PRESTIGE AWARDS NOW OPEN FOR PEOPLE NOMINATIONS It’s been years in the making, but the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association Prestige Awards are making their return on Friday, April 19, 2024. People nominations are now open and available online. Company, community, and associate member award categories will open shortly. People nominations and entries are free; other primary member and associate member categories are $75 each. The deadline to enter is FEBRUARY 2, 2024, so plan now to make sure you have ample time to get the best photos to make your community stand out. PEOPLE AWARD NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN If you know an individual in multifamily housing that is outstanding at their job, and you want to nominate them for an award, click here to complete the online nomination application. Once we receive their nomination, they will be notified and sent an online Information Statement to get them started toward the interview process in February 2024.
