EVANGELINE FARALDO Finding Her Place in the Spotlight “Every time I step on stage, I know I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.” Long before she dreamed of becoming a professional ballerina, Evangeline simply loved to dance. She began ballet at the age of three, and what started as an after-school activity quickly became her passion. As her training intensified, so did the demands of rehearsals, performances, and travel. Productions such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and The Spider’s Feast required extraordinary commitment, making it increasingly difficult to fit her life into a traditional school schedule.
Miami Country Day Online School allowed her education to grow alongside her ambitions. With flexible scheduling, live classes, and the support of teachers who understand the demands of elite performers, Evie built a routine that allowed her to excel both academically and artistically. The same discipline that drives her in the studio now shapes the way she approaches her education. Today, she dreams of dancing professionally and one day performing the iconic role of Odette in Swan Lake. Every rehearsal, every class, and every performance is another step toward that goal.

YANNICK ABILY Growing a Dream “I never wanted school to take me away from my dream. I wanted it to prepare me for it.” At just five years old, Yanick became fascinated by agriculture. After visiting France, he discovered viticulture and knew exactly what he wanted his future to be. He dreamed of owning a vineyard that would produce healthier, more sustainable wines. Rather than following a traditional academic pathway, Ynnick worked closely with his Academic Consultant to build one around his passion. Alongside rigorous courses in Chemistry and Biology, he pursued studies in Agriculture, Biotechnology, and Genetic Variation, ensuring every class brought him one step closer to his future. That personalized journey led to an extraordinary achievement. In 2026, Yannick was accepted to the Centre de Formation Professionnelle et de Promotion Agricole d’Amboise in France, where he will begin his BTS in Viticulture, with plans to continue toward a PhD. His dream has remained unchanged since childhood; to return one day and establish his own vineyard dedicated to producing healthier wines through science and innovation. His Journey Age 5 Discovers a passion for agriculture. A Visit to France Finds his calling in viticulture.
