboats for an afternoon cruise along the Ohio River. We will board the River Queen at 1:45 pm and will leave the dock PROMPTLY at 2 pm. Included in your prepaid admission are appetizers, beer, soft drinks, bottled water, juice and entertainment. Limited seats are still available through July 11 but pricing does increase after July 2. Current pricing for the Captain Sponsorship including 8 admissions is $800; Anchor Sponsorships including two admissions are $250; and individual admission is $75 - or register and pay directly online for $65 per person. Price increases to $105 per person after July 2. WINS 39TH ANNUAL SUMMER GOLF OUTING Congratulations to the winning team of our 39th Annual Golf Outing: John Gruen and Kelli Siereveld with Jetz Service Company and Brian Fullenkamp and Ross Kreutzjans with Legacy Management! With a fantastic turnout of 152 golfers and perfect weather all day, this year’s event was one for the books. The competition was fierce, but one team rose to the top and claimed victory—well played! Coming in second was the team from Energy Alliances including Luke Massa, Daniel McSwigan, Chad Winstel, and Rich Surace. Rounding out the top three teams was Rod Herper with National Credit Systems, Bob Kohlman with BRG Apartments, Rusty Lykes with Oberer Management Services, and Dina Rancourt from Acre Real Estate. 2026 GCNKAA TRADE SHOW BOOTHS AND SPONSORSHIPS GO ON SALE JULY 14
Don’t miss out on your chance to register for the GCNKAA 2026 Trade Show at the Early Bird rate of $800 per booth*. After October 1, the price increases to $850 per booth. The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s 2026 Trade Show is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, March 18 at Sharonville Convention Center from 4 pm to 6:30 pm. Booths are available on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a booth, please review the floorplan and download the booth contract. Review the available booth space, complete your contract. Then simply either a) reserve your booth online and email your contract to michele@gcnkaa.org or b) return your completed contract back to michele@gcnkaa.org and we can reserve your booth for you.
