esde su aparición en 2009, WhatsApp, la aplicación de mensajería instantánea líder en el mundo acumuló más de 300 millones de usuarios, que llegaron atraídos por su disponibilidad multiplataforma –una novedad que entonces se presentó como alternativa al Blackberry Messenger apto sólo para usuarios del sistema RIM- , junto la posibilidad de enviar imágenes y sonidos de forma fácil, rápida y, lo más importante, sin costo alguno. Por su parte, Line, si bien comenzó siendo furor en el continente asiático, sigue ganando adeptos día a día y ya alcanzó la cifra de 100 millones de usuarios. Si bien a la hora de cumplir su cometido ambas aplicaciones presentan más similitudes que diferencias, el avance de la tecnología y la ausencia del WhatsApp para sistemas como Tablets y PCs, sumado a sus grandes baches de conexión generan disconformidad entre los usuarios, que ya comenzaron a volcarse a su principal rival: Line. Ya sea por deficiencia de su contrincante, o por sus propias prestaciones, este sistema comienza a sonar cada vez más fuerte entre los usuarios de los teléfonos inteligentes, con más funciones que lo posicionan un escalón más arriba, como la posibilidad de jugar entre los usuarios, crear salas de chat y la posibilidad de hacer llamadas de voz online gratuitas. While Line became an important innovator in Asia, it is daily winning users and has reached a level of 100 million users. Presently, both applications have more in common than differences, advances in the technology and the absence of WhatsApp for systems like tablets and PC’s, added to some important problems in connecting has generated some differences between the users that now have begun to overturn its main rival, Line. iempre resulta difícil ser la opción a lo clásico. En materia de vinos, el tinto y el blanco tradicionalmente acapararon el gusto de los consumidores. Sin embargo, en los últimos años, el rosado fue ganando terreno gracias a la mejora de la tecnología, lo que se traduce en vinos de impecable calidad y mejor gusto. Esta variedad es producto de la maceración de uvas tintas con su hollejo, pero sólo por un día, lo que le da esa tonalidad rosada al jugo que derivara en vino al final del proceso. El rosado es un vino súper auténtico y diferente a cualquier otro. Por citar un ejemplo: el champagne rosado es fruto de un corte. Esto significa que a la base de blanco Chardonnay se la colorea con el agregado de tinto Pinot Noir o Pinot Meunier. Este procedimiento, que debiera ser una exclusividad de dicho vino, es utilizado en otros. Las tonalidades del vino rosado son numerosas. Dependen de la variedad de la uva, el tiempo de maceración y los deseos del elaborador. El rosado presenta una lista con diferentes posibilidades de produccción: Gris, Champagne rosado, Clarete, Rosado, Rosa violeta, Rosa peonía, Rosa cereza, Rosa frambuesa, Rosa carmín, Rosa amarillo, Rosa anaranjado, Rojizo, Guinda, Damasco, Salmón y Piel de cebolla. Como se puede apreciar, hay para todos los gustos. No hay que perder más el tiempo: es momento detener las agujas del reloj y sentarse a disfrutar de una buena copa de vino rosado. ¡Salud!

t has always been difficult to go beyond the classic. When it comes to wine, red and white traditionally win the tastes of consumers. Nevertheless, in recent years, rosé has gained ground thanks to improvement in technology, which has been translated into wines of high quality and better taste. This variety is the product of the soaking of red grapes with their skin, but only for a day, which gives this rosé tonality to the juice at the end of the process. Rosé is a wine that is fully authentic and different from any other. Just to give one example, pink champagne is the result of a cut. This means that the base of a white Chardonnay is colored with the addition of a red Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier. This process, which should be exclusive to this wine, is used in others, too. The shades of rosé wine are many. They depend on the variety of grape, the time at which the soaking takes place, and the intention of the maker. Rosé or pink is made up of a list of different production possibilities: Grey, Pink Champagne, Claret, Rosado, Violet Rose, Peony Rose, Cherry Rose, Raspberry Rose, Carmine Rose, Yellow Rose, Orange Rose, Reddish, Guinda, Damask, Salmon, and Onion Peel. i un vocablo fuera el indicador del desarrollo de un pueblo, el de Metán está más que condicionado, ya su nombre deriva de una voz Lule que significa “pueblo de la miel”, ¿será por eso que su gente es tan dulce? Todo comienza allá por 1859 cuando se funda este poblado que tiene la gran ventaja de estar ubicado a una misma distancia de las capitales de Salta, Jujuy y Tucumán, no más de 170 kilómetros, por lo que la convierte en un importante nudo de influencias de estas tras provincias nortenas. Hoy se ha convertido en un activo centro agrícolo-ganadero, en una planicie surcada por numerosos ríos y arroyos que bajan de la precordillera de los Andes, lo que la convertido en uno de los lugares más bellos y fértiles de la provincia de Salta. Bordeada al occidente por las Sierras Subandinas; al Norte por el Río Juramento y la sierra de La Lumbrera; al Sur con la Sierra La Candelaria y al Este por la Sierra Colorada, de menor altura. Por lo general estás sierras sobrepasan los 2.000 m., aunque algunas puedan llegar a los 3.000 m., como es el caso del Cerro el Crestón a 3370 mts., estando la ciudad a una altura de 858 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

Más adelante sería testigo de un hecho triste, ya que durante las luchas civiles en la etapa de
Organización Nacional, Marco de Avellaneda, Jefe de la Liga del Norte, fue acusado por los federales del Gobierno de Juan Manuel de Rosas de ser cómplice del asesinato del Gral. Alejandro Heredia, por lo que tropas de Manuel Oribe lo toman cautivo en las serranías de Guachipas y llevaron a Metán, donde es ajusticiado, decapitado y su cabeza exhibida en la Plaza de la Independencia en San Miguel de Tucumán.

