Drumroll, on MEMOIRS MEETs we had the privilege of interviewing a young , anointed music minister. Who loves God, has a wonderful and yet so anointed sound, none other than, Kingsley Innocent known as “Kaestrings”. His music is soft rock with an Iowa spice , delivered with a blend of Hausa and English which is phenomenal. Although, I do not understand or speak Hausa, these songs have blessed me immensely. Personally a highlight of the interview chat was the part we got to talk about two of my favourite songs “with Me” and “Love” . My response to that was “Amazing powerful songs both ...
personally "with me" blessed me in a period when a series of events happened back to back I didn't understand , but I knew "God is with me" " I'm rest assured” (which are lines from the song). „Love‟, on the other hand , addresses suicidal thoughts ... mental health is massive for me (because of its public health significance)... " wonder why i‟m on this earth " that line just blessed me ... Jesus‟ love heals ... deep sir ... I'm sure these have blessed many as well .” Icing on the cake, Interestingly, at the core of the message of his ministry is the message of “Love and Healing” which spans from God . Which I believe is not in any way a coincidence because, we had no prior knowledge of this before choosing our theme for this edition. I am convinced the love and healing power of God is amazing. This is one piece to definitely look out for and do well to download these songs they will bless you. Massive thank you to God my Everything for everything … Grateful to My Mentor and life coach Pst Kenneth Habuhrajan for tremendously supporting and encouraging my personal development and enhancement of skills required to put this together. I am immensely grateful sir . To the remarkable Memoirs Magazine team you all are phenomenal, God bless you . To Oluwaseyi Afolayan , Mrs Sharon Paul Ojinigbo and Eneze Adava ( our stellar reviewer) thank you so much for going the extramile . To our guest on Meets “Kaestrings” , thank you immensely sir for sharing with the world the gift of your ministry and story . Healing. Divine Health. Edition
T
ravel the world with books; they help us step into the greater knowledge of a subject you already know or are just getting around knowing . Books also open doors to a better understanding of endless subjects. The bible says my people perish for a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6), Books are light to the darkness of
a void of knowledge. An Illumination which liberates and emancipates from destruction. Knowledge is indeed power and books often are the conduit of this knowledge. Thus, this edition of the Book Stand we would be throwing light on the subject of Divine health .Exploring books which outline and highlight this vital subject as we know health is wealth.
Page 16
Divine health is an area where quite a number of believers and people generally have questions or plainly struggle. We see the crowds at miracles and healing crusades; a people desirous of this Healing power of God. With this in mind we would explore books from introducing the subject to , addressing challenges / road blocks to healing and how to stay in health.
First on the line-up is a phenomenal book by Pastor Joseph Prince called Eat your way to life and health” . It unravels the power of this meal Jesus Himself instructed us to eat often and the healing power released through it. Digging out truth from the bible he outlines the reason this meal is fundamental to healing and divine health. Also, he goes on to address certain burning recurring questions? Such as
“
Is God punishing me with sickness and
disease? Is it really God’s will to heal me? Do I qualify for His healing power? What do I do when I don’t see results? Can God heal my loved ones? ” Furthermore, this book highlights the nature of God as a loving Father because, He is in fact love. As such it centres on debunking myths which present Him as negligent regarding His children. Also, it outlines His power and wiliness to help those who view their situation as being hopeless, just as depicted by the deception of the enemy. Therefore, encouraging us to be rest assured that it is God‘s heart to see us whole and well, because of the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. It equally teaches us on accessing this provision of
healing from simply partaking in the Holy Communion. It gets even more practical as several powerful testimonies of people with terminal or incurable cases being healed from receiving the revelation of the communion, are shared.
