Background
MF-MANSON has always been passionate about arts, history, and music since his childhood days in the village. Raised by his late grandmother, he was exposed to both traditional and contemporary music at young, which influenced him to become a church drummer at 7 years. At high school level, he completed Commonwealth College in Accra and later studied at the New York Institute of Photography, earning an A+ in the photography course. He was later an artist-in-residence at the Kokrobitey Institute.

SILVER SHINE EP is a true sad story of how street food nearly caused MF-MANSON’s death after unknowingly swallowing a tiny metal piece. Stuck in between his throat and tonsils with an unbearable pain, he did not stop recording in the studio for weeks until the X-RAY couldn’t find.
