Bike Business at its Best Welcome to the 21st Eurobike in Friedrichshafen! Once a year the Eurobike turns Friedrichshafen into the hub of the international bicycle world – and shows it to be once again in the best of shape. Over an area of 100,000 m², about 1,200 exhibitors from 45 countries will be presenting the top brands and all the latest innovations. Over 40,000 trade visitors and more than 1,800 media representatives are expected to attend. In the course of this massive programme of events, innovations will be presented, business will be done, information exchanged and contacts made.

DEMO DAY GET ON AND TRY IT OUT IN THE OPEN Nothing is tougher then reality. And that’s why, one day before the EUROBIKE officially starts, the latest bikes are subjected to the “reality check”: a test ride out in the open. On August 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in beautiful Ratzenried in the Allgäu region, people from the trade and journalists can get themselves on the saddle. There’s the right kind of terrain for every type: gentle hills for e-bikes and rough terrain for mountain bikes.

AN ELECTRIFIED BRANCH: E-BIKES AND PEDELECS If you want to get out and about on your bicycle, you no longer have to rely on muscle power alone these days. Whether it’s with the power-assisted pedalling switched on or with no pedalling at all – pedelecs and e-bikes make travelling on two wheels more comfortable than ever before. Everything that is going on in the world of electro-mobility at the moment is on show at the Open Air Grounds East. The e-bikes and pedelecs on display here can all be put through their paces on a course which is round about one kilometre long. You can experience a further central theme of the fair in the Zeppelin Hall. At the Eurobike you will find everything which the branch has to offer on the subject of electric power-assisted bikes.

EUROBIKE AWARD The EUROBIKE is the trade show for new products. The EUROBIKE AWARD is the highest award for innovations in the world of bicycles. Functionality, design and innovative features are all included in the evaluation. The award is held in cooperation with iF Design. HOTSPOTS FOR E-BIKES AND PEDELECS The EUROBIKE is also the largest trade show for e-bikes and pedelecs. The Zeppelin Hall and the Open Air Grounds East are dedicated entirely to electric power-assisted systems. The two test courses offer every opportunity to try out any new features on two wheels.
EUROBIKE Fashion Show Cycling is in. And that is why the right style is also always in demand when it comes to bike wear. The Fashion Show demonstrates what is cool to wear in the saddle next season. The latest collections by INVERSE, GORE BIKE Wear, iXS Sports Division, LÖFFLER, Pearl Izumi, SCOTT Sports, SHIMANO CYCLING WEAR, SUGOI, VAUDE Sport, X-Bionic, Ziener are all on show. Holiday on Bike Cycle tourism at the EUROBIKE The bike travel market is booming. On Saturday – public day – Holiday on Bike will be showing the best two-wheel holiday ideas directly in the Entrance Foyer West. EUROBIKE PARTY On the penultimate day of the trade show the community traditionally puts on a hot party. The Open Air Grounds West will be transformed into an open-air concert arena and there will also be partying going on in the magnificent “Atrium”. After the party there are free bus shuttles to take the guests back to their hotels. Anyone who wants to stay longer can party on at the Riders Party in Club Metropol. SPECIAL SHOW EUROBIKE VISION In Foyer West the special show EUROBIKE Vision looks at the very limits of what is possible in aerodynamic bicycle construction.