Second
book on
the book stand line up is by Kenneth E.Hagin “Keys to scriptural healing” written decades ago yet it remains relevant in present day. It outlines the desire of many people to be healed yet, some seldom experience healing, seven principal hindrances responsible for this and how to eliminate this roadblocks to healing. He also, unravels secrets using scriptures which release the blessings of divine healing. Here is a wonderful quote from the book
“ The road to divine healing is seldom an expressway. More often than not it is strewn with roadblocks placed in our way by the devil to keep God’s people from the blessings of health that God has provided. ”
Furthermore, the book draws our attention to common misconceptions which hinder healing. Also highlighting the place of obedience in order to prevent giving any place to the enemy. Finally, focus is drawn to the importance of appropriating healing by engaging the recipe of the word of God on health and life. Therefore, with hindrances out of the way and applying scriptural principles contained in the book as a believer one is assured of being a custodian of the key to divine health.
Third
on the book
stand line up is this phenomenal read God’s Medicine. It brings to light how God has made provision for our healing, exploring wonderful insights unravelling “Gods medicine” as prescribed in the word of God. We see what Gods medicine is, the directive to taking it and how He expects us to apply it to our lives. Here is an interesting quote...
“ Suppose you go to the doctor and get a prescription which says: Take two capsules, three times a day, before meals. If you expect that prescription to work for you, you expect to take it according to directions. Did you know God gives directions for taking His prescription? He prescribes His Word for our health.”
The book equally contains healing scriptures one can meditate on. It is generally a short read with 48 pages meaning you can read it in no time. However, this in no way trivialises the impact as it would transform your life. (It’s a personal favourite in the line of books) We touched on it a bit in the article “Physicians Medication”. The article only scratches the surface grab a copy of the book for full details.
The
fourth book on the
line-up is a free Healing scriptures eBook by Sid Rod the renowned host of “Its supernatural”. Simply click to download https://sidroth.org/healing -scriptures-ebook/. It contains healing scriptures from Genesis to revelation.. Here is a note from the author
“ I Want You to Grow in Faith and receive your Healing. I have gone from Genesis through Revelation, selected the most powerful healing Scriptures and put them here in one convenient place for you. Then, meditate and pray the Scriptures over your life daily!”
Almost every book on the line up highlights the place of growing your faith through feeding and meditating on the word. This free e-book makes these scriptures available to you; they have specially raked out all the juicy bits , all you have to do is to simply jump right in.
Page 18 Page 18
.
Book five just absolutely warms my heart. It is ‘Healing Belongs to us’ by Kenneth E Hagin. This book addresses God’s provision of healing for a believer and how to access it. If you have heard testimonies of people who didn’t know God, but got healed instantly at a crusade and on the other hand you know a believer faithfully serving God yet still having a health challenge and it puzzles you? This book is a must read for you. Are you a believer in a constant struggle with health challenges? This book is for you. I would share the back page of this book, because I feel the book captions it beautifully. It is on this note we wrap up this edition of The book stand enjoy Jesus as Jehovah Rapha.

work, a party or a causal outing. Not to mention, various handbags flatter different body physiques .All of the above mentioned are the reason, for us to get started with a brief mini glossary of handbags to help us get to know our basic handbag designs. By all means this is not an exhaustive, all encompassing list ,but it gives you a great start on the journey to discovering handbag designs which best suit you.
Also, it makes for a smooth flow as our exposé progresses. Let’s take a look at some of the most common handbag designs available. Baguette
Bucket

Picture: Bucket bag by Zara
These are a simple classic, originally designed by Italian luxury fashion house Fendi. They come in rather small sizes and are shaped similar to the French bread, Baguette. Hence, the name given to these iconic statement and compact handbags. Pros: Baguettes are small, beautiful and flatter outfits for formal (parties) events as well as casual. If you are going out and you just need a little space for your phone, keys and some cash , this is a perfect choice . For example: if going shopping for items which won’t typically fit in a handbag , the last thing you need is a shopper/Tote contributing to all the other items you have to carry from shopping. Cons: There is only some little you can fit in them, so if you need to take a lot of items in a bag .Then make another choice. Also, these can’t pass for a regular daily work bag because it can’t really fit in it too many items.
Shaped similar to a bucket (when strings are drawn), the bucket bag typically has a rounded base and a long strap which can equally be worn across the body and is sometimes detachable.
