We review every home sale in our area, looking closely at different criteria such as property condition, overall demand, and outcome. We then categorize them based on geographic location and general condition.

These classifications are based on our professional opinions and are subjective.

FIXERS:

Needing substantial work, cosmetic and potentially structural; beyond the scope of what the average buyer would likely consider taking on. Often appealing to investors.

DATED: In need of various updating such as kitchens, baths, floors, landscape, paint, etc.

TURNKEY: Very appealing to the bulk of buyers. Needing little to no updating upon moving in.

OPULENT:

Larger homes that fall outside of the average pool of buyers. Usually 3,000 sq ft+ but for some neighborhoods it can be 2,500 sq ft+.
