The $3.1 million construction project will add about 8,577 square feet to the clubhouse, expanding the dining area from 72 to about 160 and adding an upper-deck dining area that will overlook the 18th green. The clubhouse renovation, which includes an expansion of the kitchen area, will allow Olde Stone to be used in ways that benefit its members and the greater Bowling Green community.

This design element creates a sense of openness and accessibility, while also promoting a modern aesthetic. Outdoor tables will remain under the resort’s covered walkway.

The Gate will feature a vibrant, multi-use clubhouse that includes a 175seat restaurant, providing everything needed for a perfect day both on and off the course.

This building is part of the emerging HUB development, which features over 30,000 square feet of new Class A office space. With a strong focus on detail, the façade combines smooth white brick with textured layers of expansive glass, creating a striking visual contrast.

The office was transformed into a vibrant, contemporary workplace and functional showroom spanning 8,700 square feet, both inside and out. This design allows clients to experience the products MHK uses, while providing employees with a creative office environment. The outdoor area is a central theme of the design. The concept was to incorporate a live wall indoors, serving as a focal point that encourages a connection with the outdoors. This design also cleverly conceals the parking lot. Tamiami Trail Office has gone through many transformations over 45 years, from a jewelers auction gallery to five nightclubs, with the building known for its rooftop tree.

The renovation of the office located in the historic Highlands area was completed in 2023. Additionally, an apartment was added to the building for clients to use during their visits. Originally constructed in 1937, this building was once a luxurious hotel known as the Skyline Lodge, showcasing early 20th-century architecture and elegance.

The renovation project aimed to create a workspace that seamlessly blends the building’s rich history with modern design elements. This approach fosters an environment that inspires creativity and collaboration.

Robb & Stucky International is a two-story furniture showroom in downtown Naples. The showroom, located near Fifth Avenue, is designed in a transitional West Indies style and seamlessly integrates with the existing downtown architecture. The building was recognized with a Best Commercial Contractors Project - Commercial award from the Lee BIA Summit Awards in 2013

The design team successfully completed a two-story showroom spanning 65,000 square feet for Clive Daniel Home. Strategically located at the corner of Fruitville Commons, this showroom is a key destination for residential interior design. Before construction began, MHK collaborated with Clive Daniel Home and Stevens Construction during a six-month pre-construction phase. This partnership focused on aligning the project with schedule and budget objectives, resulting in valuable cost and time-saving recommendations.

The Houck Medical Office building is a two-story commercial building influenced by the British West Indies style. The building is 17,884 square feet and includes clean lines with elongated coastal brackets, Caribbean influenced awning shutters and a simple, two toned color pallet. The rooflines are simplified by a hipped roof configurations and vertical roof plane changes. The building structure is a combination of steel joist structure systems between floors and the roof system.

This 14,000-square-foot hangar, located on Citation Point at the Naples Airport, serves as the base for the family’s Dassault Falcon 900 EX aircraft. Adjacent to the hangar is a 4,700-square-foot office building that acts as the headquarters for Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation, the family’s real estate holding company. The facility has been recognized for its sustainable construction practices.

The upscale Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) hangar and office project at Naples Airport was a collaboration with Build. The FBO will provide a range of aeronautical services, including fueling, hangaring, tie-down and parking for aircraft.

The project features a 30,500 square foot hangar and a 14,300 square foot, two-story office building. The FBO’s facilities include lobby areas, a rental car desk, back-of-house spaces, a catering kitchen, pilot rest area and shower rooms, multiple offices, as well as covered balconies and porches that include a viewing deck overlooking the runway.

Gulf Star Marina is the world’s first marina to utilize ASAR technology, the revolutionary automated storage and retrieval system, featuring a new 27,718 square foot facility that offers dry storage capabilities for marine vessels. This multi-building complex and park facility was developed in collaboration with Kimley-Horn, showcasing both dramatic architectural design and both firm’s expertise in master planning. The project includes an open-air band shell, park facility buildings, and pedestrian areas enhanced by trellised architectural elements. Collaborating with the landscape architect, the layout was organized to ensure that vegetation plantings and pedestrian walkways improve the overall experience of the park. The band shell features a star-shaped structure, approximately 32 feet in size, with a stage platform that mirrors the star shape of the band shell itself.

Baker Park and Gordon River Bridge

The design team assisted the City of Naples in the master planning and vertical structures for a 15-acre park situated along the Gordon River. The park features a pedestrian bridge that crosses the river and connects to the Greenway trail, as well as a grassy knoll, a playground, a band stage, a kayak launch, and a one-story flagship building. The design encompasses all of the park’s outdoor structures, including the pavilion, bridge, and boardwalk.