Baguette: Brown Nubuck Pros: This affords you ample bag room to carry medium/fairly large sized items like a note pad, a bottle of water … depending on the size of the bag. Great for work, formal events and casual events pending on the designer. These can come in really classy, sophisticated designs and give an elegant finish.

Cons: These can often come across as being casual because of the shape and the option it gives to be carried as a cross body bag. Another offset of these lovelies is the fact that they barely have compartments, making it challenging to reach in and easily grab small items if in a hurry.
Clutch
Bucket : Bucket bag by Zara
Picture: Shinning envelope evening handbags by Gesu. Another handbag which falls into the small category is the clutch bag /purse. It is often designed to be handheld. These are a fond accompaniment for ladies at high profile occasions; from the red carpet of various ceremonies, to weddings, black tie events you name it. Pros The clutch purse stands out for convenience, comfort and sophistication all together in one. On some occasions it gives a touch of elegance to a simple yet, classic outfit. Petite as these may often come in; fashion and style have revealed some large sized clutch purses. So before you write off these based on size, consider looking out for bigger sizes because they are out there and are stylish as can be.
Clutch: Shinning envelope evening handbags by Gesu.
Cons The downside to these beauties however, is the fact that they don’t typically come with straps. If any straps are designed for aesthetic purposes as opposed to bearing weigh . Made from materials such as chains , strings of beads etc (often detachable). Consequently, avoid overloading them so you can have these beauties with you for a longer time.

Messenger Bag
Duffle
Picture: Field messenger bag by Rag bone
Picture: Alligator patterned Boston bag by Mn &Sue. Uniquely shaped, reflecting elegance and sophistication is the Duffle. Traditionally, this is a medium to large travel bag . However, modern designers have come up with a classic version. Generally, It is a Sizeable bag which can be held with a strap. Pros: They are Spacious affording you ample bag room, can pass for formal and casual outings Cons: If you are looking for something small to fit a few things and won’t look all dressed up then, explore other Handbag choices.
Hobo Picture: Hobo bag by Micheal Kors Hobo bags are typically crescent shaped with slouchy zippers and a strap which is designed to be worn over the shoulder. Interesting, the name Hobo comes from Hobos, as the bag has a shape similar to the shape made by the bindle on a stick which hobos are seen to move with as depicted in cartoons and drawings. Pros

Bag Tip 2 : Accessorise, since a bag is an accessory it might not come to mind the need to accessorise it .However, simply accessorising a handbag can change the outlook of a bag entirely; take it from simple to simply classy. Items like scarfs, handbag handle wrap/twilly, tassel bag charm and key chains make great Accessories. Scarfs could give off that elegant outlook, while key chains and tassels could bring a bit of a fun look to a casual bag. Either way an accessory might just be the facelift your handbag needs. Plus, it helps you switch looks; it’s the same handbag, but a different look.
Hobo bags come in various sizes. Thus, the larger sizes can afford you a great deal of bag room and to have on the go a variety of items you want. The smaller sizes on the other hand, are a great portable companion you can use to carry essential items on the go. Larger sizes can also make the Hobo bag a great work bag and multipurpose as well. In other words, the Hobo bag can be your accessory companion to a variety of places you have to go making it your go to bag really.
This is a uniquely designed handbag which looks a bit like the traditional postman’s bag. These are typically single strapped, often worn over the shoulder and slightly resting on the hips or the lower back area. Renowned for being typically a “man bag” used in place of the good old brief case or backpack ,because it strikes that perfect balance for both casual or formal needs. Interestingly, it has in recent times obtained a feminine twist. It is now safe to say this bag design is unisex. Pros Great bag room which ensures items in bag are safely kept as these often come with front flap closure, buckles or Velcro. These also make a flexible option for work, school or the gym. Cons The messenger bag can be a rigid choice when it comes to using it for places outside a formal or work setting. The structure limits it to basically that and in many ways cannot be used for sophisticated outings e.g For parties, formal events.. the messenger bag might just have to be replaced with another alternative
Cons The Hobo bag can come across as a bit casual when you are dressing up for certain highbrow events requiring more sophistication such as a black tie, white tie or a red carpet event pending on the theme.

