Foi em 1951 que Belarmino Fernández, natural de uma pequena aldeia galega, desembarcou no porto de Santos, no Brasil, para iniciar uma nova vida. Ninguém imaginava que 11 anos depois esse humilde espanhol assumiria um dos mais importantes impérios de churrascaria de todo o continente americano. Em 2006, o restaurante Rubaiyat chegou à Europa, especificamente a Madrid, para aumentar a herança do império gastronómico das carnes da família Fernández.
It was in 1951 that Belarmino Fernández, born in a small Galician village, landed in the port of Santos, in Brazil, to start a new life. Nobody imagined that 11 years later this humble Spaniard would take over one of the most important steakhouse empires in the entire American continent. In 2006, the Rubaiyat restaurant arrived in Europe, specifically in Madrid, to increase the legacy of the gastronomic empire of the meats of the Fernández family.
