Congratulations to Gerry Johnson with Rent for receiving the 2023 President’s Award from Tonya Petersen. This award is handed out each year by the GCNKAA president to the person of their choice in recognition of their service to the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. Gerry leads by example and positively impacts and inspires those around him. He goes above and beyond to use his time and talent to solve challenges facing the GCNKAA and dedicates his time unquestionably. He continues to bring positivity and provides a foundation for discussion and growth to every committee in which he participates...and he participates on a lot of committees! He is current president of the Associate Council and has chaired both the Trade Show Committee and the Holiday Cheers Committee. He also currently serves on the Business Exchange Committee and has previously volunteered on the Golf Committee and the Membership Committee. We look forward to many more years of his leadership.