Satchel
Shopper and Tote

A classy statement piece is the satchel bag. It often has the back extending to form a flap which folds over to cover the top and can be fastened in the front. These are typically designed with short handles, hardware and buckles . Pros This is a great ‘go to’ multipurpose handbag which can be a classy accessory from morning to evening events and work. Even when you do not feel like dressing up all elegant you can trust to add that touch of class once you carryon a satchel handbag. Cons Some designs might be a bit too dressed up when you simply want something rather casual. Also, if you are looking for something small to carry along your phone, keys and a few small sized essentials, this is not the option to opt for. As these often come in medium to large sizes.
Satchel Roberta M lock and key leather satchel
The shopper and tote are great hand bags for carrying along a lot of items owing to their size . The Tote gets its name from the verb ‘Tote’ which means to carry something. A shopper bag derives its name from its purpose-shopping. Interestingly, most stores have shopping bags with similar designs. Totes on the other hand are large, but not as large . They come in two parallel handles from the sides of the bag . Generally, Shopper bags come in slightly larger sizes than Totes and often have a bit more of a laidback casual design with either a single strap or two straps. Their names can be used interchangeable with certain designers leaving no actual difference and in other cases there are distinct differences. So do not panic when you see a bag you could have sworn was a tote referred to as a shopper bag. The safest difference of both is with brands definition if the designer calls is a Tote , Tote it is .
Wristlet Picture : Small leather Wrislet by Micheal Kors These are often small sized having a circlet strap which can be worn on the wrist, little wonder the name wristlet. Like other handbag types, they come in several styles and materials as featured by different designers. Pros Extremely portable, they are your fantastic ‘go to’ purse when you need to carry essentials like a mobile phone, keys, cash pretty much small sized items. Since these are not bulky like the typical medium or large sized bag, when you do not need to carry along many items, save the bag room for later and grab a hold of one of these. Going shopping, to a restaurant, having a nice time with friends the list goes on, even while on holiday, the wristlet is simple comfort friendly.
Pros
Cons
Their sizes , they are both excellent carrier bags . They can even pass as travel bag for a really short trip. Also they make excellent shopping accessories, fantastic for trips to the beach and casual outings. They make great holiday bags; when you are off on holiday let other bag designs have a rest make your Tote or shopper bag your ‘go to’ bag (official bag) . Some designs of both are great for work, but typically Tote designs with several designers are great or even perfect work bags. Who says your gym bag has to be a traditional gym bag or backpack grab on one of these.
The very obvious con is the flipside of the advantage which is they are small and can only pass for casual outings. It is so handy yet; if not too careful, one could lose it particularly if you are accustomed to using a bag you could comfortably carry on your shoulder. Simply take caution when going out with this not to lose it.
Cons The size advantage can be a disadvantage when you are looking for something medium sized. Also, most designs can come across as being casual and can only pass for at most work. To a large extent they are a ‘no no’ for highbrow events.

Now we have explored a few of the popular designs handbags often come in and we have seen some (not exhaustive) pros and cons. It’s time for tips on how to choose a hand bag that suits you. We often want to match the right handbag to the right occasion, which is great and the above pros and cons can guide that decision. However, in addition to that handbags should also be matched with your figure so here’s how to do just that. The Ideal Bag The reality of what is ideal when it comes to women is relative and differs with individuals. Safe to say not every handbag is ideal for everywoman. Regardless of the purpose a bag needs to suit and tick all relevant boxes.
BOX ONE Physique
As above mentioned your bag should suit your physique. If you are tall ensure bag ends at waist line. Conversely, not tall simply ensure handbag is above your hip. Also, the shape of a bag should also complement ones physique. Thus, it is recommended that you choose a bag shape which is opposite of your body type. If you are Slim and tall opt for a handbag that is slouchy or rounded in shape what this does is it gives that complementary curve effect. On the contrary, if you have natural curves opt for rectangular or bags with steep edges. Therefore, the more curved your physique the more structuring and angles the bag should have. Still keep it fashionable especially if you love curvy bags and you have a curvy physique. Simply look out for a little less curves so the bag can flatter your physique. For instance: a hobo bag would fit nicely on a slim physique.
