WELCOME TO THE HAMBURG BOAT SHOW! Dear Colleagues In recent months, we have received lots of feedback from you and also discussed a great many things. Your message to us was clear – the North needs a boat show. Not only did we get the message, we tackled the project directly – with success. The HAMBURG BOAT SHOW will take place on the trade show grounds from 17 to 21 October 2018.
We see the HAMBURG BOAT SHOW as a show by boaters for boaters. We do it for you and with you – because together we are strong! This commonality also means that you can and should bring your ideas, wishes and concepts to the show right from the start. Let's preserve that which is tried and tested, recognise opportunity for improvement and implement new ideas in a pragmatic way. Let's make use of the potential that lies in this fresh start! Let's get an innovative show underway – a show which the North not only needs, but especially deserves.
A merger of strong, competent and experienced partners – the DBSV (Deutscher Boots- und Schiffbauer-Verband), Messe Friedrichshafen and Hamburg Messe und Congress – would establish a professional and future-oriented trade show, which will strengthen us as an industry.

WELCOME TO THE HOME PORT Maritime metropolis, water sports paradise, avant-garde architecture: we don't need to tell you that Hamburg is a fascinating city with multiple facets. We also needn’t mention that such a city needs a boat show.
