Administrative Assistant
LOCATION Philadelphia, PA
· Executing curatorial decisions and maintaining gallery presentation
· Coordinating schedules, artwork logistics, and day to day operations
· Overseeing client records, inventory, and framing documentation

After several years in a gallery setting, I am looking to step back into a role centered on craft and production. I am a practiced and versatile creative with an everexpanding skill set across a range of materials, processes, and scales.
I am actively seeking opportunities with studios, shops, and production environments that take pride in what they make. Whether that is a frame shop, restoration practice, fabrication studio, or production house—I am looking for a team that values precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic. · Art Handling & Maneuvering: Expert at safely lifting, carrying, and navigating oversized or fragile artwork through tight spaces and stairwells.
· Professional Installation: Proficient in mounting and leveling artwork on various wall types in both gallery settings and private residences.
· Transport & Logistics: Experienced in driving transport vans, including the secure packing, loading, and unloading of high-value pieces for multilocation transfers.
· Gallery Maintenance: Skilled in adjusting track lighting, organizing inventory storage, and maintaining a clean, professional exhibition space.
· Technical Tools: Competent with the hand tools and hardware required for secure, precise installations.
I am seeking an Art Handler, Installer, or Art Delivery role within a gallery, private collection, or art logistics company. I am interested in opportunities that value technical skill, efficient problem-solving, and a high standard of care when moving and installing artwork.