BOX TWO Personal Style
Everyone has their unique personal style. Thus, knowing the above tips should then serve as a guide to choosing handbags which appeal to that style. So while you see this bag which you absolutely love run it by the above. Also, remember to consider your typical day and occasions particularly when considering a handbag you might want to pass also as a work handbag.
BOX THREE Colours
Some fashion experts are of the opinion handbags do not have to match outfits.
Now let’s talk colours; choosing the right colour for a handbag. First should you match handbag colour with outfit or shoes? Some fashion experts are of the opinion handbags do not have to match outfits. They are right to some extent, I would add a safety precaution, simply ensure the colour of handbag chosen compliments outfit. It might not be the same colour, but it should compliment. When you wear outfits with neutral colours pick any colour of handbag, the world is yours for the taking. Now if you are not sure if they complement simply opt for a neutral coloured handbag such as black, white , nude, brown or grey you get the picture.
COLOURS Remember, if in doubt go neutral! Neutral Colours like black are a classic got to bag , some might find this too safe or cliché . If that describes you then, Nude and grey on the other hand offer you that classic finish on your outfit. Another versatile colour that goes well with many other colours as an accessory is Red. Several shades of red are excellent, I believe when it comes to accessories the colour red can blend as well as neutral colours. Next time shopping handbags pick a red one. If you feel you want to match handbags with outfit , you can go traditional ;match bag colour with shoes . A notch higher, pick a piece of your outfit and match with handbag. For instance; if you are wearing a multi-coloured floral patterned outfit with 70% yellow, 20% pink and 10% green. Try matching with either of the two colours with least percentage i.e pink or green, preferably green. Why? They are automatically
“
Another versatile colour that goes well with many other colours as an accessory is RED.
complementary colours since they made it to the colours on the outfit. Another thing so you are matching colours, but not obviously matching. One more on the colour matching, say you are wearing a black camisole on a burgundy suit or a burgundy dress with black folded colour sleeves . What colour of bag would you match this with ? guess … Black ! You are absolutely right. So it has that feel of a perfect bag, but at plain sight you aren’t obviously matching. You could do same with shoes which have more than one colour. Match bag with minimalist details like accessories from sole of shoes (if the shoe has different coloured sole). The key is amplify with you handbag minilist details of your outfit buttons, sleeves, embellishments and it automatically compliments your outfit. At this point we duff our hats on ‘Handbag 101’ we would do more handbag tips soon. Remember, pick the right colour details and when in doubt go neutral. Also, pick the right handbag for your physique and for the occasion. Hope you enjoyed reading this as we enjoyed putting it together. Cheers !

any sounds grace airwaves globally, in recent times urban alternatives of traditional music have emerged. As more people are infusing traditional African languages into genres of music which were predominantly not the case in times past. In some cases the language barrier sets in, limiting audience appreciation of this unique sound the artiste is creating. However, success lies in making thousands and millions fall in love with a language they never understood from a sound the very depths of their being have been blessed by. This in many ways describes the music of Kingsley Innocent popularly known as „Kaestrings‟. He happens to have been gifted by God with a wonderful voice and an anointed sound. With which he translates a fusion of English and Hausa language, into the universally understood language of worship, blessing the lives of many. The outcome is you practically fall in love with the Hausa language as you bask in God‟s love and experience His healing power.
Who is Kaestrings ? Kaestrings is a young man who loves God and loves music also. He highlights how he came about his name “The name „Kaestrings‟ is a stage name I
derived from my name Kingsley. I decided to spell the 'K' as 'Kae' instead. Directly, my name is Kingsley Innocent” . A graduate of Fine Arts (specialised in Art History) from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria Nigeria, he passionately serves in the capacity of a worker with the Eternity Network International (Koinonia). Additionally, he artistically accompanies his singing with playing the guitar “I have been playing the
guitar for about 8 years now and was taught by a great musician who plays the bass guitar exceptionally. His name is Zacks Isuwa”.