En su interior en una baldosa ubicada en el Santo Sagrario, apareció un 9 de Julio de 2002, el rostro de Jesús y se lo conoce como Jesús del Mosaico, es visitado por numerosos fieles. Otros edificios significativos son el Palacio Municipal; el Paseo de la Estación, espacio donde se ubica la locomotora antigua y parte de la formación de un tren que recuerda hechos trascendentes de la historia ferroviaria; la Biblioteca Municipal, de los Museo Arqueológico, de Historia, Ciencias Naturales e Historia Ferroviaria y Centro Artesanal. El Museo de Bellas Artes “Prof. Amelio Ronco Cerutti” fue inaugurado el 9 de Julio de 1996 en el primer piso de la Casa de la Cultura Municipal, a partir de la donación de obras de artistas argentinos, por parte del Prof. Amelio Ronco Ceruti, integradas por pinturas, dibujos, esculturas y láminas

Our Lady of the Rosary Located in Yavi, its building was begun in 1682 for the marriage of Fernández Campero and completed
eight years later. It underwent continual renovations during the whole colonial period and resulting over the years in one of the most outstanding edifices on the border with Bolivia. Its interior relies on a simple design that is rich in ornamentation, like the iron doors and the cross of wood, also there is the carved wooden altarpiece and pulpit and the sacrarium. Its side walls, in addition have small openings with alabaster panels that make for a soft, natural illumination.

Catedral de Jujuy Frente a la plaza principal General Belgrano, ubicada en San Salvador de Jujuy, posee distintos estilos arquitectónicos y es uno de los edificios religiosos más importantes del norte argentino. Con una torre de 3 cuerpos con campanario sobre el pórtico de acceso, en su lateral izquierdo se encuentra la capilla para la Virgen del Rosario y sobre el margen derecho se abre un patio interno. Uno de los puntos que más llaman la atención de quien la visita es su púlpito, que fue tallado en madera de ñandubay y cedro y en su parte central se encuentran las figuras de San Mateo, San Marcos, San Lucas y San Juan. Donde hoy se ubica la Catedral en 1593, año de fundación de la ciudad, se encontraba el primer edificio y entre 1606 y 1612 se construyó una segunda iglesia, derrumbada en 1631 por una fuerte lluvia. A comienzos del siglo XX, las modificaciones realizadas en su fachada alteraron totalmente el exterior del monumento y le otorgaron un tono italiano. Treinta años depués, en 1935 el templo fue elevado a la categoría de Catedral al instituirse el Obispado de Jujuy.

Another important race that takes place in the city is the Half Marathon of Buenos Aires with a distance of 21 kilometers. In addition, an outstanding one is the Seven Lakes that unites the city of Villa La Angostura with San Mart铆n de los Andes. Do not use new clothing or footwear on the day of competition. Comfort is essential at race time. Only use equipment that has been previously proven and you know it´s not going to be a problem. You must take into account eating at least four hours before the race in order not to experience any feeling of heaviness, a menu high in carbohydrates and low in fats, protein, and fiber. Do not forget to double knot shoestrings so that you will not have to make any unnecessary stops. Previous warm-up should be gentle and consistent. A gel or warm-up oil can help if the marathon is a mass take-off and you need to wait a while before starting at the right position for the time that you are aiming for. Enjoy the first half of the race without wearing yourself out. You will need your energies for the second part of the race. Keep a constant rhythm. Follow your plan of action, hydrate during the race, and eat some fruit. Once back home, take a shower, use a relaxation gel and take a recovery nap, this will leave you like new for going out for a walk without too much demand
No hay que estrenar ropa ni calzado en el día de la competencia. La comodidad es imprescindible al momento de correr. Por ello usar solo indumentaria previamente probada. Hay que tener en cuenta que se debe comer al menos 4 horas antes de la prueba para evitar una posterior sensación de pesadez, un menú alto en carbohidratos y bajo en grasa, proteína y fibra. Hacer un nudo doble al calzado para evitar paradas. Es importante que el calentamiento previo sea suave y coherente. Un gel o aceite de calentamiento, puede ayudar si el maratón es de salida masiva y hay que esperar un tiempo para salir en una posición adecuada. Disfrutar la primera mitad del maratón sin desgastarse de más. Para la segunda parte se necesitarán esas energías. Mantener un ritmo constante. Cumplida la meta, hidratarse con bebidas específicas, y comer algo de fruta. Una vez en el hogar, una ducha, un gel relajante y una siesta recuperadora, los dejará como nuevos para salir a dar un paseo sin demasiada exigencia