Growing Up Years Born and bred in Zaria, Nigeria into what we would describe as a singing family. His passion for music was developed and fuelled significantly during these growing up years. He recalls “ …it was a great experience, I grew up amidst 6 amazing siblings
who loved to sing, school was where I developed my passion for music. God placed great classmates with similar vision and dream and we inspired each other” .. As early as in primary education at Calvary Baptist Nursery and Primary School he developed this passion for music.
Music: the beginning, genre and the journey so far With an amazing voice and an anointed sound , although he was exposed to music at an early stage in life, it was only about 8 years ago his passion for singing was ignited ..
The
flames of passion continued to be fanned as he
gain his secondary school education at „Demonstration Secondary school ABU Zaria and Jesus is Life Academy Zaria‟ before proceeding to University education at ABU Zaria . Zaria for Kaestrings beyond being the city of his birth is his city and the place he calls home. Although, his music ministry has afforded him the opportunity to travel far and wide to be a blessing to many, he had this to say when asked how he would describe his home city Zaria in comparison to other cities in Nigeria . “It is simply Home. How do you
“I started about 8 years back also –around 8 years/ 7 years back and I always knew I had the music thing ,but I was never passionate about singing until about 8 years ago… 2012/2013 that was when I began to intentionally work on my myself all round ..Part of what aided it was because of the kind of classmates I had in secondary school then . They were also passionate for what I was passionate about . We rehearsed together, the passion was birthed, I began to work on myself intentionally, the passion was ignited. I found myself rehearsing consistently; four hours every day after school and errm it went on and on for years. I began to minister outside, I was being invited for meetings to come and sing. The feedbacks were amazing and they were really inspiring so they pushed me and it kept on moving and moving that way .
describe your home in comparison to other homes? .. laughs . Well, I will say Zaria is a simple place to live. Sincere place, though does not look like the greatness it has produced. Zaria is a cool place to hide and learn. It is usually tagged the 'training ground'. This without an aorta of doubt holds true and is aptly outlined as Zaria is indeed home and is seen as the birth place of several greats. Beyond his passion for music developed early in life and influenced by family, Kaestrings is passionate about God. This is palpable in his music and ministrations and has roots to influence from family .
“Salvation story is a straight forward one. I grew up to find myself in the midst of a family who truly loves God. So it simply rubbed off. I also intentionally began to work on my relationship with God within the period I got the passion for my music.
Page 48
“ ” Well the genre of my music I will say it is soul or soft rock . I basically do soft rock probably with spice-an Iowa spice. I did not choose the genre , I only found myself doing it , it is something I love ,it‟s a pattern I found myself to do and it is something I enjoy .For the journey , the journey has been good, great. Although, it‟s not been smooth, it‟s not been so smooth , but it‟s been good . A lot of lessons learnt, experiences; beautiful experiences … bad experiences ,but just to sharpen your .. just to grow and become stronger in the quest I find myself doing . For me so far it‟s been really awesome , it‟s been good , give God the glory for all the experiences being gathered “. Recent times we have seen renowned Christians sing songs with clean lyrics and seemly secular songs . For Kaestrings being sold out to gospel music is a “calling” he elaborates ...“That is their
call, and this is mine. My ministry call centres around revealing Gods love, healing and expressing His glory. This the reason I do what I do. It is a 'call' thing.” Inspiration for a creative is fundamental. He graciously let us in on how he gets inspiration for his songs and stays inspired. “Yes I write my songs and yet I am flexible to modificative suggestions
from those I share it with. I jointly write too. The song ‘love’ (menayi da ka so ni haka) was jointly written with Meyi Euginia Abu.”
“
I am one who believes in all the processes to owning a song. It can be inspired, written, received, anywhere and anytime.
”
Furthermore , song writing for a gospel artiste/music minster takes a different turn as some artistes say “I receive my songs in the place of worship” , others receive one liners , with that they go on to write as inspired ... for Kaestring he describes typically what it for him with regards song writing .“I am one who believes in all the processes
to owning a song. It can be inspired, written, received, anywhere and anytime. I am not rigid to how a song must be gotten.”
More so, for an artiste a story of inspiration often laces every song beyond being a beautiful blessed sound. Thus, we requested Kaestrings the song writer to unravel his favourite song of all his songs and the story behind it. Like a chef recommends a delicious meal from his menu line up he so delicately put together, we also requested a recommendation of any of his songs. He interestingly responded “well, quite a difficult one.
Because I love all of them. I'll only recommend they listen to all of them. Laughs. The song 'With Me'. should standout a bit, probably because of this season. ‘With Me’ by Kaestrings”. And the story behind it “with me: well, was written out of experience. Life was a bit uneasy and there really was no option to run to at a point except holding on to Jesus. If you've ever been there you'll know what i mean. So the song was written to remind myself of the promise God had promised me, never to leave me nor forsake me. He's forever with Me. A song of strength.”
Still in the spirit of song stories and this edition‟s Love and healing theme , we delved into asking Kaestrings about his amazing song on the love of God titled „Love‟ he outlined “Love, was written to
let the lost learn about the amazing unconditional love of Jesus. We've felt like we have failed God before, we've felt like we don't deserve to even say amen to any prayer because of some acts or things we've done. The song was just a gentle reminder that in all this, His arms are widely open to embrace us and make us strong and clean again. There is no specific story tied to it. Was just a tool to evangelize.” Additionally, at the core of every music minister‟s ministry is the desire for their music to communicate a significant message. For Kaestrings his coincides with the theme of this edition “Love and Healing” he went on to highlight the two; the Love of God and His healing are inseparable. He emphasised “Both! You cannot just separate healing from love”. Deep as can be, he is a phenomenal worshipper who has had the privilege to grace several platforms. Interestingly, he outlines every one of them without a shadow of doubt as a highlight moment in themselves.

“ ” Being busy characterises ministry of many music ministers as such the importance of rest and relaxation cannot be over emphasised . Hence, we enquired on how he gets around unwinding and relaxing despite his busy schedule . Painstakingly, he outlined “I relax by making the decision to relax
Saying “Currently, my other pursuits are music
mentally first. I do that by listening to songs and messages. Or just taking a walk around the neighbourhood. ” Indeed classic of a creative.
related, But it wasn't easy while i was studying and doing music. It wasn't easy primarily because, the discipline I specialized on demanded as much time as my music needed. It took trusting God and determination to get to the finish line. So to anyone who's currently in such situation, trust God to help you and be determined to balance each too. You also will testify.
Another, feat this calling demands often, is to pull off striking a balance between music ministry and other pursuits. Essentially because balance is significant, he outlined his strategy for balance
Moving on, recent times have proved more young people now desiring to tow this line of music .A word from Kaestrings for these group “Alright, to
anyone out there, be sure you want to do this. Trust God, invest in yourself build yourself, be consistent. Always let this book of the bible be your motivation: Proverbs 22:29 KJV: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Be intentional about your associations per seasons. Always have goals to meet! And you will surely thrive.” Finally, what do we expect from Kaestrings 2020 and beyond? “Expect more sounds and video projects. Working on my first ever live concert also. “
Simply phenomenal, it was a great time we appreciate Kaestrings for the privilege of this interview. Without a shadow of doubt we hope this has blessed you as it has blessed us. With that we wrapped up a rather insightful interview with artiste Kaestrings. Anticipation is high for many more phenomenal yet, anointed soft rock songs, hits, collaborations and tours from the young, innovative and anointed artiste.

Diet tips Did you know eating Breakfast is essential to maintaining a healthy weight? Apparently, when you have breakfast, you give your body the needed energy required to be off to a great start for the day. For children/students it helps their assimilation in school and enhances their brain development. Skipping any meal is generally not advisable if one is trying to watch their weight. Rather reduce portion sizes, but have three healthy meals. When breakfast is skipped, by lunch time you tend to crave a larger portion size than you would normally have. As this continues this size could become the new normal. Thus, it is easier to control ones appetite to maintain a healthy weight when you do not skip meals especially breakfast.
